Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia na rynek autorskiego, w pełni innowacyjnego systemu predykcji awarii dedykowanego dla urządzeń przemysłowych i maszyn. System Predictail to zaawansowany, oparty o autorskie rozwiązania techniczne (sprzętowe) oraz informatyczne (algorytmy analityczne) kompletny system umożliwiający przewidywanie i zapobieganie awariom urządzeń technicznych. Składa się z platformy sprzętowej, oprogramowania analizującego dane w chmurze oraz aplikacji webowej stanowiącej interfejs użytkownika. Dzięki temu system nie tylko umożliwia podgląd parametrów pracy maszyny online (aktualne rozwiązania rynkowe), ale przede wszystkim autonomicznie wykrywa anomalie pracy maszyny oraz estymuje prawdopodobieństwo wystąpienia awarii i pozostały czas życia typowych podsystemów takich jak np. baterie czy układy hydrauliczne. Pozwala to na minimalizację kosztów utrzymania maszyny - zmniejszenie czasu przestoju, redukcję zużycia części zamiennych oraz optymalizację pracy obsługi serwisowej. Ponadto dostęp do danych z czasu eksploatacji ułatwia projektowanie następnej generacji maszyny i rozwiązywanie sporów gwarancyjnych. Działania projektu koncentrują się na rynkowym testowaniu i ulepszaniu produktu w celu opracowania i rozwijania najbardziej pożądanych przez klientów funkcji innowacyjnego systemu. Cele będą realizowane głownie poprzez zbudowanie w Spółce odpowiedniego potencjału intelektualnego i technicznego (zespołu eksperckiego) umożliwiającego wprowadzenie na rynek konkurencyjnego i funkcjonalnego produktu. The project concerns the implementation of a fully innovative failure prediction system dedicated to industrial equipment and machinery. Predictail is an advanced system based on proprietary (hardware) and IT solutions (analytical algorithms) a complete system for predicting and preventing failures of technical devices. It consists of a hardware platform, cloud data analysis software, and a web application that is a user interface. As a result, the system not only allows to preview the parameters of the machine online (current market solutions), but above all independently detects machine anomalies and estimates the probability of failure and the remaining life of typical subsystems such as batteries or hydraulic systems. This allows to minimise the maintenance costs of the machine – reducing downtime, reducing spare parts consumption and optimising service operation. In addition, access to operational data facilitates the design of the next generation of machinery and the resolution of warranty disputes. The project activities focus on market testing and improvement of the product in order to develop and develop the most desirable features of the innovative system. The objectives will be pursued mainly by building in the Company the appropriate intellectual and technical potential (expert team) to market a competitive and functional product. (English)

Le projet concerne la mise en œuvre d’un système de prédiction des pannes entièrement innovant dédié aux équipements industriels et aux machines sur le marché. Le système Predictail est un système avancé, basé sur des solutions techniques (matériel) et IT (algorithmes analytiques) propriétaires, un système complet pour prédire et prévenir les défaillances de l’équipement technique. Il se compose d’une plate-forme matérielle, d’un logiciel analysant les données dans le cloud et d’une application web qui constitue une interface utilisateur. Grâce à cela, le système permet non seulement de prévisualiser les paramètres de fonctionnement de la machine en ligne (solutions de marché actuelles), mais surtout, il détecte de manière autonome les anomalies du fonctionnement de la machine et estime la probabilité de défaillances et la durée de vie restante des sous-systèmes typiques tels que batteries ou systèmes hydrauliques. Cela vous permet de minimiser les coûts d’entretien de la machine — réduire les temps d’arrêt, réduire l’usure des pièces de rechange et optimiser la maintenance. En outre, l’accès aux données de durée de vie facilite la conception de la prochaine génération de machines et la résolution des litiges de garantie. Les activités du projet se concentrent sur les tests de marché et l’amélioration des produits afin de développer et de développer les caractéristiques les plus recherchées du système innovant. Les objectifs seront atteints principalement en construisant au sein de l’entreprise le potentiel intellectuel et technique approprié (équipe d’experts) permettant l’introduction d’un produit compétitif et fonctionnel sur le marché. Das Projekt betrifft die Einführung eines vollständig innovativen Fehlervorhersagesystems für industrielle Geräte und Maschinen auf dem Markt. Das Predictail-System ist ein fortschrittliches System, das auf proprietären technischen (Hardware) und IT-Lösungen (analytische Algorithmen) basiert, ein komplettes System zur Vorhersage und Verhinderung von technischen Geräteausfällen. Es besteht aus einer Hardware-Plattform, Software zur Analyse von Daten in der Cloud und einer Webanwendung, die eine Benutzeroberfläche bildet. Dadurch können Sie nicht nur die Betriebsparameter der Online-Maschine (aktuelle Marktlösungen) vorhersehen, sondern vor allem autonom die Anomalien des Maschinenbetriebs erkennen und die Wahrscheinlichkeit von Ausfällen und die verbleibende Lebensdauer typischer Subsysteme wie Batterien oder Hydrauliksysteme schätzen. So können Sie die Wartungskosten der Maschine minimieren – Ausfallzeiten reduzieren, Verschleiß von Ersatzteilen reduzieren und die Wartung optimieren. Darüber hinaus erleichtert der Zugriff auf Lebenszeitdaten die Gestaltung der nächsten Maschinengeneration und die Beilegung von Garantiestreitigkeiten. Het project betreft de implementatie van een volledig innovatief storingsvoorspellingssysteem voor industriële apparatuur en machines op de markt. Het Predictail systeem is een geavanceerd, gebaseerd op eigen technische (hardware) en IT-oplossingen (analytische algoritmen) een compleet systeem voor het voorspellen en voorkomen van technische apparatuur storingen. Het bestaat uit een hardwareplatform, software voor het analyseren van gegevens in de cloud en een webapplicatie die een gebruikersinterface vormt. Dankzij dit systeem kunt u niet alleen de bedrijfsparameters van de online machine bekijken (huidige marktoplossingen), maar vooral autonoom de anomalieën van de werking van de machine detecteren en de kans op storingen en de resterende levensduur van typische subsystemen zoals batterijen of hydraulische systemen inschatten. Dit stelt u in staat om de onderhoudskosten van de machine te minimaliseren — downtime te verminderen, slijtage van reserveonderdelen te verminderen en het onderhoud te optimaliseren. Bovendien vergemakkelijkt de toegang tot levensduurgegevens het ontwerp van de volgende generatie machines en het oplossen van garantiegeschillen. De activiteiten van het project zijn gericht op markttests en productverbetering om de meest gewilde kenmerken van het innovatieve systeem te ontwikkelen en te ontwikkelen. De doelstellingen zullen vooral worden bereikt door in de onderneming het passende intellectuele en technische potentieel (deskundig team) op te bouwen dat de introductie van een concurrerend en functioneel product op de markt mogelijk maakt.
