Projekt realizowany będzie przez Gminę Węgorzyno, będącą właścicielem infrastruktury powstałej w efekcie realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji oraz podmiotem odpowiedzialnym za jej utrzymanie pod kątem finansowym, organizacyjnym i prawnym. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje adaptację przestrzeni publicznej na obszarze popegeerowskim w granicach działki nr 7/1, obręb Kąkolewice, gmina Węgorzyno, i nadanie mu nowych funkcji publiczno – społecznych o charakterze kulturalno-edukacyjno-rekreacyjnym, za pomocą realizacji takich działań, jak: I . Opracowanie projektu budowlanego, co ma na celu rzetelne zweryfikowanie zakresu rzeczowego przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia i zidentyfikowanie wszystkich niezbędnych do wykonania w jego ramach prac. II. Opracowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej, co ma na celu umożliwienia pozyskania na jego realizację środków UE w ramach Działania 9.3 RPO WZP na lata 2014-2020. III. Roboty budowlane związane z przebudową oraz zmianą sposobu użytkowania budynku po byłej hydroforni na świetlicę wiejską wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu przyległego do budynku. IV. Przeprowadzenie nadzoru inwestorskiego, co ma na celu zapewnienie kontroli nad prawidłowym wykonaniem wszystkich zaplanowanych w projektowanym przedsięwzięciu prac. V. Dostawa niezbędnego wyposażenia, co ma na celu zapewnienie prawidłowego funkcjonowania przedmiotowej infrastruktury. VI. Promocja projektu, która będzie polegała na właściwym oznaczeniu miejsca realizacji projektu (za pomocą 1,00 szt. tablicy informacyjno-pamiątkowej) oraz dokumentów i materiałów, które powstaną w związku z jego realizacją, informacją o współfinansowaniu projektu przez UE, a także umieszczeniu opisu wdrażanego projektu na stronie WWW Gminy Węgorzyno. Development of application documentation, which aims to enable EU funds to be mobilised for its implementation under Measure 9.3 of the ROP for the period 2014-2020. III. Construction works related to the reconstruction and change of use of the building after the former hydrofornia into a rural common room with the development of the adjacent area to the building. IV. Carrying out investor supervision, in order to ensure control over the proper execution of all planned works planned in the project. V. Supply of the necessary equipment to ensure the proper functioning of the infrastructure in question. I'M VI. Promotion of the project, which will consist of a proper designation of the place of implementation of the project (with the help of 1,00 pieces of information and commemorative board) and documents and materials which will be created in connection with its implementation, information on the EU co-financing of the project, as well as placing a description of the implemented project on the website of the municipality Węgorzyno. Le projet sera mis en œuvre par la municipalité de Węgorzyno, propriétaire de l’infrastructure créée à la suite de l’investissement en question et par l’entité responsable de son entretien en termes financiers, organisationnels et juridiques. Le champ d’application matériel du projet comprend l’adaptation de l’espace public dans la zone post-pegeer à l’intérieur des limites de la parcelle no 7/1, la zone de Kąkolewice, la municipalité de Węgorzyno, et l’octroi de nouvelles fonctions publiques et sociales à caractère culturel, éducatif et récréatif, grâce à la mise en œuvre d’activités telles que: I. Développement d’un projet de construction afin de vérifier la portée matérielle du projet en question et d’identifier tous les travaux nécessaires à sa mise en œuvre. II. Préparation de la documentation relative à la demande afin de permettre l’obtention de fonds de l’UE pour sa mise en œuvre au titre de la mesure 9.3 de l’APP ROP 2014-2020. III. Travaux de construction liés à la conversion et au changement d’utilisation du bâtiment après l’ancien hydrophore au centre communautaire rural, ainsi que l’aménagement de la zone adjacente au bâtiment. IV. Assurer la supervision des investisseurs, qui vise à assurer le contrôle de l’exécution correcte de tous les travaux prévus dans le projet. V. Fourniture des équipements nécessaires pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’infrastructure en question. VI. La promotion du projet, qui consistera à indiquer correctement le lieu de mise en œuvre du projet (à l’aide de 1,00 éléments d’information et de conseil commémoratif) ainsi que les documents et documents qui seront créés dans le cadre de sa mise en œuvre, des informations sur le cofinancement du projet par l’UE, ainsi qu’une description du projet mis en œuvre sur le site web de la municipalité de Węgorzyno. Der materielle Geltungsbereich des Projekts umfasst die Anpassung des öffentlichen Raums im Post-Pegeer-Gebiet innerhalb der Grenzen des Grundstücks Nr. 7/1, das Gebiet Kąkolewice, die Gemeinde Węgorzyno und die Gewährung neuer öffentlich-sozialer Funktionen kultureller, pädagogischer und Erholungscharakters durch die Durchführung von Maßnahmen wie: I. Entwicklung eines Bauvorhabens, um den materiellen Umfang des betreffenden Projekts zu überprüfen und alle für seine Durchführung erforderlichen Arbeiten zu ermitteln. II. Vorbereitung der Antragsunterlagen, damit EU-Mittel für die Umsetzung der Maßnahme 9.3 der JPA ROP 2014-2020 abgerufen werden können. III. Bauarbeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Umstellung und Änderung der Nutzung des Gebäudes nach der ehemaligen Hydrophore in das ländliche Gemeindezentrum, zusammen mit der Entwicklung des an das Gebäude angrenzenden Gebiets. IV. Durchführung der Anlegeraufsicht, die die Kontrolle über die ordnungsgemäße Ausführung aller geplanten Arbeiten im Projekt sicherstellen soll. V. Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Ausrüstung, um das ordnungsgemäße Funktionieren der betreffenden Infrastruktur zu gewährleisten. VI. Förderung des Projekts, das darin besteht, den Ort der Durchführung des Projekts (unter Verwendung von 1,00 Informations- und Gedenktafeln) sowie Dokumente und Materialien, die im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung des Projekts erstellt werden, Informationen über die Kofinanzierung durch die EU sowie eine Beschreibung des Projekts auf der Website der Gemeinde Węgorzyno zu ermitteln. De materiële reikwijdte van het project omvat de aanpassing van de openbare ruimte in het postpegeergebied binnen de grenzen van perceel nr. 7/1, het gebied Kąkolewice, de gemeente Węgorzyno, en de toekenning van nieuwe publiek-sociale functies van culturele, educatieve en recreatieve aard, door de uitvoering van activiteiten zoals: I. Bevordering van het project, dat zal bestaan uit een correcte aanduiding van de plaats van uitvoering van het project (met behulp van 1,00 informatie- en herdenkingsborden), documenten en materialen die zullen worden gecreëerd in verband met de uitvoering ervan, informatie over de medefinanciering van het project door de EU, en het plaatsen van een beschrijving van het uitgevoerde project op de website van de gemeente Węgorzyno.
