Projekt polega na przygotowaniu terenu będącego własnością Wojciecha Górznego prow. dział. gosp. pod firmą Hydropress Wojciech Górzny w celu rozwoju potencjału produkcyjnego firmy. Rezultatem interwencji będzie wzrost inwestycji prywatnych uzupełniających wsparcie publiczne. Jest to zgodne z zapisami SzOOP RPO WiM dla Osi I. Projekt w szczególności stwarza lepsze warunki dla rozwoju MSP a także służy rozwojowi inteligentnych specjalizacji województwa wamińsko-mazurskiego. Projekt obejmuje następujące: wykop na wywóz, wymiana gruntów nienośnych, nasyp, wykonanie skarpy, uzbrojenie terenu (sieci), wewnętrzny układ komunikacyjny. Projekt będzie realizowany na działkach o nr ew: 835/2, 836/4, 836/6, 837 oraz 866 w zakresie zjazdów z drogi publicznej (połączenie z ukł. kom - niekwalifikowane). Teren położony jest w bezp. sąsiedztwie drogi ekspresowej S7, gł. szlaku łączącego płn. i pd. kraju. Docelowo realizacja projektu umożliwi w przyszłości budowę hali produkcyjno-magazynowej dzięki czemu nastąpi realizacja celów jakimi są: rozwój produkcji, wzrost przychodów oraz wzmocnienie konkurencyjności firmy. Dzięki przygotowaniu terenu inwestycyjnego, na którym powstanie obiekt produkcyjno-magazynowy, wnioskodawca utrzyma wysoką pozycję konkurencyjną oraz będzie wstanie zabezpieczyć rosnący popyt na produkty firmy. Zgodnie z Art. 2 pkt 49 Rozp. Komisji (UE) nr 651/2014 z dnia17.06. 2014 r. „inwestycja początkowa” oznacza m.in. zwiększenie zdolności produkcyjnej istniejącego zakładu, dywersyfikacje produkcji zakładu poprzez wprowadzenie produktów uprzednio nieprodukowanych w zakładzie. Inwestycja objęta projektem jest inwestycją w nowe rzeczowe aktywa trwałe, które posłużą zwiększeniu zdolności produkcyjnych oraz wprowadzeniu nowych produktów w istniejącym zakładzie. Projekt spełnia efekt zachęty - nie został rozpoczęty przed dniem złożenia wniosku o dofinansowanie. (Polish)

The project consists of preparing the area owned by Wojciech Górzny in order to develop the company’s production potential. The intervention will result in increased private investment in addition to public support. This is in line with the provisions of the SzOOP RPO WiM for Axis I. The project in particular creates better conditions for the development of SMEs and also serves the development of intelligent specialisations of the Wieso-Mazury Voivodeship. The project shall include the following: excavation for export, replacement of unbearable land, embankment, construction of slopes, armament of land (network), internal communication system. The project will be implemented on plots with no.: 835/2, 836/4, 836/6, 837 and 866 in the area of exits from the public road (connection to the communal – ineligible). The area is located in the immediate vicinity of the S7 expressway, the depth of the trail connecting the north and south of the country. Ultimately, the implementation of the project will allow the construction of a production and storage hall in the future, which will result in the realisation of the objectives of: development of production, increased revenues and strengthening the company’s competitiveness. Thanks to the preparation of the investment area where a production and warehouse facility will be built, the applicant will maintain a high competitive position and will be able to secure the growing demand for the company’s products. In accordance with Article 2(49) of the Treaty. Commission (EU) No 651/2014 of 17.06. 2014 ‘initial investment’ means, inter alia, an increase in the production capacity of an existing plant, diversification of the production of the plant through the introduction of products not previously produced in the plant. The investment covered by the project is an investment in new tangible fixed assets, which will serve to increase production capacity and introduce new products in an existing plant. Le projet consiste à préparer la zone détenue par Wojciech Górzny prow. gosp. sous le nom d’hydropresse Wojciech Górzny afin de développer le potentiel de production de l’entreprise. L’intervention se traduira par une augmentation des investissements privés complétant le soutien public. Cela est conforme aux dispositions du SzOOP WiM ROP pour l’axe I. Le projet en particulier crée de meilleures conditions pour le développement des PME et contribue également au développement de la spécialisation intelligente de la province deamińsko-Mazurskie. Le projet comprend les éléments suivants: excavation pour l’exportation, échange de terrains insupportables, remblai, construction de talus, armement du terrain (réseau), système de communication interne. Le projet sera mis en œuvre sur les parcelles no ew: 835/2, 836/4, 836/6, 837 et 866 dans la zone des sorties de la route publique (connexion avec communion — sans qualification). La zone est située à proximité libre de l’autoroute S7, la route profonde reliant le nord et le sud du pays. En fin de compte, la mise en œuvre du projet permettra la construction d’une salle de production et de stockage à l’avenir, grâce à laquelle les objectifs de: développement de la production, augmentation des revenus et renforcement de la compétitivité de l’entreprise. Grâce à la préparation de la zone d’investissement sur laquelle l’installation de production et de stockage sera construite, le demandeur conservera une position concurrentielle élevée et sera en mesure d’assurer la demande croissante pour les produits de l’entreprise. Conformément à l’article 2, paragraphe 49, du règlement. Commission (UE) no 651/2014 du 17 juin 2014. 