Planowane przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie w Województwie Mazowieckim (WM) w Powiecie Wyszkowskim (PW) na terenie gmin Brańszczyk i Długosiodło. Projekt obejmuje przebudowę drogi powiatowej nr 4403W od km 0+350,00 (zero robocze na skrzyżowaniu z DK Nr 8) do km 19+263,00 w zakres której wchodzi: przebudowa jezdni do docelowej szerokości 6m o długości ok. 17,95km, przebudowa/budowa chodników na długości ok 4,8515km, przebudowa/budowa ścieżki rowerowej o długości 12,49km, budowa/przebudowa 3 skrzyżowań skanalizowanych w tym ronda w miejscowości Stare Bosewo, przebudowę rowów i poboczy, przebudowa 3 mostów (1 most z dobudową kładki), przebudowa przepustu, wykonanie oznakowania. Droga nr 4403W położona jest w ciągu ważnego szlaku komunikacyjnego łączącego się z DK nr 8 i nr 60. Dzięki realizacji inwestycji powstanie dogodne połączenie komunikacyjne pomiędzy siedzibą subregionu ostrołęckiego a stolicą kraju. Projekt ma wpływ na zwiększenie konkurencyjności gospodarczej i atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej regionu. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy dostępności komunikacyjnej regionu, co oznacza szybsze i bezpieczniejsze powiązania pomiędzy obszarami położonymi na terenie województwa mazowieckiego, lepszy dostęp do sieci dróg krajowych i międzynarodowych oraz korytarzy trans-europejskich jak również poprawę powiatowego systemu transportowego, w celu zwiększenia atrakcyjności powiatu wyszkowskiego jako miejsca działalności gospodarczej. Bezpośrednim Beneficjentem projektu jest PW. Pośrednimi beneficjentami projektu są mieszkańcy PW, obecni i przyszli przedsiębiorcy, turyści i inni użytkownicy drogi. Planowane przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie w formule RIT. Projekt PW zaplanowany został w Planie Inwestycyjnym dla subregionu ostrołęckiego w wiązce projektów w ramach I Projektu wiodącego, który przewiduje komplementarnie do pozostałego obszaru funkcjonalnego działania inwestycyjne, które mają na celu ułatwienie komunikacji w ramach całego subregionu ostrołęckiego. The planned project will be implemented in the Mazowiecki Voivodeship (WM) in the Wyszkowski County (PW) within the communes of Brańszczyk and Długosiodło. The project includes the reconstruction of district road No. 4403 W from km 0 + 350.00 (zero working at the junction with DK No 8) to km 19+ 263.00, which includes: reconstruction of the road to the target width of 6 m with a length of approx. 17.95 km, reconstruction/construction of walkways with a length of 4.8515 km, reconstruction/construction of a cycle path with a length of 12.49 km, construction/reconstruction of 3 intersections, including roundabout in Stare Bosewo, reconstruction of ditches and sideways, reconstruction of 3 bridges (1 bridge with bridge extension), reconstruction of culverts, marking. Road No 4403 W is located on an important transport route connecting to DK No. 8 and No. 60. Thanks to the implementation of the investment, a convenient communication link will be created between the seat of the Ostręłęck subregion and the capital of the country. The project has an impact on increasing the economic competitiveness and investment attractiveness of the region. The implementation of the project will contribute to improving the transport accessibility of the region, which means faster and safer links between areas located in the Mazowieckie voivodship, better access to the network of national and international roads and trans-European corridors, as well as improving the poviat transport system, in order to increase the attractiveness of the Wyszkowski district as a place of economic activity. The direct beneficiary of the project is PW. Indirect beneficiaries of the project are residents of the IA, present and future entrepreneurs, tourists and other road users. The planned project will be implemented in the RIT formula. The project of the PW was planned in the Investment Plan for the Ostręłęckie subregion in a bundle of projects under the Lead Project I, which provides in addition to the remaining functional investment activity, which aim to facilitate communication within the entire subregion of Ostręłęck. Le projet prévu sera mis en œuvre dans la voïvodie de Mazowiecki (WM) à Powiecie Wyszkowski (PW) dans les municipalités de Brańszczyk et Długosiodło. Le projet comprend la reconstruction de la route de district no 4403 W à partir du km 0 + 350,00 (travaillant zéro à la jonction avec DK no 8) au km 19 + 263,00, qui comprend: reconstruction de la chaussée jusqu’à la largeur cible de 6 m avec une longueur d’env. 17,95 km, reconstruction/construction de trottoirs sur une longueur d’environ 4,8515 km, reconstruction/construction d’une piste cyclable de 12,49 km, construction/reconstruction de 3 intersections scannées, dont un rond-point dans la ville de Stare Bosewo, reconstruction des fossés et des côtés, reconstruction de 3 ponts (1 pont avec l’ajout d’une passerelle), reconstruction du ponceau, exécution de signalisation. La route no 4403 W est située le long d’une voie de transport importante reliant le DK no 8 et le no 60. