Zapewnienie efektywnego wsparcia procesu wdrażania RPO WiM 2014-2020 przez Wojewódzki Urząd Pracy w Olsztynie jako Instytucję Pośredniczącą dla Działań 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4 i 10.5 w ramach Osi Priorytetowej 10 Regionalny rynek pracy poprzez: 1. zapewnienie i utrzymanie na odpowiednim poziomie zasobów ludzkich niezbędnych w procesie realizacji RPO WiM 2014-2020, 2. zapewnienie pracownikom odpowiednich warunków do realizacji ich zadań (m. in. poprzez zabezpieczenie przestrzeni biurowej, niezbędnego wyposażenia biurowego stanowisk pracy, zakupu sprzętu informatycznego z oprogramowaniem, celem ułatwienia i usprawnienia pracy), 3. zapewnienie pracownikom stałego podnoszenia kwalifikacji zawodowych poprzez udział w różnych formach kształcenia, 4. wspracie procesu realizacji RPO WiM 2014-2020, oraz 5. sfinansowanie działań kontrolnych w ramach RPO WiM 2014-2020. Ensuring effective support for the implementation of ROP WiM 2014-2020 by the Voivodship Labour Office in Olsztyn as the Intermediate Body for Measures 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4 and 10.5 under Priority Axis 10 Regional Labour Market through: 1. ensuring and maintaining at the appropriate level the human resources necessary for the implementation of the ROP WiM 2014-2020, 2. providing employees with appropriate conditions for the performance of their tasks (e.g. by securing office space, necessary equipment for office workstations, purchase of IT equipment with software, to facilitate and improve work), 3. providing employees with continuous improvement of professional qualifications through participation in various forms of training, 4. work on the implementation of the ROP WiM 2014-2020, and 5. financing control activities under the ROP WiM 2014-2020. Assurer un soutien effectif à la mise en œuvre du ROP WiM 2014-2020 par le Bureau du travail de la voïvodie à Olsztyn en tant qu’organe intermédiaire pour les mesures 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4 et 10.5 dans le cadre de l’axe prioritaire 10 Marché régional du travail: 1. assurer et maintenir au niveau approprié les ressources humaines nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du ROP WiM 2014-2020, 2. fournir aux employés des conditions appropriées pour l’exécution de leurs tâches (par exemple, en sécurisant les espaces de bureaux, les équipements nécessaires pour les postes de travail, l’achat d’équipements informatiques avec des logiciels, afin de faciliter et d’améliorer le travail), 3. en assurant aux employés une amélioration continue des qualifications professionnelles grâce à la participation à diverses formes de formation, 4. en travaillant à la mise en œuvre du ROP WiM 2014-2020, et 5. en finançant les activités de contrôle dans le cadre du ROP WiM 2014-2020. Gewährleistung einer wirksamen Unterstützung der Umsetzung der ROP WiM 2014-2020 durch das Woiwodschaftsarbeitsamt in Olsztyn als Mittlere Stelle für die Maßnahmen 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4 und 10.5 im Rahmen der Prioritätsachse 10 Regionaler Arbeitsmarkt durch: 1. Gewährleistung und Pflege der für die Umsetzung des ROP WiM 2014-2020 erforderlichen Humanressourcen, 2. Bereitstellung geeigneter Bedingungen für die Wahrnehmung ihrer Aufgaben (z. B. durch die Sicherung von Büroräumen, notwendige Ausrüstung für Büroarbeitsplätze, Erwerb von IT-Ausrüstungen mit Software, Erleichterung und Verbesserung der Arbeit), 3. die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der beruflichen Qualifikationen durch Beteiligung an verschiedenen Ausbildungsformen, 4. Arbeiten an der Umsetzung des ROP WiM 2014-2020 und 5. Finanzierung von Kontrolltätigkeiten im Rahmen des ROP WiM 2014-2020. (German)
