Projekt polega na zakupie sprzętu, wyposażenia i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych oraz środków ochrony w celu wzmocnienia konkurencyjności wnioskodawcy dotkniętego skutkami COVID-19. W ramach projektu wnioskodawca zamierza nabyć wyposażenie i urządzenia podzielone na trzy główne grupy: 1. Związane z automatyzacją procesów usługowych i zwiększaniem poziomu „samoobsługowości” maszyn i urządzeń, wprowadzeniem nowych rodzajów usług, indywidualizacją treningów, wprowadzeniem nowych form treningowych. 2. Związane z wprowadzeniem nowych kanałów komunikacji i nowych sposobów świadczenia usług, w tym świadczonych zdalnie. 3. Związane z bieżącą dezynfekcją pomieszczeń, urządzeń i ochroną osobistą personelu, w celu spełnienia obowiązujących i przyszłych reżimów sanitarnych związanych z zapobieganiem epidemii COVID-19. Pierwszym etapem realizacji projektu będzie wybór dostawców i wykonawców urządzeń, usług i oprogramowania objętych projektem. W kolejnym etapie wnioskodawca wprowadzi do oferty nowe produkty i usługi. W ostatnim etapie realizacji wdrożone zostaną nowe kanały dystrybucji i nowe sposoby świadczenia usług, które zamkną komplementarnie całość realizacji projektu. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SZOOP RPO WiM dla Osi Priorytetowej 1 Poddziałanie 1.3.5 cel tematyczny 3. priorytet inwestycyjny 3a, schemat B typ 2 projektów poprzez wzmocnienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa oraz stworzenie dla niego lepszych warunków rozwoju. The project consists of the purchase of equipment, equipment and intangible assets and protection measures to strengthen the competitiveness of the applicant affected by COVID-19. As part of the project, the applicant intends to purchase equipment and equipment divided into three main groups: 1. Associated with automation of service processes and increasing the level of “self-service” of machines and devices, introduction of new types of services, individualisation of training, introduction of new forms of training. 2. Related to the introduction of new communication channels and new ways of providing services, including those provided remotely. 3. Related to ongoing disinfection of premises, equipment and personal protection of staff, in order to comply with existing and future sanitary regimes related to the prevention of the COVID-19 outbreak. The first stage of the project will be the selection of suppliers and contractors of the equipment, services and software covered by the project. In the next phase, the applicant will introduce new products and services to the offer. In the final stage of implementation, new distribution channels and new ways of providing services will be put in place, which will close the whole project implementation in a complementary way. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the SZOOP ROP WiM for Priority Axis 1 Sub-measure 1.3.5 thematic objective 3. Investment priority 3a, diagram B type 2 projects by strengthening the competitiveness of the enterprise and creating better conditions for its development. (English)

Le projet consiste en l’achat d’équipements, d’équipements et d’actifs incorporels ainsi que par des mesures de protection visant à renforcer la compétitivité du demandeur touché par la COVID-19. Dans le cadre du projet, le demandeur a l’intention d’acheter du matériel et de l’équipement répartis en trois groupes principaux: 1. Associée à l’automatisation des processus de service et à l’augmentation du niveau d’«auto-service» des machines et appareils, l’introduction de nouveaux types de services, l’individualisation de la formation, l’introduction de nouvelles formes de formation. 2. En rapport avec l’introduction de nouveaux canaux de communication et de nouveaux modes de prestation de services, y compris ceux fournis à distance. 3. En rapport avec la désinfection continue des locaux, des équipements et de la protection individuelle du personnel, afin de se conformer aux régimes sanitaires existants et futurs liés à la prévention de la pandémie de COVID-19. La première étape du projet consistera à sélectionner les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs des équipements, services et logiciels couverts par le projet. Au cours de la phase suivante, le demandeur présentera de nouveaux produits et services à l’offre. Dans la phase finale de mise en œuvre, de nouveaux canaux de distribution et de nouveaux modes de prestation de services seront mis en place, ce qui clôturera l’ensemble de la mise en œuvre du projet de manière complémentaire. Le projet est conforme aux hypothèses exposées dans le SZOOP ROP WiM pour la sous-mesure 1 de l’axe prioritaire 1.3.5 objectif thématique no 3, priorité d’investissement 3a, diagramme B de type 2, en renforçant la compétitivité de l’entreprise et en créant de meilleures conditions de développement. Das Projekt umfasst den Erwerb von Ausrüstung, Ausrüstung und immateriellen Vermögenswerten sowie Schutzmaßnahmen zur Stärkung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des von COVID-19 betroffenen Antragstellers. Im Rahmen des Projekts beabsichtigt der Antragsteller, Ausrüstung und Ausrüstung zu erwerben, die in drei Hauptgruppen unterteilt sind: 1. Assoziiert mit der Automatisierung von Serviceprozessen und der Erhöhung des Selbstbedienungsniveaus von Maschinen und Geräten, Einführung neuer Arten von Dienstleistungen, Individualisierung der Ausbildung, Einführung neuer Ausbildungsformen. 2. Im Zusammenhang mit der Einführung neuer Kommunikationskanäle und neuer Möglichkeiten der Erbringung von Dienstleistungen, einschließlich der Ferndienste. 3. Im Zusammenhang mit der laufenden Desinfektion von Räumlichkeiten, Ausrüstung und persönlichem Schutz des Personals, um den bestehenden und künftigen Hygienevorschriften im Zusammenhang mit der Verhütung des COVID-19-Ausbruchs nachzukommen. Die erste Phase des Projekts ist die Auswahl von Lieferanten und Auftragnehmern der Ausrüstung, Dienstleistungen und Software, die Gegenstand des Projekts sind. In der nächsten Phase wird der Antragsteller neue Produkte und Dienstleistungen in das Angebot einführen. In der Endphase der Umsetzung werden neue Vertriebswege und neue Wege zur Erbringung von Dienstleistungen geschaffen, die die gesamte Projektdurchführung ergänzen. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit den Annahmen des SZOOP ROP WiM für Prioritätsachse 1 Teilmaßnahme 1.3.5 thematisches Ziel 3. Investitionspriorität 3a, Abbildung B Typ 2 Projekte durch Stärkung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens und Schaffung besserer Bedingungen für seine Entwicklung. (German)
