Przedmiotem projektu są prace polegające na remoncie świetlicy wiejskiej w miejscowości Zegartowice, mające na celu odnowę przestrzeni zdegradowanej zidentyfikowanej w Gminnym Programie Rewitalizacji Gminy Papowo Biskupie na lata 2017 – 2023.Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Papowo Biskupie. Warto jednakże zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć interesariuszy rewitalizacji, w tym przede wszystkim lokalną społeczność, czyli mieszkańców wsi Zegartowice, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji niniejszej inwestycji.Projekt będzie realizowany w miejscowości Zegartowice na działce nr 84.Głównym problemem jest brak uporządkowanych przestrzeni publicznych pełniących funkcje aktywizacji społecznej.Głównym celem jest utworzenie uporządkowanej przestrzeni publicznej pełniącej funkcje aktywizacji społecznej.Planowanymi produktami realizacji projektu będą: a) Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na zrewitalizowanych obszarach – 1 szt.b) Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 1szt.c) Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 0 szt.d) Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją – 0,02 haPlanowanym rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie:a) Liczba osób korzystająca ze zrewitalizowanych obszarów – 100 osóbZakres rzeczowy inwestycji obejmuje realizację następujących działań: 1. The subject of the project is works consisting of the renovation of a rural community centre in Zegartowice, aimed at restoring the degraded space identified in the Municipal Programme for the Revitalisation of the Municipality of Papowo Biskupie for the years 2017-2023. The beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Papowo Biskupie. Le projet a pour objet la rénovation d’un centre communautaire rural à Zegartowice, destiné à restaurer l’espace dégradé identifié dans le programme municipal de revitalisation de la municipalité de Papowo Biskupie pour les années 2017-2023. Le bénéficiaire du projet est la municipalité de Papowo Biskupie. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Renovierung eines ländlichen Gemeindezentrums in Zegartowice, das darauf abzielt, den im Gemeindeprogramm für die Revitalisierung der Gemeinde Papowo Biskupie für die Jahre 2017-2023 ausgewiesenen degradierten Raum wiederherzustellen. Begünstigt ist das Projekt der Gemeinde Papowo Biskupie. Es ist jedoch erwähnenswert, dass die Endbegünstigten aufgrund der Art der Investition die Akteure der Revitalisierung einbeziehen sollten, darunter vor allem die lokale Gemeinschaft, d. h. Het onderwerp van het project is de renovatie van een plattelandsgemeenschapscentrum in Zegartowice, gericht op het herstel van de aangetaste ruimte die is vastgesteld in het Gemeentelijk Programma voor de revitalisering van de gemeente Papowo Biskupie voor de jaren 2017-2023. De begunstigde van het project is de gemeente Papowo Biskupie.
