"Рила - пътища" ООД е създадено през април 2013 г. с основен предмет на дейност добив и преработка на инертни материали с приложение при производството на пътни настилки. След успешно модернизиране на асфалтовата си база в с. Копиловци, от 2014 г. дружеството се ангажира и с производството на асфалтобетонови смеси и други продукти за строителството. Във връзка с плановете си за разширяване на производствения си капацитет и повишаване на енергийната си ефективност, дружеството планира изпълнението на настоящия проект, който включва: 1) Извършване на енергиен одит ("обследване за енергийна ефективност") от лице, вписано в регистъра по чл. 60, ал. 1 от ЗЕЕ (изпълнено преди подаването на проекта); 2) Закупуване на енергоефективен челен товарач в съответствие с препоръките на енергийния одит.3) Дейности за осигуряване на публичност и визуализация на проекта; Изпълнението на проекта ще допринесе за съществено подобряване на енергийната ефективност в предприятието, като съгласно енергийния одит енергийните спестявания ще възлязат на 20,20%, както и до намаляване на вредните емисии CO2 с 215 t/год., с което ще допринесе за опазване на околната среда. Освен с енергоспестяващия ефект, проектът ще допринесе за цялостно повишаване на ресурсната ефективност и ефикасност на дружеството и чрез създаването на технологична възможност за повторното използване на рециклирани строителни отпадъци от новия високоефективен челен товарач.В производствено-технологичен план внедряването на предвиденото ново оборудване ще доведе до повишаване на производствения капацитет, както и подобряване на качеството на производствените процеси на дружеството. С изпълнението на проекта дружеството ще подобри цялостно дейността си в технологично, финансово-икономическо и екологично отношение, което ще доведе до траен тренд на увеличаване на приходите от продажби, печалбата и рентабилността на дейността, което ще гарантира устойчиво повишаване на конкурентоспособността му. Rila — Roads OOD was established in April 2013 with the main activity of extraction and processing of aggregates for use in the production of road pavements. After successfully upgrading its asphalt base in the village of Kopilovtsi, since 2014 the company has also engaged in the production of asphalt concrete mixtures and other construction products. In connection with its plans to expand its production capacity and increase its energy efficiency, the company plans to implement this project, which includes: 1) Implementation of an energy audit (‘energy efficiency audit’) by a person entered in the register referred to in Article 60(1) of the Energy Efficiency Act (implemented before the submission of the project); 2) Purchase of energy efficient front loader in accordance with the recommendations of the energy audit.3) Activities to ensure publicity and visualisation of the project; The implementation of the project will contribute to a significant improvement of the energy efficiency in the company, according to the energy audit, the energy savings will amount to 20.20 %, as well as a reduction of CO2 emissions by 215 t/year, thus contributing to environmental protection. In addition to the energy saving effect, the project will contribute to an overall increase in the resource efficiency and efficiency of the company by creating a technological opportunity for the reuse of recycled construction waste from the new high-efficiency front loader. In production and technology, the implementation of the envisaged new equipment will lead to an increase in the production capacity as well as improvement of the quality of the production processes of the company. With the implementation of the project, the company will improve its overall activity in technological, financial, economic and environmental terms, which will lead to a lasting trend of increasing sales revenue, profit and profitability, which will ensure a sustainable increase in its competitiveness. Rila — Routes OOD a été créé en avril 2013 avec la principale activité d’extraction et de traitement des granulats destinés à la production de trottoirs routiers. Après avoir modernisé sa base d’asphalte dans le village de Kopilovtsi, depuis 2014, l’entreprise s’est également engagée dans la production de mélanges de béton bitumineux et d’autres produits de construction. Dans le cadre de ses projets d’augmentation de sa capacité de production et d’amélioration de son efficacité énergétique, l’entreprise prévoit de mettre en œuvre ce projet, qui comprend: 1) Mise en œuvre d’un audit énergétique («audit de l’efficacité énergétique») par une personne inscrite au registre visé à l’article 60, paragraphe 1, de la loi