Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa i rozbudowa oraz doposażenie świetlicy wiejskiej w miejscowości Mszano.Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Lniano. Warto jednakże zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć mieszkańców, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji inwestycji objętej niniejszym Wnioskiem. Projekt będzie realizowany w Gminie Lniano, w miejscowości Mszano.Głównym problemem zidentyfikowanym na terenie objętym projektem jest brak odpowiedniej infrastruktury technicznej, przeznaczonej na działania społeczne. Le projet a pour objet la reconstruction et l’extension et la rénovation du centre communautaire de Mszano. Le bénéficiaire du projet est la municipalité de Lniano. Il convient toutefois de noter qu’en raison de la nature de l’investissement, les bénéficiaires finaux devraient inclure les résidents, étant donné qu’ils bénéficieront le plus de l’investissement faisant l’objet de la présente proposition. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans la municipalité de Lniano, Mszano.Le principal problème identifié dans la zone couverte par le projet est le manque d’infrastructures techniques adéquates consacrées aux activités sociales. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Wiederaufbau, die Erweiterung und die Nachrüstung des Gemeindezentrums in Mszano. Empfänger des Projekts ist die Gemeinde Lniano. Es sei jedoch darauf hingewiesen, dass die Endbegünstigten aufgrund der Art der Investition Gebietsansässige einbeziehen sollten, da sie am meisten von der Investition profitieren, die Gegenstand dieses Vorschlags ist. Das Projekt wird in der Gemeinde Lniano, Mszano, durchgeführt.Das Hauptproblem, das in dem von dem Projekt abgedeckten Bereich festgestellt wurde, ist der Mangel an ausreichender technischer Infrastruktur für soziale Aktivitäten.
