Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA 42799(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej:_art.19 comforTeam Joanna Adamowicz (dalej: Wnioskodawca, comforTeam) realizując projekt pn. ”Dynamizacja promocji marek produktowych firmy comforTeam poprzez ekspansję konkurencyjności na perspektywicznych rynkach zagranicznych”, (dalej:projekt), przeprowadzi szereg działań promocyjnych w ramach Programu promocji branży meblarskiej, w celu promowania własnej marki produktowej, jaką są usługi projektowe skierowane do firm produkcyjnych i handlowych chcących wprowadzić własny wyrób meblarski na rynek, mające szansę stać się marką rozpoznawalną na rynkach zagranicznych, oraz przyczynić się do promowania Marki Polskiej Gospodarki. Wnioskodawca prowadził będzie działania z branżowego programu promocji na perspektywicznym rynku USA i ZEA, realizując następujące zadania: udział w targach International Contemporary Furniture Fair (Nowy Jork,USA maj 2018), Index (Dubaj,ZEA maj 2019), January Furniture Show (Birmingham,Wielka Brytania styczeń 2019) i Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair (Sztokholm,Szwecja luty 2018),a także wyjazdowej misji gospodarczej do Las Vegas lipiec/sierpień 2017 (Las Vegas Market Furniture), organizację przyjazdowej misji gospodarczej oraz zakup usługi doradczej (dot.rynku USA i ZEA). Projekt zostanie sfinansowany z refundacji pośrednich oraz własnych, kumulowanych środków pieniężnych, pochodzących z bieżącej, rentownej działalności Wnioskodawcy, które zabezpieczą wkład własny oraz część dotowaną(do czasu spływu refundacji). Analiza wskaźnikowa obrazująca sytuację finansową potwierdza zdolność sfinansowania projektu. Usługi projektowe firmy comforTeam, dotyczące kompleksowego, zaawansowanego technologicznie i innowacyjnego w zakresie designu zostaną spozycjonowane na dynamicznym, rozwojowym rynku, na którym polskie podmioty posiadają coraz bardziej ugruntowaną pozycję, a miano światowego wicelidera eksportu, wskazuje na ogromny potencjał eksportowy oferty Wni (Polish)

Reference number of the aid programme: SA 42799(2015/X) Purpose of public aid:_Art.19 comforTeam Joanna Adamowicz (hereinafter: Applicant, comforTeam) implementing project n. “The dynamisation of the promotion of product brands of comforTeam through the expansion of competitiveness on prospective foreign markets”, (hereinafter:the project), will carry out a number of promotional activities within the framework of the Programme of Promotion of the furniture industry, in order to promote their own product brand, such as design services aimed at manufacturing and commercial companies wishing to introduce their own furniture product to the market, which can become a brand recognizable on foreign markets, and contribute to the promotion of the Polish Economy Brand. The applicant will carry out activities from the industry promotion programme on the prospective US and UAE market, fulfilling the following tasks: participation in the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (New York,USA May 2018), Index (Dubaj,ZEA May 2019), January Furniture Show (Birmingham, UK January 2019) and Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair (Sztokholm, Sweden February 2018), as well as a business away mission to Las Vegas July/August 2017 (Las Vegas Market Furniture), organisation of incoming business missions and purchase of consulting services (USA). The project will be financed by indirect refunds and own cumulative cash from the current, profitable activity of the Applicant, which will secure the own contribution and the subsidised part (until the refund runs out). An indicative analysis showing the financial situation confirms the ability to finance the project. ComforTeam design services for a comprehensive, technologically advanced and innovative design will be positioned in a dynamic, development market, where Polish entities have an increasingly established position and the name of the world’s deputy exporter indicates the huge export potential of its offer. Reference_Aid_programme: Sa 42799(2015/X) But_public_help:_art.19 comforTeam Joanna Adamowicz (ci-après: Candidat, comforTeam) mettant en œuvre un projet intitulé «La promotion des marques de produits de comforTeam par l’expansion de la compétitivité sur les marchés étrangers tournés vers l’avenir» (dalej:projekt), réalisera un certain nombre d’activités promotionnelles dans le cadre du programme de promotion de l’industrie du meuble, afin de promouvoir sa propre marque de produits, qui sont des services de conception