Celem projektu jest wysoka jakość świadczenia usług wspierających osoby przebywające w instytucjach, które na terenie powiatu braniewskiego zajmują się opieką nad osobami wymagającymi wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu oraz wsparcie personelu w tych instytucjach w okresie od 01.10.2020 roku do 31.03.2021 roku w zakresie zwalczania i przeciwdziałaniem skutkom pandemii COVID-19. Zadania: wypłata dodatkowego wynagrodzenia dla pracowników zatrudnionych w DPS oraz placówkach opiekuńczo-wychowawczych. Przygotowanie miejsc odbywania kwarantanny i miejsc noclegowych dla osób realizujących usługi. Pomoc psychologiczna i terapeutyczna dla osób tego potrzebujących, a w szczególności dla szeroko rozumianych pracowników podmiotów świadczących usługi (plac-op-wych, dps, rodziny zastępcze zawodowe). Zakup doposażenia stanowisk pracy w pomiotach świadczących usługi w środki ochrony indywidualnej i sprzęt niezbędny do walki z epidemią. Zakup i przeprowadzenie testów na obecność COVID-19 dla podmiotów świadczących usługi (dps, plac-op-wych, Koordynatorzy rpz PCPR). Zakup środków opatrunkowych, innych sprzętów i materiałów niezbędnych do przeciwdziałania epidemii COVID-19. Grupy docelowe to osoby korzystające z wyżej wymienionych placówek oraz kadra. W wyniku realizacji projektu zmniejszy się ryzyko zachorowań wśród kadry oraz osób przebywających w tych placówkach jak i korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej w środowisku. (Polish)

The aim of the project is the high quality of providing support services for persons residing in institutions which in the district of Braniewska care for people requiring support in their daily operation and support staff in these institutions between 01.10.2020 and 31.03.2021 in the field of combating and counteracting the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. Tasks: payment of additional wages to employees employed in DPS and nursing homes. Preparation of quarantine facilities and accommodation for service providers. Psychological and therapeutic assistance for those in need, in particular for employees of entities providing services (plac-op, dps, foster families). Purchase of retrofitting of workstations in service providers with personal protective equipment and equipment necessary to combat the epidemic. Purchase and conduct of COVID-19 tests for service providers (dps, square-op, PCPR coordinators). Purchase of dressings, other equipment and materials necessary to counter the COVID-19 outbreak. Target groups are persons using the above-mentioned facilities and staff. As a result of the implementation of the project, the risk of illness will be reduced among staff and persons staying in these institutions as well as benefiting from social assistance services in the environment. L’objectif du projet est de fournir des services de soutien de grande qualité aux personnes résidant dans des institutions qui, dans le district de Braniewska, prennent en charge les personnes qui ont besoin d’un soutien dans leur fonctionnement quotidien et le personnel d’appui dans ces institutions entre le 1er octobre 2020 et le 31 mars 2021 dans le domaine de la lutte contre les conséquences de la pandémie de COVID-19 et de la lutte contre celles-ci. Tâches: paiement de salaires supplémentaires aux employés de la DPS et des maisons de soins infirmiers. Préparation d’installations de quarantaine et d’hébergement pour les prestataires de services. Assistance psychologique et thérapeutique pour les personnes dans le besoin, en particulier pour les employés des entités fournissant des services (plac-op, dps, familles d’accueil). Achat d’équipements de protection individuelle et d’équipements de protection individuelle nécessaires à la lutte contre l’épidémie dans les postes de travail des prestataires de services. Achat et réalisation de tests de dépistage de la COVID-19 pour les prestataires de services (dps, square-op, PCPR coordinateurs). Achat de pansements, d’autres équipements et matériaux nécessaires pour lutter contre la pandémie de COVID-19. Les groupes cibles sont les personnes qui utilisent les installations et le personnel susmentionnés. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, le risque de maladie sera réduit parmi le personnel et les personnes séjournant dans ces institutions et bénéficiant de services d’assistance sociale dans l’environnement. Ziel des Projekts ist die hohe Qualität der Unterstützungsleistungen für Personen mit Wohnsitz in Einrichtungen, die zwischen dem 01.10.2020 und dem 31.03.2021 im Bereich der Bekämpfung und Bekämpfung der Folgen der COVID-19-Pandemie im Bezirk Braniewska für Menschen sorgen, die Unterstützung benötigen. Erwerb und Durchführung von COVID-19-Tests für Dienstleister (dps, square-op, PCPR-Koordinatoren). Kauf von Dressings, anderen Ausrüstungsgegenständen und Materialien, die zur Bekämpfung des COVID-19-Ausbruchs erforderlich sind. Zielgruppen sind Personen, die die oben genannten Einrichtungen und Mitarbeiter nutzen. Infolge der Durchführung des Projekts wird das Krankheitsrisiko sowohl bei Mitarbeitern und Personen, die sich in diesen Einrichtungen aufhalten, als auch in den Genuss von Sozialhilfeleistungen in der Umwelt führen.
