Разкриването на обществена трапезария по оперативна програма за храни и/или основно материално подпомагане ще задоволи потребностите на 50 души - най-нуждаещите се лица на територията на община Копривщица, от осигуряване на топла храна в рамките на всеки работен ден, в продължение на 43 месеца.Основната целева група по проекта е: 1. Лица и семейства на месечно подпомагане по реда и условията на чл. 9 от ППЗСП; 2. Лица с доказана липса на доходи и близки, които да се грижат за тях; 3. Самотно живеещи лица и семейства, които не могат да се издържат чрез имуществото или труда си и получават пенсии в минимални размери - за осигурителен стаж и възраст; за инвалидност; наследствени пенсии; пенсии, несвързани с трудова дейност. Като потребители на услугата могат да бъдат включвани и лица от други целеви групи, посочени в НАРЕДБА № РД-07-1 от 4 април 2016 г. на Министерство на труда и социалната политика, както и в изискванията за кандидатстване по настоящата процедура. В рамките на проекта ще се реализират следните основни дейности: 1.Определяне на целевите групи; 2. Закупуване на хранителни продукти; 3.Осигуряване на топъл обяд; 4.Предоставяне на съпътстващи мерки. Хранителните продукти, необходими за приготвянето на топлия обяд ще бъдат доставяни на Домашен Социален Патронаж /ДСП/от изпълнителите, с които община Копривщица има сключени договори, след проведена процедура по ЗОП. Приготвянето на обяда ще бъде извършвано в кухнята на ДСП, по разнообразно седмично меню, с което ще се осигури балансирано хранене на лицата от целевата група, при спазване на изискванията за безопасност на храните и националните стандарти и норми за хранене. Топлият обяд ще бъде предоставян на бенефициентите на място, в стола на ДСП, а на хората със затруднено придвижване- по домовете им, чрез специализиран автомобил. (Bulgarian)

The opening of a public dining room under the operational programme for food and/or basic material assistance will satisfy the needs of 50 people — the most deprived persons on the territory of Koprivshtitsa municipality, for the provision of hot food within each working day, for 43 months. The main target group of the project is: 1. Persons and families receiving monthly assistance under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of the PPPA; 2. Persons with a proven lack of income and relatives to care for them; 3. Lonely living persons and families who are unable to support themselves by means of their property or work and receive minimum retirement pensions; for invalidity; survivors’ pensions; non-work-related pensions. Persons from other target groups listed in Regulation No RD-07-1 of 4 April 2016 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, as well as in the application requirements under this procedure, may also be included as users of the service. The following main activities will be implemented within the project: 1.Determination of the target groups; 2. The purchase of food products; 3.Providing a warm lunch; 4.Provision of accompanying measures. The food products needed for the preparation of the warm lunch will be delivered to Domestic Social Patronage (SPP) by the contractors with whom Koprivshtitsa Municipality has concluded contracts, following a procedure under the Public Procurement Act. The preparation of the lunch will be carried out in the kitchen of the NGA, using a varied weekly menu, which will ensure balanced nutrition for the target group, in compliance with food safety requirements and national standards and nutrition standards. The warm lunch will be provided to beneficiaries on the spot, in the NGA canteen, and to people with difficulty moving in their homes by means of a specialised car. (English)

