Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa oraz doposażenie w sprzęt medyczny i pozostałe niezbędne wyposażenie Oddziału Pediatrii Szpitala w Staszowie. Celem podjętych działań jest poprawa jakości oraz zwiększenie dostępu do świadczeń zdrowotnych z zakresu pediatrii poprzez zapewnienie kompleksowej opieki nad dzieckiem, w tym udzielanie świadczeń zdrowotnych w trybie ambulatoryjnym w poradni konsultacyjnej po uzyskaniu kontraktu z NFZ. Realizacja założeń projektu przyczyni się do realizacji celu szczegółowego: Poprawiona jakość oraz szersze udostępnienie podmiotów ochrony zdrowia w ramach działania 7.3. Infrastruktura społeczna i zdrowotna oraz realizuje cele priorytetu inwestycyjnego 9a. Realizacja inwestycji wpłynie na wzrost jakości i efektywności oraz kompleksowości świadczonych usług pediatrycznych. W ramach projektu osiągnięte zostaną następujące wskaźniki rezultatu: Ludność objęta ulepszonymi usługami zdrowotnymi (CI 36) - 1098 osób; Liczba wspartych podmiotów leczniczych - 1 szt.; Liczba wspartych podmiotów leczniczych - 4 szt. Nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury medycznej - 657 947,61 zł oraz wskaźników produktu: Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt. Przedmiotem zadania nr 2 jest zakup sprzętu, aparatury medycznej oraz wyposażenia służących zapobieganiu rozszerzania się koronawirusa COVID-19 w związku z epidemią. W realizację zadania nr 2 oprócz Beneficjenta będą zaangażowane dodatkowo 3 podmioty. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the reconstruction and retrofitting of medical equipment and other necessary equipment of the Paediatric Department of the Staszów Hospital. The aim of the measures is to improve the quality and access to paediatric health services by providing comprehensive child care, including outpatient health services in a consultative clinic after obtaining a contract with the NFZ. The implementation of the project’s objectives will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective: Improved quality and wider availability of healthcare actors under Action 7.3. Social and health infrastructure and meets the objectives of investment priority 9a. Implementation of the investment will increase the quality and efficiency and comprehensiveness of paediatric services. The project will achieve the following result indicators: Population covered by improved health services (CI 36) – 1098 people; Number of medicinal entities supported – 1 item; Number of medicinal entities supported – 4 pcs. Investment expenditure on the purchase of medical equipment – PLN 657 947.61 and output indicators: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities – 1 Task 2 is the purchase of equipment, medical equipment and equipment to prevent the COVID-19 outbreak from spreading. In addition to the Beneficiary, 3 entities will be involved in the implementation of Task No 2. (English)

Le projet a pour objet la reconstruction et la modernisation du matériel médical et des autres équipements nécessaires du département pédiatrique de l’hôpital de Staszów. L’objectif de ces mesures est d’améliorer la qualité et l’accès aux services de santé pédiatrique en fournissant des soins complets à l’enfance, y compris des services de santé ambulatoires dans une clinique consultative après l’obtention d’un contrat avec la Nouvelle-Zélande. La mise en œuvre des objectifs du projet contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique: Amélioration de la qualité et disponibilité accrue des acteurs de la santé au titre de l’action 7.3. Les infrastructures sociales et sanitaires et répondent aux objectifs de la priorité d’investissement 9a. La mise en œuvre de l’investissement améliorera la qualité, l’efficacité et l’exhaustivité des services pédiatriques. Le projet permettra d’obtenir les indicateurs de résultats suivants: Population couverte par l’amélioration des services de santé (CI 36) — 1098 personnes; Nombre d’entités médicinales soutenues — 1 poste; Nombre d’entités médicinales prises en charge — 4 pièces. Dépenses d’investissement pour l’achat de matériel médical — 657 947,61 PLN et indicateurs de réalisation: Nombre d’installations adaptées aux besoins des personnes handicapées — 1 La tâche 2 est l’achat d’équipements, d’équipements médicaux et d’équipements destinés à prévenir la propagation de la pandémie de COVID-19. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Rekonstruktion und Nachrüstung von medizinischer Ausrüstung und anderen notwendigen Geräten der Pädiatrie des Krankenhauses Staszów. Ziel der Maßnahmen ist es, die Qualität und den Zugang zu pädiatrischen Gesundheitsdiensten zu verbessern, indem eine umfassende Kinderbetreuung, einschließlich ambulanter Gesundheitsdienste in einer Beratungsklinik, nach Abschluss eines Vertrags mit dem NFZ erbracht wird. Die Umsetzung der Projektziele wird zur Verwirklichung des spezifischen Ziels beitragen: Verbesserte Qualität und größere Verfügbarkeit der Akteure im Gesundheitswesen im Rahmen von Aktion 7.3. Die Sozial- und Gesundheitsinfrastruktur und die Ziele der Investitionspriorität 9a. Die Durchführung der Investition wird die Qualität und Effizienz und die Vollständigkeit der pädiatrischen Dienstleistungen erhöhen. Mit dem Projekt werden folgende Ergebnisindikatoren erreicht: Bevölkerung mit verbesserter Gesundheitsversorgung (CI 36) – 1098 Menschen; Zahl der unterstützten medizinischen Einrichtungen – 1 Posten; Anzahl der unterstützten medizinischen Einrichtungen – 4 Stk. Investitionsausgaben für den Kauf medizinischer Ausrüstung – 657947,61 PLN und Outputindikatoren: Anzahl der an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepassten Einrichtungen – 1 Aufgabe 2 ist der Kauf von Ausrüstung, medizinischer Ausrüstung und Ausrüstung, um die Ausbreitung des COVID-19-Ausbruchs zu verhindern.
