Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja i przebudowa budynku Miejskiego Ośrodka Kultury na potrzeby działalności Centrum Wspierania Rodziny. Lokalizacja projektu: Miasto Pasym (ul. Rynek 10A) na dz. nr 106, 107, 108 i 111 obr.4, Pasym. Zakres projektu: prace rozbiórkowe, prace budowlane, wyposażenie. Szczeg. informacje na temat zakresu rzecz. i przyjętych rozwiązań znajduje się w rozdz. 2.2 studium wyk. oraz w wyciągu dokum. techn. będącej załączn. do wniosku. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SZOOP RPOWiM 2014-2020, Oś priorytetowa 8 Obszary wymagające rewitalizacji, Cel tematyczny 9 Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelka dyskryminacją, Priorytet inwestycyjny 9 b – wspieranie rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej ubogich społeczności na obszarach miejskich i wiejskich,Cel szczegółowy: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Projekt wynika z LPR Pasymia, przyczynia się do integracji mieszkańców i do wyprowadzenia ze stanu kryzysowego zdegradowanego obszaru, jego kompleksowej rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i przestrzennej. Projekt promuje włączenie społeczne, walkę z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją. Zrewitalizowany obszar pozwoli na aktywizację lokalnej społeczności zamieszkującej zdegradowane obszary, w tym osoby niepełnosprawne, przez co jakość życia (zdrowotnego, społecznego) zostanie podniesiona. Wśród etapów realizacji przeds. wymienia się: oprac. dokumentacji techn., studium wyk., roboty budowlane, nadzór inwestorski, promocja projektu. Cały zakres inw. wdrażany będzie przez beneficjenta, tj. Gminę Pasym, która wyodrębniła ze swej struktury zespół pracowników odpowiedz. za wdrożenie projektu, którzy posiadają wysokie kwalifikacje i doświad. w realizacji projektów wdrożonych w latach 2007-2013, co potwierdza rozdział 2.4 studium. The subject of the project is the modernisation and reconstruction of the Municipal Cultural Centre building for the operation of the Family Support Centre. Location of the project: City of Pasym (ul. Market 10A) for 106, 107, 108 and 111 rpm, Belt. Scope of the project: demolition works, construction work, equipment. For details on the scope of the item and the solutions adopted, see section. 2.2 study and in the techn. documentation annexed to the application. The project fits into the assumptions of SZOOP RPOWiM 2014-2020, Priority Axis 8 Areas requiring revitalisation, Thematic objective 9 Promotion of social inclusion, fight against poverty and all discrimination, Investment priority 9 b – support for physical, economic and social rehabilitation of poor communities in urban and rural areas,Specific objective: Better quality of life for communities living in problem areas. The project stems from the LPR Pasymia, contributes to the integration of residents and to the removal of the degraded area from the crisis state, its comprehensive physical, economic and spatial revitalisation. The project promotes social inclusion, the fight against poverty and all discrimination. The revitalised area will allow the activation of local communities living in degraded areas, including people with disabilities, thus improving the quality of life (health and social). The stages of the pre-sale are: technical documentation, study, construction work, investor supervision, project promotion. The entire scope will be implemented by the beneficiary, i.e. The commune of Pasym, which distinguished from its structure a team of employees responsible for the implementation of the project, who are highly qualified and experienced in the implementation of the projects implemented in the years 2007-2013, which is confirmed by chapter 2.4 of the study. Le projet a pour objet la modernisation et la reconstruction de la construction du Centre culturel municipal aux fins des activités du Centre de soutien à la famille. Localisation du projet: Ville de Pasym (ul. Marché 10A) pour les volumes 106, 107, 108 et 111 r.4, Pasym. Portée du projet: démolition, construction, équipement. Pour plus de détails sur le champ d’application du point et les solutions adoptées, voir le chapitre. 2.2 Étude d’études et d’extraits de techn. joint à la proposition. Le projet est conforme aux objectifs de SZOOP RPOWiM 2014-2020, axe prioritaire 8 Domaines nécessitant une revitalisation, Objectif thématique 9 Promouvoir l’inclusion sociale, lutter contre la pauvreté et toutes les discriminations, priorité d’investissement 9 b — soutenir la régénération physique, économique et sociale des communautés pauvres dans les zones urbaines et rurales, objectif spécifique: Amélioration de la qualité de vie des communautés vivant dans des zones à problèmes. Le projet résulte de la LPR de Pasymia, contribue à l’intégration des résidents et à sortir de la crise la zone dégradée, sa régénération physique, économique et spatiale complète. Le projet promeut l’inclusion sociale, la lutte contre la pauvreté et