destinés aux entreprises manufacturières et commerciales désireuses d’introduire leur propre produit d’ameublement sur le marché, qui ont la possibilité de devenir une marque reconnaissable sur les marchés étrangers, et de contribuer à la promotion de la marque d’économie polonaise. La requérante mènera des activités du programme de promotion de l’industrie sur le marché potentiel des États-Unis et des Émirats arabes unis, en accomplissant les tâches suivantes: participation à l’International Contemporary Furniture Fair (New York, États-Unis mai 2018), Index (Dubai, UAE mai 2019), January Furniture Show (Birmingham, Royaume-Uni janvier 2019) et Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair (Stockholm, Suède, février 2018), ainsi qu’à une mission d’affaires à Las Vegas en juillet/août 2017 (Las Vegas Market Furniture), à l’organisation d’une mission commerciale entrante et à l’achat de services de conseil (marchés des États-Unis et des Émirats arabes unis). Le projet sera financé par des remboursements indirects et par des fonds propres cumulés provenant de l’activité actuelle et rentable de la requérante, qui garantira la contribution propre et la partie subventionnée (jusqu’à l’épuisement du remboursement). Une analyse indicative de la situation financière confirme la capacité de financement du projet. Referenz_Aid_Programm: SA 42799(2015/X) Zweck_public_help:_art.19 comforTeam Joanna Adamowicz (im Folgenden: Antragsteller, comforTeam) Durchführung eines Projekts mit dem Titel „Die Förderung von Produktmarken von comforTeam durch den Ausbau der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit in zukunftsgerichteten ausländischen Märkten“, (dalej:projekt), wird eine Reihe von Werbeaktivitäten im Rahmen des Förderprogramms für Möbelindustrie durchführen, um seine eigene Produktmarke zu fördern, die Designdienstleistungen für die Herstellung und Handelsunternehmen sind, die ihr eigenes Möbelprodukt auf den Markt bringen wollen, die die Möglichkeit haben, eine Marke zu werden, die auf ausländischen Märkten erkennbar ist, und zur Förderung der polnischen Wirtschaftsmarke beitragen. Der Antragsteller wird im Rahmen des Programms zur Förderung der Industrie auf dem künftigen Markt der USA und der VAE folgende Aufgaben wahrnehmen: Teilnahme an der International Contemporary Furniture Fair (New York, USA Mai 2018), Index (Dubai, VAE Mai 2019), Januar Furniture Show (Birmingham, UK Januar 2019) und Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair (Stockholm, Schweden Februar 2018) sowie eine Outbound-Geschäftsreise nach Las Vegas Juli/August 2017 (Las Vegas Market Furniture), Organisation einer eingehenden Geschäftsreise und Kauf von Beratungsdienstleistungen (US- und VAE-Märkte). Das Projekt wird durch indirekte Erstattungen und eigene kumulierte Barmittel aus der aktuellen, profitablen Tätigkeit des Antragstellers finanziert, die den Eigenbeitrag und den subventionierten Teil (bis die Erstattung läuft) sichern wird. Eine indikative Analyse der finanziellen Lage bestätigt die Fähigkeit zur Finanzierung des Projekts. Riferimento_Aid_programma: Sa 42799(2015/X) Scopo_public_help:_art.19 comforTeam Joanna Adamowicz (di seguito: Ricorrente, comforTeam) per la realizzazione di un progetto dal titolo "La promozione dei marchi di prodotto di comforTeam attraverso l'espansione della competitività in mercati esteri lungimiranti", (dalej:projekt), svolgerà una serie di attività promozionali nell'ambito del programma di promozione dell'industria del mobile, al fine di promuovere il proprio marchio di prodotto, che sono servizi di design rivolti alle imprese manifatturiere e commerciali che desiderano introdurre sul mercato i propri prodotti di arredamento, che hanno la possibilità di diventare un marchio riconoscibile sui mercati esteri e contribuiscono alla promozione del Marchio Economico Polacco. Il richiedente svolgerà le attività del programma di promozione dell'industria sul futuro mercato degli Stati Uniti e degli Emirati Arabi Uniti, svolgendo i seguenti compiti: partecipazione al Salone Internazionale del Mobile Contemporaneo (New York, USA maggio 2018), Index (Dubai, Emirati Arabi Uniti maggio 2019), Gennaio Furniture Show (Birmingham, Regno Unito gennaio 2019) e Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair (Stoccolma, Svezia febbraio 2018), nonché una missione commerciale in uscita a Las Vegas luglio/agosto 2017 (Las Vegas Market Furniture), organizzazione di una missione aziendale in arrivo e acquisto di servizi di consulenza (mercati USA e Emirati Arabi Uniti).
