Projekt będzie realiz. dla 200 ucz./c (100M,100K) i 45 n-li/ek z 4 wyszkowskich szkół zawodowych: Technikum i Szkoły Branżowej I St. w Zespole Szkół Nr 1 w Wyszkowie (ZS1) Technikum i Szkoły Branżowej I St. w Centrum Edukacji Zawodowej i Ustawicznej w Wyszkowie (CEZiU) we współp. z pracodawcami. Zapl. działania zapew. kompleksowe wsparcie rozw. szkół zawodowych przez kształt. u ucz./c kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych, w tym posługiwania się jęz.obcymi oraz wsp. rozwoju n-li/ek zawodu poprzez udział w stud. podypl/kursach/szkoleniach z zakresu naucz. przedmiotu. Zapl. też realiz. staży dla ucz./c oraz szkoleń zaw. dla na-li/lek u pracodawców. Zapl. dopos. w atrakcyjny sprzęt i środki dyd. zaw. najnowsze aplikacje i rozw. technologiczne dla 8 pracowni zaw, w tym dla 3 nowo utworzonych kier. kształcenia w zawodach deficyt. na reg. i lok. rynku pracy. Szkoły objęte zostaną dor. edukac.-zaw., poprzez cyklicznie prow. zaj. warsztatowe we współp. z pracod. dla ucz/c oraz wychow. klas. Proces uczenia się z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych środków dyd. wraz z równoległym przedm. kształtowaniem kompetencji u ucz./c przyczyni się do wykształ. i utrw. postaw kreatywności i innowacyjności - niezbędnych dla potrzeb samorealizacji, integracji społ. oraz zatrudnienia. Przed przyg. wniosku przepr. została diagnoza potrzeb edukac. szkół w zakresie obszaru wsparcia, uwzgl. spis posiadanego sprzętu (w tym z UE), zatw. przez organ prowadzący. W zakresie plan. dopos. pracowni zaw. uwzględ. rekomendacje instytucji z otoczenia społ. gosp. szkół. Zaplan. w projekcie dział. są zgodne z przepr. diagnozą. Przedsięwzięcia finans. w ramach projektu są uzup. działań wcześniej prow. przez każdą obj. wsp. szkołę oraz skala działań prow. przed rozp. realiz. projektu przez szkołę (nakłady śr. na ich realiz.) nie ulega zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań (nakładów) prow. przez szkołę w okresie 12 m-cy poprzedz. złożenie wniosku o dofinan. The project will be implemented for 200 students/c (100M,100K) and 45 n-li/ek from 4 vocational schools: The Technical and Industry School I St. in the School Complex No. 1 in Wyszków (ZS1) Technical and Industry School I St. in the Centre for Vocational and Continuous Education in Wyszków (CEZiU) in cooperation with employers. Der Tätigkeitsbereich bietet umfassende Unterstützung für die Entwicklung von Berufsschulen durch die Form des Lernenden/c Schlüsselkompetenzen und universelle Fähigkeiten, einschließlich der Verwendung von Fremdsprachen und die Entwicklung des Berufs durch die Teilnahme an Stud. podypl/Kurse/Schulungen im Bereich des Themas.
