Проектното предложение е част от Инвестиционната програма за изпълнение на Интегрирания план за градско възстановяване и развитие на община Панагюрище 2014-2020 г. Със своето изпълнение проектът ще допринесе за стимулиране на икономическото развитие на града и подобряване на енергийната ефективност в публични сгради.Проектните дейности са насочени към ремонт и обновяване на административните сгради на Районно управление „Полиция“ (РУП) – Панагюрище и Районна служба „Пожарна безопасност и защита на населението“ (РС - ПБЗН). Обектът на интервенция представлява комплекс от две сгради, свързани помежду си и долепени на калкан. Сградата на РУП е масивна, стоманобетонна пететажна, а на РС - ПБЗН е масивна, стоманобетонна четириетажна сграда. При изпълнение на проекта ще бъдат реализирани дейностите в съответствие с предписанията на техническия паспорт и енергийното обследване, включително и за осигуряване на достъпна архитектурна среда.Настоящото проектно предложение цели да осигури по-добри условия на работа на служителите в РУП и РС - ПБЗН, чрез подобряване качеството на условия на труд и създаване на модерна, екологична и енергийно-ефективна работна среда в административната сграда, както и осигуряване на достъп на хората с увреждания.Изпълнението на проекта ще доведе до по-висока енергийна ефективност, ще допринесе пряко за намаляване на крайното енергийно потребление, както и ще подобри мобилността на хората с увреждания, и косвено ще допринесе за намаляване на парниковите газове. The project proposal is part of the Investment Programme for the implementation of the Integrated Plan for Urban Reconstruction and Development of the Municipality of Panagyurishte 2014-2020. With its implementation, the project will contribute to stimulating the economic development of the city and improving the energy efficiency in public buildings. The project activities are aimed at the renovation and renovation of the administrative buildings of the Police District Management (RPP) — Panagyurishte and the District Office “Fire Safety and Protection of the Population” (RS — PBZN). The site of intervention is a complex of two buildings connected to each other and attached to turbot. The building of the RUP is a massive, reinforced concrete five-storey building and the RS — UBZN is a massive, reinforced concrete four-storey building. During the implementation of the project, the activities will be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the technical passport and the energy audit, including to provide an accessible built environment. This project proposal aims to provide better working conditions for employees in the RUP and RS — PBZN, by improving the quality of working conditions and creating a modern, environmental and energy efficient working environment in the administrative building, as well as ensuring access for people with disabilities. The implementation of the project will lead to higher energy efficiency, will directly contribute to reducing final energy consumption, as well as improving mobility of people with disabilities, and indirectly contribute to reducing greenhouse gases. La proposition de projet s’inscrit dans le cadre du programme d’investissement pour la mise en œuvre du Plan intégré pour la reconstruction et le développement urbains de la municipalité de Panagyurishte 2014-2020. Avec sa mise en œuvre, le projet contribuera à stimuler le développement économique de la ville et à améliorer l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments publics. Les activités du projet visent la rénovation et la rénovation des bâtiments administratifs de la Direction de la Police District (RPP) — Panagyurishte et le Bureau de district «Sécurité incendie et protection de la population» (RS — PBZN). Le site d’intervention est un complexe de deux bâtiments reliés l’un à l’autre et attachés au turbot. Le bâtiment du RUP est un bâtiment massif en béton armé de cinq étages et le RS — UBZN est un bâtiment massif en béton armé de quatre étages. Au cours de la mise en œuvre du projet, les activités seront mises en œuvre conformément aux exigences du passeport technique et de l’audit énergétique, y compris pour fournir un environnement bâti accessible. Cette proposition de projet vise à améliorer les conditions de travail des employés du RUP et de la RS — PBZN, en améliorant la qualité des conditions de travail et en créant un environnement de travail moderne, environnemental et économe en énergie dans le bâtiment administratif, ainsi qu’en garantissant l’accès des personnes handicapées. Der Projektvorschlag ist Teil des Investitionsprogramms für die Umsetzung des integrierten Plans für den städtischen Wiederaufbau und die Entwicklung der Gemeinde Panagyurishte 2014-2020. Mit seiner Umsetzung wird das Projekt zur Förderung der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung der Stadt und zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz in öffentlichen Gebäuden beitragen. Die Projektaktivitäten zielen auf die Renovierung und Renovierung der Verwaltungsgebäude der Polizeibezirksverwaltung (RPP) – Panagyurishte und des Bezirksamtes „Feuersicherheit und Schutz der Bevölkerung“ (RS – PBZN) ab. Der Interventionsort ist ein Komplex von zwei miteinander verbundenen Gebäuden, die mit Steinbutt verbunden sind. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird zu einer höheren Energieeffizienz führen, direkt zur Verringerung des Endenergieverbrauchs sowie zur Verbesserung der Mobilität von Menschen mit Behinderungen beitragen und indirekt zur Verringerung der Treibhausgasemissionen beitragen.
