Das zu intervenierende Gebiet befindet sich im Herzen der Stadt, das gleiche degradiert und disqualifiziert, d. h. ohne die notwendigen Voraussetzungen für die Kombination von Erholung und Animation des städtischen Raumes, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf das historische architektonische Erbe. Die Regularisierung und Integration des gesamten Raumes um Pelourinho mit dem bestehenden Gebäude stellt eine Priorität im Rehabilitationsprozess dar. (German)
