Przedmiotem projektu jest produkcja innowacyjnej pasty do zębów i/lub innych preparatów stomatologicznych, dzięki specjalnie skonstruowanej linii technologicznej. Nowością jest odpowiedni dobór składników aktywnych i wykorzystanie zjawiska synergii między dwoma składnikami pasty, dzięki czemu zwiększa się skuteczność jej działania antyseptycznego. Stosowanie preparatu jest łatwe i przyjazne dla użytkowników, a przewidywane korzyści redukcji drobnoustrojów przewyższają ewentualne efekty uboczne. Linia produkcyjna będzie składać się m. in. z mieszalnika uniwersalnego - homogenizatora, mieszalników zadaniowych do przygotowania przedmieszek, zbiornika pośredniego, transportowego i pompy do cieczy gęstych, i ma być skonfigurowana tak, by można było realizować wszystkie cele procesowe zgodnie z założeniami technologicznymi. Innowacja wdrażana w ramach projektu jest innowacją na poziomie europejskim. Projekt pozwoli na osiągnięcie przewagi konkurencyjnej wynikającej z zastosowanej innowacji. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the production of innovative toothpaste and/or other dental preparations, thanks to a specially constructed technological line. A novelty is the selection of active ingredients and the use of synergy between the two components of the paste, thus increasing the effectiveness of its antiseptic action. The use of the preparation is easy and user-friendly, and the expected benefits of reducing microorganisms outweigh the possible side effects. The production line will consist of, among others, a universal mixer – homogeniser, task mixers for preparation of premixtures, intermediate tank, transport tank and dense liquid pump, and is to be configured so that all process goals can be achieved according to technological assumptions. Innovation implemented by the project is an innovation at European level. The project will achieve a competitive advantage resulting from the innovation applied. (English)

L’objet du projet est la production de dentifrices innovantes et/ou d’autres préparations dentaires, grâce à une ligne technologique spécialement construite. Une nouveauté est la sélection appropriée des principes actifs et l’utilisation du phénomène de synergie entre les deux composants de la pâte, grâce auquel l’efficacité de son action antiseptique est accrue. L’utilisation de la préparation est facile et conviviale, et les avantages attendus de la réduction microbienne l’emportent sur les effets secondaires possibles. La ligne de production se composera, entre autres, d’un mélangeur universel — homogéniseur, mélangeurs de tâches pour la préparation de maître-batches, réservoir intermédiaire, réservoir de transport et pompe pour liquides denses, et doit être configuré pour atteindre tous les objectifs de processus conformément aux hypothèses technologiques. L’innovation mise en œuvre par le projet est une innovation au niveau européen. Le projet débouchera sur un avantage concurrentiel résultant de l’innovation appliquée. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Herstellung innovativer Zahnpasta und/oder anderer zahnmedizinischer Präparate, dank einer speziell konstruierten Technologielinie. Eine Neuheit ist die geeignete Auswahl der Wirkstoffe und die Verwendung des Phänomens der Synergie zwischen den beiden Komponenten der Paste, durch die die Wirksamkeit ihrer antiseptischen Wirkung erhöht wird. Die Verwendung der Zubereitung ist einfach und benutzerfreundlich, und die erwarteten Vorteile der mikrobiellen Reduktion überwiegen die möglichen Nebenwirkungen. Die Produktionslinie besteht u. a. aus einem Universalmischer – Homogenisierer, Aufgabenmischer für die Vorbereitung von Masterbatches, Zwischentank, Transporttank und Pumpe für dichte Flüssigkeiten und soll so konfiguriert werden, dass alle Prozessziele in Übereinstimmung mit technologischen Annahmen erreicht werden. Die durch das Projekt umgesetzte Innovation ist eine Innovation auf europäischer Ebene. Das Projekt wird zu einem Wettbewerbsvorteil führen, der sich aus der angewandten Innovation ergibt. (German)

Het onderwerp van het project is de productie van innovatieve tandpasta en/of andere tandpreparaten, dankzij een speciaal geconstrueerde technologische lijn. Een nieuwigheid is de juiste selectie van actieve ingrediënten en het gebruik van het fenomeen van synergie tussen de twee componenten van de pasta, waardoor de effectiviteit van de antiseptische werking wordt verhoogd. Het gebruik van het preparaat is eenvoudig en gebruiksvriendelijk, en de verwachte voordelen van microbiële reductie wegen op tegen de mogelijke bijwerkingen. De productielijn zal onder meer bestaan uit een universele mixer — homogenizer, taakmengers voor de voorbereiding van masterbatches, tussentank, transporttank en pomp voor dichte vloeistoffen, en moet worden geconfigureerd om alle procesdoelstellingen te bereiken in overeenstemming met technologische aannames. De innovatie die door het project wordt uitgevoerd, is een innovatie op Europees niveau. Het project zal leiden tot een concurrentievoordeel als gevolg van de toegepaste innovatie. (Dutch)
