Thus, with this project fermentum intends to increase its production capacity, responding to the increase in demand for which its product has been targeted, while ensuring an increase in quality and quantities produced. Seit seiner Entstehung beschäftigt sich Fermentum mit der Entwicklung, Produktion und Vermarktung von Craft-Bieren und erkennt R&D als einen kritischen Bereich seiner Wettbewerbsfähigkeit an. So beabsichtigt fermentum mit diesem Projekt, seine Produktionskapazität zu erhöhen, um der steigenden Nachfrage nach seinem Produkt gerecht zu werden und gleichzeitig eine Steigerung der Qualität und der produzierten Mengen zu gewährleisten.
