Настоящето проектно предложение представлява съвкупност от мерки, чрез изпълнението на които, ще се обезпечат всички дейности необходими за повишаване на енергийната ефективност в сградния фонд на територията на град Ивайловград, предмет на интервенция по проекта. Планираните дейности, които ще доведат до подобряване на енергийната ефективност на сградите са:-Обследване за енергийна ефективност придружено от валиден сертификат;-Обследване за установяване на техническите характеристики, свързани с удовлетворяването на изискванията по чл.169 от ЗУТ в съответствие с изискванията , определени в глава трета на Наредба №5 от 2006 год. за техническите паспорти на строежите;- Инженеринг (проектиране, строителство и авторски надзор);- Строителен надзор и оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект със съществените изисквания към строежите, изготвена като комплексен доклад от лицензирана фирма-консултант;- Дейности за информация и комуникация по проекта;- Дейности за информационни кампании;- Дейности за управление на проекта;- Одит на проекта.Проектът има социален ефект, поради избора на целева група, а именно социално слаби лица/собственици на еднофамилните жилища. This project proposal is a set of measures, through the implementation of which will ensure all the activities necessary to improve the energy efficiency of the building stock in the territory of the city of Ivaylovgrad, subject to project intervention. The planned activities that will lead to the improvement of the energy efficiency of the buildings are:-Energy efficiency audit accompanied by a valid certificate;-A survey to establish the technical characteristics related to the fulfilment of the requirements of Art.169 ZUT in accordance with the requirements laid down in Chapter 3 of Ordinance No 5 of 2006 on the technical passports of construction works;- Engineering (design, construction and author’s supervision); construction supervision and assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the essential requirements for constructions, prepared as a complex report by a licensed consulting company;- Information and communication activities under the project;- Information campaign activities;- Project management activities;- Project audit.The project has a social impact due to the selection of a target group, namely socially weak persons/owners of single-family dwellings. The implementation of the project creates a prerequisite for improving the microclimate and living conditions. (English)

Cette proposition de projet est un ensemble de mesures, à travers la mise en œuvre de laquelle assurera toutes les activités nécessaires à l’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique du parc immobilier sur le territoire de la ville d’Ivaylovgrad, sous réserve de l’intervention du projet. Les activités prévues qui permettront d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments sont les suivantes:-Audit d’efficacité énergétique accompagné d’un certificat en cours de validité;- Une enquête visant à établir les caractéristiques techniques liées au respect des exigences de l’article 169 ZUT conformément aux exigences énoncées au chapitre 3 de l’ordonnance no 5 de 2006 sur les passeports techniques des travaux de construction;- Ingénierie (conception, construction et supervision de l’auteur); supervision et évaluation de la conformité du projet d’investissement avec les exigences essentielles pour les constructions, préparé en tant que rapport complexe par une société de conseil autorisée;- Activités d’information et de communication dans le cadre du projet;- Activités de campagne d’information;- Activités de gestion de projet;- Vérification du projet.Le projet a un impact social en raison de la sélection d’un groupe cible, à savoir les personnes socialement faibles/propriétaires de logements unifamiliaux. La mise en œuvre du projet crée une condition préalable à l’amélioration du microclimat et des conditions de vie. (French)

Bei diesem Projektvorschlag handelt es sich um eine Reihe von Maßnahmen, mit denen alle erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz des Gebäudebestands auf dem Gebiet der Stadt Ivaylovgrad, vorbehaltlich der Projektintervention, sichergestellt werden. Die geplanten Tätigkeiten, die zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz der Gebäude führen, sind:-Energieeffizienz-Audit mit gültigem Zertifikat;-Eine Erhebung zur Ermittlung der technischen Merkmale im Zusammenhang mit der Erfüllung der Anforderungen des Art.169 ZUT gemäß den Anforderungen des Kapitels 3 der Verordnung Nr. 5 von 2006 über die technischen Pässe von Bauarbeiten;- Ingenieurwesen (Design, Bau und Aufsicht des Urhebers); Bauaufsicht und Bewertung der Übereinstimmung des Investitionsvorhabens mit den wesentlichen Anforderungen an Bauwerke, erstellt als komplexer Bericht eines lizenzierten Beratungsunternehmens;- Informations- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten im Rahmen des Projekts;- Informationskampagnen;- Projektmanagement;- Projektprüfung.Das Projekt hat eine soziale Wirkung aufgrund der Auswahl einer Zielgruppe, nämlich sozial schwache Personen/Eigentümer von Einfamilienhäusern. Die Umsetzung des Projekts schafft eine Voraussetzung für die Verbesserung des Mikroklimas und der Lebensbedingungen. (German)