toute discrimination. La zone revitalisée permettra l’activation de la communauté locale vivant dans des zones dégradées, y compris les personnes handicapées, afin d’améliorer la qualité de vie (saine, sociale). Parmi les étapes de la mise en œuvre figurent: développement de la documentation technique, étude d’études, travaux de construction, supervision des investisseurs, promotion de projets. L’ensemble du champ d’application sera mis en œuvre par le bénéficiaire, c’est-à-dire La municipalité de Pasym, qui a séparé de sa structure une équipe d’employés chargés de la mise en œuvre du projet, possédant des qualifications et une expérience élevées dans la mise en œuvre des projets mis en œuvre au cours de la période 2007-2013, comme le confirme le chapitre 2.4 de l’étude. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Modernisierung und Rekonstruktion des Gebäudes des städtischen Kulturzentrums im Rahmen der Aktivitäten des Familienförderungszentrums. Standort des Projekts: Stadt Pasym (ul. Markt 10A) für die Bände 106, 107, 108 und 111 r.4, Pasym. Umfang des Projekts: Abbruch, Bau, Ausrüstung. Einzelheiten zum Umfang des Postens und zu den gewählten Lösungen finden Sie in Kapitel. 2.2 Untersuchung der dem Vorschlag beigefügten Studien und Extrakte von techn. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit den Zielen von SZOOP RPOWiM 2014-2020, Prioritätsachse 8 Bereiche, die Revitalisierung erfordern, thematisches Ziel 9 Förderung der sozialen Inklusion, Bekämpfung von Armut und jeglicher Diskriminierung, Investitionspriorität 9 b – Unterstützung der physischen, wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Regeneration armer Gemeinschaften in städtischen und ländlichen Gebieten, spezifisches Ziel: Bessere Lebensqualität für Gemeinschaften, die in Problemgebieten leben. Das Projekt resultiert aus der Pasymia LPR, trägt zur Integration der Einwohner bei und trägt dazu bei, das degradierte Gebiet aus der Krise, seiner umfassenden physischen, wirtschaftlichen und räumlichen Regeneration zu befreien. Das Projekt fördert die soziale Inklusion, die Bekämpfung der Armut und jegliche Diskriminierung. Das neu belebte Gebiet wird die Aktivierung der lokalen Gemeinschaft ermöglichen, die in benachteiligten Gebieten lebt, einschließlich Menschen mit Behinderungen, damit die Lebensqualität (gesund, sozial) verbessert wird. Zu den Phasen der Umsetzung gehören: Entwicklung der technischen Dokumentation, Studium, Bauarbeiten, Investorenaufsicht, Projektförderung. Der gesamte Anwendungsbereich wird vom Begünstigten umgesetzt, d. h. Pasym Gemeinde, die ein Team von Mitarbeitern, die für die Durchführung des Projekts zuständig sind, von ihrer Struktur getrennt hat, die über hohe Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen bei der Durchführung der im Zeitraum 2007-2013 durchgeführten Projekte verfügen, wie in Kapitel 2.4 der Studie bestätigt. Het doel van het project is de modernisering en wederopbouw van het gebouw van het Gemeentelijk Cultureel Centrum ten behoeve van de activiteiten van het gezinsondersteuningscentrum. Locatie van het project: Stad Pasym (ul. Markt 10A) voor de volumes 106, 107, 108 en 111 r.4, Pasym. Reikwijdte van het project: sloop, bouw, apparatuur. Zie hoofdstuk voor meer informatie over het toepassingsgebied van het punt en de gekozen oplossingen. 2.2 Studie van studies en uittreksels van techn. bij het voorstel gevoegd. Het project is in overeenstemming met de doelstellingen van SZOOP RPOWiM 2014-2020, prioritaire as 8 Gebieden die revitalisering vereisen, thematische doelstelling 9 Bevordering van sociale inclusie, bestrijding van armoede en alle discriminatie, investeringsprioriteit 9 b — ondersteuning van fysieke, economische en sociale regeneratie van arme gemeenschappen in stedelijke en plattelandsgebieden, Specifieke doelstelling: Betere levenskwaliteit voor gemeenschappen die in probleemgebieden leven. Het project is het resultaat van de Pasymia LPR, draagt bij aan de integratie van bewoners en aan het uit de crisis brengen van het aangetaste gebied, de uitgebreide fysieke, economische en ruimtelijke regeneratie ervan. Het project bevordert sociale inclusie, de bestrijding van armoede en discriminatie. Het gerevitaliseerde gebied zal de activering mogelijk maken van de lokale gemeenschap die in aangetaste gebieden woont, met inbegrip van mensen met een handicap, zodat de kwaliteit van leven (gezond, sociaal) zal worden verbeterd. Tot de uitvoeringsfasen behoren: ontwikkeling van technische documentatie, studie, bouwwerkzaamheden, toezicht op investeerders, bevordering van projecten. Het volledige toepassingsgebied zal door de begunstigde worden uitgevoerd, d.w.z. De gemeente Pasym, die van haar structuur een team van met de uitvoering van het project belaste medewerkers scheidde, dat over hoge kwalificaties en ervaring beschikt met de uitvoering van projecten die in de periode 2007-2013 zijn uitgevoerd, zoals bevestigd in hoofdstuk 2.4 van de studie.