2014 «investissement initial»: une augmentation de la capacité de production d’un établissement existant, une diversification de la production d’un établissement par l’introduction de produits qui n’avaient pas été produits auparavant dans l’usine. L’investissement couvert par le projet est un investissement dans de nouveaux actifs corporels qui permettront d’accroître la capacité de production et d’introduire de nouveaux produits dans une usine existante. Das Projekt besteht in der Vorbereitung des Gebiets von Wojciech Górzny prow. gosp. unter dem Namen Hydropresse Wojciech Górzny, um das Produktionspotenzial des Unternehmens zu entwickeln. Die Maßnahme wird zu einer Zunahme privater Investitionen führen, die die öffentliche Unterstützung ergänzen. Dies entspricht den Bestimmungen des SzOOP WiM ROP für Achse I. Das Projekt schafft insbesondere bessere Voraussetzungen für die Entwicklung von KMU und dient auch der Entwicklung einer intelligenten Spezialisierung der Provinzamińsko-Mazurskie. Das Projekt umfasst Folgendes: Ausgrabung für den Export, Austausch von unerträglichem Land, Böschung, Hangbau, Geländebewaffnung (Netzwerk), internes Kommunikationssystem. Das Projekt wird auf den Grundstücken Nr. ew durchgeführt: 835/2, 836/4, 836/6, 837 und 866 im Bereich der Ausfahrten von der öffentlichen Straße (Verbindung zur Gemeinschaft – unqualifiziert). Das Gebiet befindet sich in der freien Nähe der Schnellstraße S7, der tiefen Straße, die den Norden und Süden des Landes verbindet. Letztlich wird die Umsetzung des Projekts in Zukunft den Bau einer Produktions- und Lagerhalle ermöglichen, dank derer die Ziele: Entwicklung der Produktion, Steigerung der Einnahmen und Stärkung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens. Dank der Vorbereitung des Investitionsgebiets, auf dem die Produktions- und Lagerstätte errichtet werden soll, wird der Antragsteller eine hohe Wettbewerbsposition bewahren und die wachsende Nachfrage nach den Produkten des Unternehmens sichern können. Gemäß Artikel 2 Absatz 49 der Verordnung. Kommission (EU) Nr. 651/2014 vom 17.6. „Ursprüngliche Investitionen“ sind unter anderem eine Erhöhung der Produktionskapazität eines bestehenden Betriebs, die Diversifizierung der Produktion eines Betriebs durch die Einführung von zuvor nicht in der Anlage hergestellten Erzeugnissen. Die Investition, die Gegenstand des Projekts ist, ist eine Investition in neue Sachanlagen, die die Produktionskapazität erhöhen und neue Produkte in einem bestehenden Werk einführen werden. Das Projekt hat einen Anreizeffekt – es wurde nicht vor dem Datum der Einreichung des Förderantrags begonnen. (German)

Het project bestaat uit de voorbereiding van het gebied dat eigendom is van Wojciech Górzny prow. gosp. onder de naam hydropress Wojciech Górzny om het productiepotentieel van het bedrijf te ontwikkelen. De interventie zal leiden tot een toename van de particuliere investeringen als aanvulling op de overheidssteun. Dit is in overeenstemming met de bepalingen van het SzOOP WiM ROP voor as I. Het project schept met name betere voorwaarden voor de ontwikkeling van KMO’s en dient ook voor de ontwikkeling van slimme specialisatie in de provincie Mamińsko-Mazurskie. Het project omvat het volgende: opgraving voor export, uitwisseling van ondraaglijk land, dijk, hellingconstructie, terreinbewapening (netwerk), intern communicatiesysteem. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd op percelen nr. ew: 835/2, 836/4, 836/6, 837 en 866 in het gebied van uitgangen van de openbare weg (verbinding met communie — ongekwalificeerd). Het gebied ligt in de vrije omgeving van de S7 snelweg, de diepe weg die het noorden en het zuiden van het land verbindt. Uiteindelijk zal de uitvoering van het project in de toekomst de bouw van een productie- en opslaghal mogelijk maken, waardoor de doelstellingen van: ontwikkeling van de productie, verhoging van de inkomsten en versterking van het concurrentievermogen van het bedrijf. Dankzij de voorbereiding van het investeringsgebied waarop de productie- en opslagfaciliteit zal worden gebouwd, zal de aanvrager een hoge concurrentiepositie behouden en de groeiende vraag naar de producten van het bedrijf kunnen veiligstellen. Overeenkomstig artikel 2, lid 49, van de verordening. Commissie (EU) nr. 651/2014 van 17.6.2014 Onder „initiële investering” in 2014 wordt onder meer verstaan: een verhoging van de productiecapaciteit van een bestaande vestiging, diversificatie van de productie van een inrichting door de introductie van producten die niet eerder in de fabriek zijn geproduceerd. De investering waarop het project betrekking heeft, is een investering in nieuwe materiële activa die de productiecapaciteit zal vergroten en nieuwe producten in een bestaande fabriek zal introduceren. Het project heeft een stimulerend effect — het is niet van start gegaan vóór de datum van indiening van de financieringsaanvraag. (Dutch)