sur l’efficacité énergétique (mise en œuvre avant la soumission du projet); 2) Achat d’un chargeur frontal économe en énergie conformément aux recommandations de l’audit énergétique.3) Activités visant à assurer la publicité et la visualisation du projet; La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à une amélioration significative de l’efficacité énergétique dans l’entreprise, selon l’audit énergétique, les économies d’énergie s’élèveront à 20,20 %, ainsi qu’une réduction des émissions de CO2 de 215 t/an, contribuant ainsi à la protection de l’environnement. Outre l’effet d’économie d’énergie, le projet contribuera à une augmentation globale de l’efficacité et de l’efficacité des ressources de l’entreprise en créant une opportunité technologique pour la réutilisation des déchets de construction recyclés provenant de la nouvelle chargeuse frontale à haut rendement. Rila – Roads OOD wurde im April 2013 mit der Haupttätigkeit der Gewinnung und Verarbeitung von Aggregaten für die Herstellung von Straßenbelägen gegründet. Nach dem erfolgreichen Ausbau der Asphaltbasis im Dorf Kopilovtsi beschäftigt sich das Unternehmen seit 2014 auch mit der Herstellung von Asphaltbetonmischungen und anderen Bauprodukten. Im Zusammenhang mit seinen Plänen, seine Produktionskapazität zu erweitern und seine Energieeffizienz zu steigern, plant das Unternehmen, dieses Projekt umzusetzen, das Folgendes umfasst: 1) Durchführung eines Energieaudits („Energieeffizienzaudit“) durch eine Person, die in das in Artikel 60 Absatz 1 des Energieeffizienzgesetzes genannte Register eingetragen ist (vor Einreichung des Projekts durchgeführt); 2) Kauf eines energieeffizienten Frontladers gemäß den Empfehlungen des Energieaudits.3) Tätigkeiten zur Gewährleistung der Publizität und Visualisierung des Projekts; Die Durchführung des Projekts wird zu einer deutlichen Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz im Unternehmen beitragen, laut dem Energieaudit werden die Energieeinsparungen 20,20 % betragen und die CO2-Emissionen um 215 t/Jahr reduzieren und somit zum Umweltschutz beitragen. Neben dem Energieeinsparungseffekt wird das Projekt zu einer Gesamtsteigerung der Ressourceneffizienz und Effizienz des Unternehmens beitragen, indem es eine technologische Chance für die Wiederverwendung von recycelten Bauabfällen aus dem neuen hocheffizienten Frontlader schafft. In Produktion und Technik wird die Umsetzung der geplanten neuen Anlagen zu einer Steigerung der Produktionskapazität sowie zur Verbesserung der Qualität der Produktionsprozesse des Unternehmens führen. Mit der Umsetzung des Projekts wird das Unternehmen seine Gesamttätigkeit in technologischer, finanzieller, wirtschaftlicher und ökologischer Hinsicht verbessern, was zu einem dauerhaften Trend zu steigenden Umsatz-, Gewinn- und Rentabilitätssteigerungen führen wird, was eine nachhaltige Steigerung seiner Wettbewerbsfähigkeit gewährleisten wird. Na het succesvol verbeteren van de asfaltbasis in het dorp Kopilovtsi, sinds 2014 is het bedrijf ook bezig met de productie van asfalt betonmengsels en andere bouwproducten. Rila — Roads OOD nasce nell'aprile 2013 con la principale attività di estrazione e lavorazione di aggregati per la produzione di pavimentazioni stradali. Dopo aver migliorato con successo la sua base asfaltata nel villaggio di Kopilovtsi, dal 2 014 l'azienda si è impegnata anche nella produzione di miscele di cemento asfalto e altri prodotti da costruzione. Nell'ambito dei suoi piani di ampliamento della capacità produttiva e di aumento dell'efficienza energetica, l'azienda intende realizzare questo progetto, che comprende: 1) Attuazione di un audit energetico ("audit di efficienza energetica") da parte di una persona iscritta nel registro di cui all'articolo 60, paragrafo 1, della legge sull'efficienza energetica (attuata prima della presentazione del progetto); 2) Acquisto di caricatore frontale efficiente sotto il profilo energetico conformemente alle raccomandazioni dell'audit energetico.3) Attività volte a garantire la pubblicità e la visualizzazione del progetto; L'attuazione del progetto contribuirà ad un significativo miglioramento dell'efficienza energetica nell'azienda, secondo l'audit energetico, il risparmio energetico sarà pari al 20,20 %, nonché una riduzione delle emissioni di CO2 di 215 t/anno, contribuendo in tal modo alla tutela dell'ambiente. Oltre all'effetto di risparmio energetico, il progetto contribuirà ad un aumento complessivo dell'efficienza e dell'efficienza delle risorse dell'azienda creando un'opportunità tecnologica per il riutilizzo dei rifiuti da costruzione riciclati dal nuovo front loader ad alta efficienza.
