La mise en œuvre de l'opération _« Accompagnement Renforcé pour l'accès à l'emploi et à la formation Ville de Mérignac »_ vise à proposer une offre de service adaptée aux besoins des demandeurs d'emploi les plus vulnérables au sein d'un territoire économique relativement favorisé. Sur la période de conventionnement, cette action vise l'accompagnement global individualisé de **105 participants PLIE** (incluant 45 reprises de parcours issues de l'année 2018 et 60 nouvelles intégrations) , vers une reprise d'emploi durable. Cet accompagnement s'appuiera sur les méthodologies et procédures définies par le PLIE Espace Technowest. Pour garantir la qualité de l'intervention auprès des Mérignacais, nous proposons de mettre en place 2 postes de référentes : * Une référente à mi-temps (0.5 ETP), * Un (e) référent(e) à temps complet (1 ETP). Suite au départ d'une référente, une nouvelle personne sera recrutée. La recrue devra initier un nouveau portefeuille. L'action sera décomposée autour de 2 types d'interventions : * Un accompagnement renforcé individuel assuré par les référents pour la construction de parcours cohérents, * Un accompagnement collectif permettant la dynamisation des parcours et la socialisation (French)

The implementation of the operation _“Reinforced Support for Access to Employment and Training Ville de Mérignac”_ aims to offer a service offer tailored to the needs of the most vulnerable job seekers within a relatively favoured economic territory. During the agreement period, this action aims at individualised overall support for **105 PLIE** participants (including 45 journeys from 2018 and 60 new integrations), towards a sustainable return to employment. This support will be based on the methodologies and procedures defined by PLIE Espace Technowest. To guarantee the quality of the intervention with the Mérignacais, we propose to set up 2 reference posts: * One half-time reference (0.5 FTEs), * One full-time referent (1 FTE). Following the departure of a reference, a new person will be recruited. The recruit will have to initiate a new wallet. The action will be broken down around 2 types of interventions: * Enhanced individual accompaniment provided by the referents for the construction of coherent pathways, * Collective accompaniment allowing the dynamisation of the routes and socialisation (English)

Die Durchführung des Vorhabens _„Verstärkte Begleitung für den Zugang zu Beschäftigung und Ausbildung Stadt Mérignac“_ zielt darauf ab, ein Angebot an Dienstleistungen anzubieten, die den Bedürfnissen der am stärksten gefährdeten Arbeitsuchenden in einem relativ begünstigten Wirtschaftsgebiet entsprechen. Während der Laufzeit der Vereinbarung zielt diese Maßnahme auf die individuelle Gesamtbegleitung von **105 PLIE**-Teilnehmern (einschließlich 45 Fahrten aus dem Jahr 2018 und 60 neue Integrationen) hin zu einer nachhaltigen Wiederbelebung der Beschäftigung ab. Diese Begleitung wird sich auf die Methoden und Verfahren stützen, die von der PLIE Espace Technowest festgelegt wurden. Um die Qualität der Intervention bei den Mérignacais zu gewährleisten, schlagen wir vor, zwei Referenzstellen einzurichten: * Eine Halbzeitreferenz (0.5 VZÄ), * ein (e) vollzeitbeschäftigter Referent (1 VZÄ). Nach dem Ausscheiden einer Referenten wird eine neue Person eingestellt. Der Rekrut muss ein neues Portfolio initiieren. Die Maßnahme wird in zwei Arten von Maßnahmen unterteilt: * Eine verstärkte individuelle Begleitung durch die Referenten für den Aufbau kohärenter Routen, * eine kollektive Begleitung, die die Dynamik der Wege und die Sozialisierung ermöglicht (German)

De uitvoering van de operatie _„Versterkt steun voor toegang tot werkgelegenheid en opleiding Ville de Mérignac”_ heeft tot doel een dienstenaanbod aan te bieden dat is afgestemd op de behoeften van de meest kwetsbare werkzoekenden binnen een relatief gunstig economisch gebied. Tijdens de overeenkomstperiode is deze actie gericht op geïndividualiseerde algemene steun voor **105 PLIE**-deelnemers (waaronder 45 reizen vanaf 2018 en 60 nieuwe integraties), met het oog op een duurzame terugkeer naar werk. Deze steun zal worden gebaseerd op de methodologieën en procedures van PLIE Espace Technowest. Om de kwaliteit van de interventie met de Mérignacais te garanderen, stellen wij voor twee referentieposten in te stellen: * Een halftijds referentie (0,5 VTE), * Eén fulltime referent (1 VTE). Na het vertrek van een referentie wordt een nieuwe persoon aangeworven. De rekruut zal een nieuwe portemonnee moeten initiëren. De actie zal worden opgesplitst rond twee soorten interventies: * Verbeterde individuele begeleiding door de referenten voor de bouw van coherente trajecten, * Collectieve begeleiding die de dynamisering van de routes en socialisatie mogelijk maakt (Dutch)

Durante il periodo dell'accordo, l'azione mira a un sostegno globale personalizzato per i partecipanti **105 PLIE** (compresi 45 viaggi dal 2018 e 60 nuove integrazioni) verso un ritorno sostenibile all'occupazione. Questo sostegno si baserà sulle metodologie e sulle procedure definite da PLIE Espace Technowest. Per garantire la qualità dell'intervento con il Mérignacais, proponiamo di istituire 2 posti di riferimento: * Un riferimento a tempo parziale (0,5 ETP), * un referente a tempo pieno (1 ETP). Dopo la partenza di un riferimento, una nuova persona sarà assunta. La recluta dovrà avviare un nuovo portafoglio.