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de l’investissement, une liaison de transport pratique sera créée entre le siège de la sous-région d’Ostroleka et la capitale du pays. Le projet a un impact sur l’accroissement de la compétitivité économique de la région et de l’attractivité des investissements. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à améliorer l’accessibilité des transports de la région, ce qui signifie des liaisons plus rapides et plus sûres entre les zones situées dans la voïvodie de Mazowieckie, un meilleur accès au réseau des routes nationales et internationales et des corridors transeuropéens, ainsi qu’à l’amélioration du système de transport urbain, afin d’accroître l’attractivité du district de Wyszkowski en tant que lieu d’activité économique. Le bénéficiaire direct du projet est le partenariat oriental. Les bénéficiaires indirects du projet sont les résidents du partenariat oriental, les entrepreneurs actuels et futurs, les touristes et les autres usagers de la route. Le projet prévu sera mis en œuvre sous la forme de RIT. Le projet du partenariat oriental a été planifié dans le plan d’investissement pour la sous-région d’Ostroleka dans le cadre d’un ensemble de projets relevant du premier projet pilote, qui complètent le reste du domaine fonctionnel des activités d’investissement, qui visent à faciliter la communication au sein de l’ensemble de la sous-région d’Ostroleka. Das Projekt umfasst den Wiederaufbau der Kreisstraße Nr. 4403 W von km 0 + 350.00 (Betrieb Null an der Kreuzung mit DK Nr. 8) bis km 19 + 263.00, die Folgendes umfasst: Rekonstruktion der Fahrbahn bis zur Zielbreite von 6 m mit einer Länge von ca. 17,95 km, Umbau/Bau von Pflastern über eine Länge von ca. 4,8515 km, Umbau/Bau eines 12,49 km langen Radwegs, Bau/Rekonstruktion von 3 gescannten Abschnitten, einschließlich eines Kreisverkehrs in der Stadt Stare Bosewo, Rekonstruktion von Gräben und Seitenwegen, Wiederaufbau von 3 Brücken (1 Brücke mit Zusatz einer Fußgängerbrücke), Rekonstruktion des Sackgassens, Hinrichtung der Beschilderung. Die Straße Nr. 4403 W befindet sich entlang einer großen Verkehrsstrecke, die mit DK Nr. 8 und Nr. 60 verbunden ist. Dank der Umsetzung der Investition wird eine bequeme Verkehrsverbindung zwischen dem Hauptsitz der Unterregion Ostroleka und der Hauptstadt des Landes geschaffen. Das Projekt wirkt sich auf die Steigerung der wirtschaftlichen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und der Attraktivität der Investitionen aus. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, die Verkehrsanbindung der Region zu verbessern, was eine schnellere und sicherere Anbindung der Gebiete in der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie, einen besseren Zugang zum Netz nationaler und internationaler Straßen und transeuropäischer Korridore sowie eine Verbesserung des Kreisverkehrssystems bedeutet, um die Attraktivität des Bezirks Wyszkowski als Ort der wirtschaftlichen Tätigkeit zu erhöhen. Der direkte Begünstigte des Projekts ist die Östlichen Partnerschaft. Die indirekten Begünstigten des Projekts sind Bewohner der Östlichen Partnerschaft, derzeitige und zukünftige Unternehmer, Touristen und andere Verkehrsteilnehmer. Das geplante Projekt wird in Form von RIT durchgeführt. Das EaP-Projekt wurde in der Investitionsoffensive für die Teilregion Ostroleka in einem Bündel von Projekten im Rahmen des First Lead-Projekts geplant, das den Rest des Funktionsbereichs der Investitionstätigkeit ergänzt, mit dem die Kommunikation innerhalb der gesamten Teilregion Ostroleka erleichtert werden soll. Het project omvat de wederopbouw van stadsweg nr. 4403 W van km 0 + 350,00 (nul werken op de kruising met DK nr. 8) tot km 19 + 263.00 uur, waaronder: reconstructie van de weg tot de doelbreedte van 6 m met een lengte van ca. 17,95 km, wederopbouw/bouw van trottoirs over een lengte van ongeveer 4,8515 km, wederopbouw/aanleg van een 12,49 km lange fietspad, bouw/herbouw van 3 kruispunten gescand, waaronder een rotonde in de stad Stare Bosewo, reconstructie van sloten en zijwaartse wegen, wederopbouw van 3 bruggen (1 brug met toevoeging van een voetgangersbrug), wederopbouw van de beul, uitvoering van bewegwijzering. Weg nr. 4403 W is gelegen langs een belangrijke vervoersroute die aansluit op DK nr. 8 en nr. 60. Dankzij de uitvoering van de investering zal een gemakkelijke vervoersverbinding tot stand worden gebracht tussen het hoofdkantoor van de subregio Ostroleka en de hoofdstad van het land. Het project heeft gevolgen voor het economisch concurrentievermogen en de aantrekkelijkheid van investeringen in de regio. De uitvoering van het project zal bijdragen tot de verbetering van de toegankelijkheid van het vervoer in de regio, wat betekent dat de verbindingen tussen de gebieden in het woiwodschap Mazowieckie sneller en veiliger moeten verlopen, dat de toegang tot het netwerk van nationale en internationale wegen en trans-Europese corridors moet worden verbeterd, en dat het stadsvervoerssysteem moet worden verbeterd om de aantrekkelijkheid van het district Wyszkowski als plaats van economische activiteit te vergroten. De directe begunstigde van het project is het Oostelijk Partnerschap. De indirecte begunstigden van het project zijn inwoners van het Oostelijk Partnerschap, huidige en toekomstige ondernemers, toeristen en andere weggebruikers.
