Celem realizacji projektu jest wdrożenie własnej nowej technologii, która jest wynikiem prac B+R i uruchomienie w ramach niniejszego projektu produkcji innowacyjnej instalacji waloryzacji odpadów (komunalnych i przemysłowych) z odzyskiem energii. Instalacja będzie oferowana gminom, podmiotom działającym w systemie gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi, w szczególności: RIPOK-om, jak również przedsiębiorstwom przemysłowym, które generują duże ilości odpadów przemysłowych (wysokokalorycznych lub niebezpiecznych dla środowiska) i stoją przed problemem ich zagospodarowania, a pozbawione są dostępu do bezpiecznych metod ich utylizacji. Rezultatem wdrożenia będzie wprowadzenie na rynek technologii o środowiskowej wartości dodanej, czyli ograniczającej obciążenie środowiska i pozytywnie oddziałującej na nie, poprzez: zapobieganie, łagodzenie zanieczyszczeń uwolnionych do środowiska i korzystanie z zasobów naturalnych w bardziej efektywny i zrównoważony sposób. Opracowana technologia stanowi innowacyjną alternatywę dla spalarni. W zakresie przetwarzania termicznego piroliza odpadów komunalnych stanowi innowację na skalę światową. Jak dotąd, na świecie komercyjnie wdrożono niewiele rozwiązań opartych na procesie beztlenowym. W celu wdrożenia nowej technologii Wnioskodawca rozbuduje istniejącą halę oraz zakupi środki trwałe niezbędne do zbudowania ciągu technologicznego. Rezultatem projektu będzie uruchomienie produkcji innowacyjnej instalacji waloryzacji odpadów (komunalnych i przemysłowych) z odzyskiem energii. Przychody ze sprzedaży nowej instalacji w okresie trwałości projektu będą wynosić: 163 380 000,00 PLN. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to implement its own new technology, which is the result of R & D and launch, within the framework of this project, the production of innovative installations for valorisation of waste (municipal and industrial) with energy recovery. The installation will be offered to municipalities, entities operating in the municipal waste management system, in particular: RIPOKs, as well as industrial enterprises, which generate large quantities of industrial waste (high-calorie or environmentally hazardous) and face the problem of their management and are deprived of access to safe disposal methods. The implementation will result in the introduction of technologies with environmental added value, i.e. reducing and having a positive impact on the environment, by: prevention, mitigation of pollutants released into the environment and the use of natural resources in a more efficient and sustainable way. The developed technology is an innovative alternative to incineration plants. As regards thermal treatment, municipal waste pyrolysis is an innovation on a global scale. So far, few solutions based on the anaerobic process have been implemented commercially in the world. In order to implement the new technology, the applicant will expand the existing hall and purchase the fixed assets necessary for the construction of the technological sequence. The result of the project will be the launch of the production of innovative installations for valorisation of waste (municipal and industrial) with energy recovery. The revenues from the sale of the new installation during the project’s durability will be: 163 380 000,00 PLN. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de mettre en œuvre sa propre nouvelle technologie, qui est le résultat de travaux de R & D et le lancement d’une usine innovante de valorisation des déchets (municipale et industrielle) avec la valorisation énergétique dans le cadre de ce projet. L’installation sera proposée aux municipalités, entités opérant dans le système municipal de gestion des déchets, notamment: Les RIPOK, ainsi que les entreprises industrielles, qui produisent de grandes quantités de déchets industriels (à grande échelle ou dangereux pour l’environnement) sont confrontées à des problèmes de gestion et sont privées d’accès à des méthodes d’élimination sûres. La mise en œuvre permettra d’introduire sur le marché des technologies à valeur ajoutée environnementale, c’est-à-dire de réduire et d’affecter positivement la charge environnementale, en: prévenir, atténuer les rejets de pollution dans l’environnement et utiliser les ressources naturelles de manière plus efficace et durable. La technologie développée est une alternative innovante aux incinérateurs. En matière de traitement thermique, la pyrolyse des déchets municipaux est une innovation mondiale. Jusqu’à présent, peu de solutions anaérobies ont été mises en œuvre commercialement dans le monde. Afin de mettre en œuvre la nouvelle technologie, la requérante agrandira le hall existant et achètera les immobilisations nécessaires à la construction de la ligne technologique. Le projet débouchera sur le lancement d’une usine innovante de valorisation des déchets (municipale et industrielle) avec valorisation énergétique. Les recettes provenant de la vente de la nouvelle installation au cours de la durée de vie du projet seront les suivantes: 163 380 000,00 PLN. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine eigene neue Technologie zu implementieren, die das Ergebnis der FuE-Arbeit und der Inbetriebnahme einer innovativen Abfallverwertungsanlage (kommunal und industriell) mit Energierückgewinnung im Rahmen dieses Projekts ist. Die Anlage wird Gemeinden, Einrichtungen, die im kommunalen Abfallbewirtschaftungssystem tätig sind, angeboten, insbesondere RIPOKs sowie Industrieunternehmen, die große Mengen an Industrieabfällen (hohe oder umweltgefährdete) erzeugen und mit Problemen ihrer Bewirtschaftung konfrontiert sind und keinen Zugang zu sicheren Entsorgungsmethoden haben. Die Umsetzung wird dazu führen, dass Technologien mit ökologischem Mehrwert auf den Markt gebracht werden, d. h. die Umweltbelastung verringert und positiv beeinflusst wird, indem Vermeidung, Minderung der in die Umwelt freigesetzten Umweltverschmutzung und effizientere und nachhaltigere Nutzung der natürlichen Ressourcen. Die entwickelte Technologie ist eine innovative Alternative zu Verbrennungsanlagen. Im Bereich der thermischen Behandlung ist die Pyrolyse von Siedlungsabfällen eine globale Innovation. Bisher wurden in der Welt nur wenige anaerobe Lösungen kommerziell umgesetzt. Um die neue Technologie umzusetzen, wird der Antragsteller die bestehende Halle erweitern und das für den Bau der Technologielinie notwendige Anlagevermögen erwerben. Das Projekt wird zur Gründung einer innovativen Abfallverwertungsanlage (kommunal und industriell) mit Energierückgewinnung führen. Die Einnahmen aus dem Verkauf der neuen Anlage während der Laufzeit des Projekts sind: 163 380 000,00 PLN. (German)

Het doel van het project is de implementatie van haar eigen nieuwe technologie, die het resultaat is van O & O-werkzaamheden en de lancering van een innovatieve afvalvalorisatie-installatie (gemeentelijke en industriële) met energieterugwinning als onderdeel van dit project. De installatie zal worden aangeboden aan gemeenten, entiteiten die actief zijn in het systeem voor het beheer van stedelijk afval, met name: RIPOK’s, evenals industriële bedrijven, die grote hoeveelheden industrieel afval produceren (hoogschalig of ecologisch gevaarlijk) en problemen ondervinden bij het beheer ervan en geen toegang hebben tot veilige verwijderingsmethoden. De tenuitvoerlegging zal resulteren in de introductie op de markt van technologieën met een meerwaarde voor het milieu, d.w.z. vermindering van en een positieve invloed op de milieulast, door: het voorkomen en beperken van in het milieu vrijkomende verontreiniging en het efficiënter en duurzamer gebruik van natuurlijke hulpbronnen. De ontwikkelde technologie is een innovatief alternatief voor verbrandingsovens. Op het gebied van thermische behandeling is pyrolyse van stedelijk afval een wereldwijde innovatie. Tot nu toe zijn enkele anaerobe oplossingen in de wereld commercieel geïmplementeerd. Om de nieuwe technologie te implementeren, zal de aanvrager de bestaande hal uitbreiden en de vaste activa kopen die nodig zijn om de technologische lijn te bouwen. Het project zal resulteren in de lancering van een innovatieve afvalvalorisatie-installatie (gemeentelijke en industriële) met energieterugwinning. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di implementare la propria nuova tecnologia, frutto del lavoro di R & S e del lancio di un innovativo impianto di valorizzazione dei rifiuti (comunale e industriale) con recupero energetico nell'ambito di questo progetto. L'impianto sarà offerto ai comuni, enti che operano nel sistema di gestione dei rifiuti urbani, in particolare: Ripok, così come le imprese industriali, che generano grandi quantità di rifiuti industriali (ad alta scala o pericolosi per l'ambiente) e che affrontano problemi di gestione e sono private dell'accesso a metodi di smaltimento sicuri. L'attuazione comporterà l'introduzione sul mercato di tecnologie con valore aggiunto ambientale, ossia la riduzione e l'impatto positivo dell'onere ambientale: prevenire, mitigare l'inquinamento rilasciato nell'ambiente e utilizzare le risorse naturali in modo più efficiente e sostenibile. La tecnologia sviluppata è un'alternativa innovativa agli inceneritori. In termini di trattamento termico, la pirolisi dei rifiuti urbani è un'innovazione globale. Finora, poche soluzioni anaerobiche sono state implementate commercialmente nel mondo. Al fine di implementare la nuova tecnologia, il richiedente amplierà la sala esistente e acquisirà le immobilizzazioni necessarie per costruire la linea tecnologica. Il progetto porterà al lancio di un innovativo impianto di valorizzazione dei rifiuti (comunale e industriale) con recupero energetico. I ricavi derivanti dalla vendita del nuovo impianto durante la durata del progetto saranno: 163 380 000,00 PLN. (Italian)
