Das Geschäftsvolumen wird jährlich moderat wachsen, und die Kosten werden zu einem höheren Preisaufschlag als der Verbraucherpreisindex aufgeblasen. Die Kosten des Personals werden durch jegliche Änderung des Gehalts entweder durch Produktivitätsprämien oder durch Änderungen des Arbeitsgesetzes gedeckt. (German)
