Celem proj. jest zwiększ. możliwości zatrudnienia os. młodych do 29r.ż. pozostających bez pracy w pow. radzyńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podj. zatrudn. przez: ? 39% os. w najtrudn sytuacji (w tym os. z niepełnospr., os. o niskich kwalifik., os. długotrw. bezrob.) ? 54% os. nienależ. do w/w grup W proj. wsparciem obejmiemy 235 os. (124K/111M) w w. 18-29 l. zakwalifik. do prof. pomocy I (tzw. bezrob aktywni) lub prof. pomocy II (tzw. bezrob. wymag. wsparcia) z kategorii NEET. Każda os. dostanie ofertę aktywizacji zawod., którą poprzedza analiza umiejętn., predysp. i probl. zawod. os. Na tej podst. realizuj. usługi i instrum. rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie. Usługi to: pośrednictwo pracy i/lub poradnictwo zawod. Instrumenty/formy aktywiz. fakultat. (indywid. dobrane do os.) to: staż (64 os), szkolenie (81 os), bon szkoleniowy (5 os), bon na zasiedlenie (37 os), przyznanie jednorazowo środków na podjęcie działaln. gospod. (27 os), refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposaż. stanow. pracy (21 os). Realiz. w/w zadań wynik. z Ustawy i z rozporządzeń wykon. do niej. Przy stażach i szkoleniach zakładamy wypł. stypendium, zapłatę lekarzowi medycyny pracy za wykonanie badań lekar. uczestników oraz zwrot kosztów dojazdu na staż lub na szkolenie dla os. dojeżdżających. Przy bonie szkoleniowym zakładamy zapł. instyt. szkol. za szkolenie, zapłatę za wykonane bad. lek. oraz ryczałt kosztów dojazdu. Podczas szkolenia os. otrzymuje również stypendium. Wszystkie w/w zadania (formy wsparcia) są umieszczone w budżecie proj. i są zg. ze stawkami określ. w ustawie z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy oraz z cenami rynkowymi (KM3). Ponadto wydatki w budżecie są: ? kwalifikow. (wynikają z Ustawy oraz Wytycznych w zakr. kwalifikowaln. wydatków w ramach EFRR, EFS i FS na l. 2014-2020), ? zgodne z SzOOP w zakresie pomocy de minimis ? niezbędne do realizacji proj. i osiągnięcia celu proj., ? racjonalne i efektywne (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people up to 29 who are unemployed in Radzyń. The main result of the project will be: ? 39 % of people in the most difficult situation (including persons with a disability, low qualifiers, long-term unemployment?)? 54 % non-members of the above-mentioned groups In the project support we will cover 235 people. (124K/111M) in 18-29 l. qualified to Prof. I (the so-called active unemployment) or prof. aid II (so-called ‘unemployment of support’) in NEET category. Each person will get an offer to activate the profession, which is preceded by a skilful analysis, predisposed and probl. pro. os. On this subst. implement the services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act. The services are: job mediation and/or career guidance. Instruments/forms activated. optional. (individuals selected for a person) are: internship (64 people), training (81 people), training voucher (5 people), settlement voucher (37 people), allocation of funds for taking an active gospod once. (27 pers), reimbursement of equipment costs or retrofit. work condition (21 persons). The above-mentioned tasks result. from the Act and from the regulations performed. to it. During internships and trainings we assume a scholarship, payment to the occupational medicine doctor for carrying out medical examinations of participants and reimbursement of travel costs for traineeships or for training for commuters. At the training voucher we assume the payment of the institute. school. for training, payment for the performed bad. medicine. and a lump sum of travel costs. During training, he also receives a scholarship. All above-mentioned tasks (forms of support) are included in the project budget and are in accordance with the rates specified in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions and with market prices (KM3). L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes jusqu’à 29 ans sans emploi dans la région de Radzyn. Le principal résultat du projet sera réalisé par: 39 % des personnes se trouvant dans la situation la plus difficile (y compris celles qui ont un chômage partiel, peu qualifié et de longue durée)? 54 % des personnes ne font pas partie des groupes susmentionnés Nous soutiendrons 235 personnes. (124K/111M) en 18-29 est admissible au professeur d’aide I (appelé «chômage actif») ou au professeur d’aide II (appelé «soutien requis non rémunéré») de la catégorie NEET. Chaque personne recevra une offre d’activation de la profession, qui est précédée par l’analyse des compétences, prédisp. et probl. profession. Sur cette base, mettre en œuvre les services et les instruments du marché du travail visés dans la loi. Les services sont: placement et/ou conseil de la profession. Activisme instruments/formes. faculté. (personnes sélectionnées pour la personne) sont: stage (64 personnes), formation (81 personnes), bon de formation (5 personnes), bon d’établissement (37 personnes), allocation ponctuelle de fonds pour commencer à fonctionner. (27 personnes), remboursement des frais d’équipement ou de rénovation de l’état de travail (21 personnes). Les tâches susmentionnées découlent de la loi et du règlement d’exécution. Pendant les stages et les formations, nous assumons une bourse d’études, le paiement au médecin du travail pour la réalisation des examens médicaux des participants et le remboursement des frais de voyage pour le stage ou pour la formation des navetteurs. Sur le bon de formation, nous prenons en charge des frais d’instigation de l’école. pour la formation, le paiement des mauvais médicaments. et les frais de voyage forfaitaires. Pendant la formation, il/elle reçoit également une bourse d’études. Toutes les tâches susmentionnées (formes de soutien) sont incluses dans le projet de budget et sont conformes aux taux spécifiés dans la loi du 20 avril 2004 sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail et avec les prix du marché (KM3). Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen bis zu 29 Jahren zu erhöhen, die in der Region Radzyn arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird durchgeführt durch: 39 % der Menschen in der schwierigsten Situation (einschließlich Personen mit teilweisen, gering qualifizierten, Langzeitarbeitslosen)? 54 % der Personen sind nicht Teil der oben genannten Gruppen Wir unterstützen 235 Personen. (124K/111M) in 18-29 qualifiziert für Hilfsprofessor I (sogenannte „aktive Arbeitslosigkeit“) oder Hilfsprofessor II (sogenannte „unbezahlte erforderliche Unterstützung“) aus der NEET-Kategorie. Jede Person erhält ein Angebot zur Aktivierung des Berufs, dem die Analyse von Fähigkeiten, Prädisp. und Probl.-Beruf vorausgeht. Auf dieser Grundlage die im Gesetz genannten Dienstleistungen und Instrumente des Arbeitsmarktes umzusetzen. Die Dienstleistungen sind: Vermittlung und/oder Beratung des Berufs. Aktivismus Instrumente/Formen. fakultativ. (für die Person ausgewählte Personen) sind: Praktikum (64 Personen), Ausbildung (81 Personen), Ausbildungsgutschein (5 Personen), Siedlungsgutschein (37 Personen), einmalige Zuweisung von Mitteln für den Beginn des Betriebs. (27 Personen), Erstattung der Kosten für Ausrüstung oder Nachrüstung des Arbeitszustands (21 Personen). Die oben genannten Aufgaben ergeben sich aus dem Gesetz und den Vollstreckungsvorschriften. Bei Praktika und Schulungen übernehmen wir ein Stipendium, Zahlung an den Berufsarzt für die Durchführung von ärztlichen Untersuchungen der Teilnehmer und Erstattung der Reisekosten für das Praktikum oder für die Ausbildung von Pendlern. Beim Trainingsgutschein übernehmen wir eine Gebühr für die Anstiftung der Schule. für Ausbildung, Zahlung für schlechte Medizin. und pauschale Reisekosten. Während der Ausbildung erhält er/sie auch ein Stipendium. Alle oben genannten Aufgaben (Formen zur Unterstützung) sind im Haushaltsentwurf enthalten und entsprechen den im Gesetz vom 20. April 2004 über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen sowie mit Marktpreisen (KM3) festgelegten Sätzen. Darüber hinaus sind folgende Ausgaben im Haushaltsplan vorgesehen: Qualifikatoren. Het doel van het project is het vergroten van de arbeidskansen voor jongeren tot 29 jaar die werkloos zijn in de regio Radzyn. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project zal worden gerealiseerd door: 39 % van de mensen in de moeilijkste situatie (met inbegrip van mensen met een gedeeltelijke, laaggekwalificeerde, langdurig werklozen)? 54 % van de personen maakt geen deel uit van bovengenoemde groepen Wij zullen 235 mensen steunen. (124K/111M) in 18-29 komt in aanmerking voor hulpprofessor I (zogenaamde „actieve werkloosheid”) of hulpprofessor II (zogenaamde „onbetaalde vereiste steun”) uit de NEET-categorie. Elke persoon krijgt een aanbod om het beroep te activeren, dat wordt voorafgegaan door de analyse van vaardigheden, predisp. en probl. beroep. Op basis hiervan de in de wet bedoelde diensten en instrumenten van de arbeidsmarkt ten uitvoer te leggen. De diensten zijn: plaatsing en/of begeleiding van het beroep. Activisme instrumenten/vormen. Facultate. (voor de persoon geselecteerde personen) zijn: stage (64 personen), opleiding (81 personen), opleidingsvoucher (5 personen), afwikkelingsvoucher (37 personen), eenmalige toewijzing van middelen om te beginnen. (27 personen), vergoeding van de kosten van uitrusting of aanpassing van de stand van de werkzaamheden (21 personen). De bovengenoemde taken vloeien voort uit de wet en uit de handhavingsvoorschriften. Tijdens stages en trainingen gaan we uit van een beurs, betaling aan de bedrijfsarts voor het uitvoeren van medische onderzoeken van de deelnemers en vergoeding van reiskosten voor de stage of voor de opleiding voor pendelaars. Bij de trainingsvoucher gaan we uit van een aansporing van de school. voor training, betaling voor slechte geneeskunde. en forfaitaire reiskosten. Tijdens de training ontvangt hij/zij ook een beurs. Alle bovengenoemde taken (steunvormen) zijn opgenomen in de ontwerpbegroting en zijn in overeenstemming met de tarieven die zijn vastgesteld in de wet van 20 april 2004 inzake de bevordering van werkgelegenheids- en arbeidsmarktinstellingen en marktprijzen (KM3). Bovendien zijn de uitgaven in de begroting: kwalificaties. (resultaat van de wet en de richtsnoeren inzake subsidiabele uitgaven in het kader van het EFRO, het ESF en het CF voor 2014-2020), in overeenstemming met de SzOOP op het gebied van de-minimissteun die nodig is om het project uit te voeren en de doelstelling van het project te verwezenlijken, rationeel en efficiënt (Dutch)
