Szkoła ZSZ w Braniewie we współpracy z przedsiębiorcami z lokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy opracowała założenia niniejszego projektu, którego celem jest zwiększenie szans na rynku pracy absolwentów ZSZ w Braniewie, którzy zakończą naukę na kierunku hotelarskim, gastronomicznym, logistycznym i leśnym. Projekt zakłada realizację 3 zadań W ramach zadania 1 uczniowie i uczennice ZSB wybrani podczas rekrutacji odbędą indywidualne spotkania z doradcą zawodowym w celu przeprowadzenia diagnozy umiejętności zawodowych i kompetencji. Następnie skierowani zostaną do odbycia konkretnych kursów zawodowych. Zakończeniem ścieżki w projekcie jest odbycie płatnego stażu zawodowy u wybranego pracodawcy, co przewidziano w zadaniu nr 2. Wsparcie udzielone podczas projektu będzie powiązane ze ścieżką kształcenia i będzie jej uzupełnieniem. W ramach zadania 3 przewidziano wsparcie również dla nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych, ponieważ oni również wymagają stałego podnoszenia kompetencji. 8 osób z kadry nauczycielskiej odbędzie również kursy i staże zawodowe. Beneficjentem instytucjonalnym projektu jest Zespół Szkół Zawodowych im. Jana Liszewskiego. Stawiając na rozwój lokalny i biorąc pod uwagę turystyczny charakter powiatu braniewskiego szczególny nacisk położono na kształcenie ściśle związane ze strategicznymi kierunkami rozwoju województwa, tj hotelarstwem, gastronomią, leśnictwem i logistyką. The ZSZ School in Braniewo, in cooperation with entrepreneurs from the local/regional labour market, has developed the objectives of this project, which aims to increase the employability of graduates of ZSZ in Braniewo who will complete their studies in hospitality, catering, logistics and forestry. The project assumes the implementation of 3 tasks As part of task 1, students and students of the ZSB selected during recruitment will hold individual meetings with a career advisor in order to carry out a diagnosis of professional skills and competences. They will then be directed to specific vocational courses. The end of the path in the project is to complete a paid traineeship with the selected employer, as foreseen in task 2. The support provided during the project will be linked to and complementary to the learning path. Task 3 also foresees support for vocational teachers, as they also require continuous upgrading of competences. 8 teachers will also hold courses and internships. The institutional beneficiary of the project is the Jan Liszewski Vocational School Complex. Focusing on local development and taking into account the touristic nature of the Braniewska district, particular emphasis was placed on education closely linked to the strategic directions of development of the province, i.e. hospitality, gastronomy, forestry and logistics. L’école ZSZ de Braniewo, en coopération avec des entrepreneurs du marché du travail local/régional, a développé les objectifs de ce projet, qui vise à accroître l’employabilité des diplômés de ZSZ à Braniewo qui achèveront leurs études en hôtellerie, restauration, logistique et foresterie. Dans le cadre de la tâche 1, les étudiants et étudiants du ZSB sélectionnés lors du recrutement organiseront des rencontres individuelles avec un conseiller professionnel afin d’effectuer un diagnostic d’aptitudes et de compétences professionnelles. Ils seront ensuite orientés vers des cours professionnels spécifiques. La fin du sillon du projet consiste à effectuer un stage rémunéré auprès de l’employeur sélectionné, comme prévu dans la tâche 2. Le soutien apporté au cours du projet sera lié au parcours d’apprentissage et complémentaire à celui-ci. La tâche 3 prévoit également un soutien aux enseignants professionnels, car ils nécessitent également un perfectionnement continu des compétences. 8 enseignants organiseront également des cours et des stages. Le bénéficiaire institutionnel du projet est le complexe scolaire professionnel Jan Liszewski. En mettant l’accent sur le développement local et en tenant compte du caractère touristique du district de Braniewska, l’accent a été mis en particulier sur l’éducation étroitement liée aux orientations stratégiques du développement de la province, à savoir l’hospitalité, la gastronomie, la sylviculture et la logistique. Die ZSZ-Schule in Braniewo hat in Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmern aus dem lokalen/regionalen Arbeitsmarkt die Ziele dieses Projekts entwickelt, das darauf abzielt, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von Absolventen des ZSZ in Braniewo zu erhöhen, die ihr Studium in Gastgewerbe, Gastronomie, Logistik und Forstwirtschaft absolvieren werden. Das Projekt übernimmt die Umsetzung von 3 Aufgaben Im Rahmen von Aufgabe 1 halten Studierende und Studierende des ZSB, die während der Rekrutierung ausgewählt wurden, individuelle Treffen mit einem Berufsberater ab, um eine Diagnose von beruflichen Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen durchzuführen. Sie werden dann auf bestimmte Berufsausbildungskurse ausgerichtet. Das Ende des Projektpfads besteht darin, ein bezahltes Praktikum bei dem ausgewählten Arbeitgeber abzuschließen, wie in Aufgabe 2 vorgesehen. Die während des Projekts geleistete Unterstützung wird mit dem Lernpfad verknüpft und ergänzt. Aufgabe 3 sieht auch die Unterstützung von Berufslehrern vor, da sie auch eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Kompetenzen erfordern. 8 Lehrer werden auch Kurse und Praktika abhalten. Der institutionelle Begünstigte des Projekts ist der Jan Liszewski Berufsbildungskomplex. Mit Blick auf die lokale Entwicklung und unter Berücksichtigung des touristischen Charakters des Braniewska-Bezirks wurde besonderes Augenmerk auf Bildung gelegt, die eng mit den strategischen Entwicklungsrichtungen der Provinz, d. h. Gastlichkeit, Gastronomie, Forstwirtschaft und Logistik, verknüpft ist. (German)
