O presente projeto, promovido pela Comunidade Intermunicipal do Alto Tâmega (CIM-AT) em parceria com a Associação de Municípios do Alto Tâmega (AMAT), tem como objetivo geral a criação de um programa que permita identificar alunos universitários do Alto Tâmega que se encontrem a estudar noutras regiões do país e atraí-los para esta Região com vista a criarem o seu próprio negócio.
