Το έργο αφορά στην ανέγερση παιδικού βρεφονηπιακού σταθμού στην πόλη της Πύλου, στο Δήμο Πύλου Νέστορος ο οποίος θα πληροί όλες τις προδιαγραφές και θα είναι σε συμφωνία με τις συσχετιζόμενες διατάξεις, προκειμένου να δύναται να φιλοξενήσει βρέφη και νήπια υπό άρτιες συνθήκες. Λόγω της φύσεως του έργου, η μελέτη δίνει ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στην κατασκευή υποδομών, κατάλληλων ώστε να διασφαλίζεται η υγιεινή και καθαριότητα των χώρων, καθώς και η ασφάλεια των βρεφών και εργαζομένων. Το κτήριο θα διαμορφωθεί σε 2 επίπεδα, με ξεχωριστές εισόδους. Τέλος, διαμορφώνεται κατάλληλα ο περιβάλλων χώρος του κτιρίου ώστε να εξυπηρετήσει όλες τις λειτουργίες παιχνιδιού και διαλείμματος των νηπίων σύμφωνα και με τις απαιτήσεις της νομοθεσίας. (Greek)

Le projet concerne la construction d’une pépinière dans la ville de Pylos, dans la municipalité de Pylos Nestoros, qui répondra à toutes les normes et sera conforme aux dispositions connexes, afin de pouvoir accueillir les nourrissons et les tout-petits dans d’excellentes conditions. En raison de la nature du projet, l’étude met particulièrement l’accent sur la construction d’infrastructures permettant d’assurer l’hygiène et la propreté des locaux, ainsi que la sécurité des nourrissons et des travailleurs. Le bâtiment sera construit en 2 niveaux, avec entrées séparées. Das Projekt betrifft den Bau einer Kinderkrippe in der Stadt Pylos, in der Gemeinde Pylos Nestoros, die alle Standards erfüllen wird und in Übereinstimmung mit den damit verbundenen Bestimmungen ist, um Säuglinge und Kleinkinder unter hervorragenden Bedingungen aufnehmen zu können. Aufgrund der Art des Projekts legt die Studie besonderen Wert auf den Bau einer Infrastruktur, die geeignet ist, die Hygiene und Sauberkeit der Räumlichkeiten sowie die Sicherheit von Säuglingen und Arbeitnehmern zu gewährleisten. Das Gebäude wird in 2 Ebenen gebaut, mit separaten Eingängen. Schließlich ist die Umgebung des Gebäudes entsprechend den Anforderungen der Rechtsvorschriften so konfiguriert, dass alle Spiel- und Bruchfunktionen der Kleinkinder erfüllt werden. (German)

Het project heeft betrekking op de bouw van een kwekerij in de stad Pylos, in de gemeente Pylos Nestoros, die aan alle normen voldoet en in overeenstemming zal zijn met de bijbehorende bepalingen, om kinderen en peuters onder uitstekende omstandigheden te kunnen opvangen. Vanwege de aard van het project wordt in de studie bijzondere nadruk gelegd op de bouw van infrastructuur die geschikt is om de hygiëne en de netheid van de gebouwen te waarborgen, alsook op de veiligheid van zuigelingen en werknemers. Il progetto riguarda la costruzione di un asilo nido nella città di Pylos, nel comune di Pylos Nestoros, che risponderà a tutti gli standard e sarà conforme alle disposizioni associate, al fine di poter ospitare neonati e bambini in condizioni eccellenti. Data la natura del progetto, lo studio pone particolare enfasi sulla costruzione di infrastrutture idonee a garantire l'igiene e la pulizia dei locali, nonché la sicurezza dei lattanti e dei lavoratori. L'edificio sarà costruito su 2 livelli, con ingressi separati. Infine, l'area circostante dell'edificio è adeguatamente configurata per servire tutte le funzioni di gioco e rottura dei bambini in conformità con i requisiti della normativa. (Italian)