L’ouverture d’une salle à manger publique dans le cadre du programme opérationnel pour l’alimentation et/ou l’assistance matérielle de base répondra aux besoins de 50 personnes — les personnes les plus démunies sur le territoire de la municipalité de Koprivshtitsa, pour la fourniture d’aliments chauds au cours de chaque jour ouvrable, pendant 43 mois. 1. Les personnes et les familles bénéficiant d’une aide mensuelle aux termes et conditions de l’article 9 de la LPPA; 2. Les personnes ayant un manque de revenus avérés et les proches pour s’occuper d’elles; 3. Les personnes vivant seules et les familles qui ne sont pas en mesure de subvenir à leurs besoins en raison de leurs biens ou de leur travail et qui perçoivent une pension minimale de retraite; en cas d’invalidité; les pensions de survie; pensions non liées au travail. Les personnes appartenant à d’autres groupes cibles énumérés dans le règlement no RD-07-1 du 4 avril 2016 du ministère du travail et de la politique sociale, ainsi que dans les exigences d’application dans le cadre de cette procédure, peuvent également être incluses en tant qu’utilisateurs du service. Les principales activités suivantes seront mises en œuvre dans le cadre du projet: 1.Détermination des groupes cibles; 2. L’achat de produits alimentaires; 3. Fournir un déjeuner chaud; 4.Disposition de mesures d’accompagnement. Les produits alimentaires nécessaires à la préparation du déjeuner chaud seront livrés au Patronage social domestique (SPP) par les contractants avec lesquels la municipalité de Koprivshtitsa a conclu des contrats, selon une procédure prévue par la loi sur les marchés publics. La préparation du déjeuner sera effectuée dans la cuisine de la NGA, à l’aide d’un menu hebdomadaire varié, qui assurera une nutrition équilibrée pour le groupe cible, dans le respect des exigences en matière de sécurité alimentaire et des normes nationales et des normes nutritionnelles. Le déjeuner chaud sera offert aux bénéficiaires sur place, à la cantine NGA, ainsi qu’aux personnes qui ont de la difficulté à se déplacer à domicile au moyen d’une voiture spécialisée. (French)

Die Eröffnung eines öffentlichen Speisesaals im Rahmen des operationellen Programms für Nahrungsmittel und/oder materielle Basisunterstützung wird den Bedürfnissen von 50 Personen – den am stärksten benachteiligten Personen auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Koprivshtitsa – für die Bereitstellung von warmen Lebensmitteln innerhalb von 43 Monaten entsprechen. 1. Personen und Familien, die monatlich Hilfe nach den Bedingungen des Artikels 9 des PPPA erhalten; 2. Personen mit nachweislich fehlendem Einkommen und Verwandten, die sich um sie kümmern; 3. Einsam lebende Personen und Familien, die nicht in der Lage sind, sich durch ihr Eigentum oder ihre Arbeit zu unterstützen und Mindestrenten zu erhalten; bei Invalidität; Hinterbliebenenrenten; nicht erwerbsbezogene Renten. Personen aus anderen Zielgruppen, die in der Verordnung Nr. RD-07-1 vom 4. April 2016 des Ministeriums für Arbeit und Sozialpolitik sowie in die Anwendungsanforderungen nach diesem Verfahren aufgeführt sind, können auch als Nutzer des Dienstes einbezogen werden. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende Hauptaktivitäten durchgeführt: 1. Bestimmung der Zielgruppen; 2. Den Kauf von Lebensmitteln; 3. Bereitstellung eines warmen Mittagessens; 4.Bereitstellung von Begleitmaßnahmen. Die für die Vorbereitung des warmen Mittagessens erforderlichen Lebensmittel werden von den Auftragnehmern, mit denen die Gemeinde Koprivshtitsa Verträge geschlossen hat, nach einem Verfahren nach dem Gesetz über das öffentliche Auftragswesen an die nationale Sozialpatronion (SPP) geliefert. Die Vorbereitung des Mittagessens erfolgt in der Küche des NGA unter Verwendung einer abwechslungsreichen wöchentlichen Speisekarte, die eine ausgewogene Ernährung für die Zielgruppe im Einklang mit den Anforderungen der Lebensmittelsicherheit und den nationalen Standards und Ernährungsstandards gewährleistet. Das warme Mittagessen wird den Begünstigten vor Ort, in der Kantine der NGA und Menschen mit Schwierigkeiten, die sich in ihren Häusern mit einem spezialisierten Auto bewegen, zur Verfügung gestellt.
