Celem głów. projektu jest utworz. spójnego systemu transportu komunikacji publicz. na terenie M. Starachowice poprzez modernizację infrastruk. oraz zakup taboru niskoemisyj., co wpłynie na ogranicz. emisji pyłów i substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery. Projekt wpisuje się w założ. RPOWŚ 2014–2020 i jest zgodny z dział. 3.4. Celem szczegół. jest ograniczona emisja pyłów i substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery poprzez usprawnienie miejskiego taboru niskoemisyjnego, budowę i modernizację infrastruktury służącej transportowi niskoemis., budowę systemu ścieżek i wprowadz. roweru miejskiego, prowadz. kampanii promocyjn. Działania ukierunkowane są na rozwój multimodalnej moblilności miejskiej, poprzez m.in: zakup taboru niskoemis.(15szt.)wraz z budową stacji tankowania CNG, moderniz. infrastrukt transport.: budowa 1 skrzyżowania, przebudowa dróg, przebudowa oświetlenia ulicznego, modernizacją 20 wiat przystankowych i zatok, wprowadzenie 2 systemów ITS, budowa systemu ścieżek rowerowych 12km. i wprowadzenie roweru miejskiego, stacji rowerow i stacji Bike&Ride, zarządzanie i promocja (kampania promocyjna). The aim of the project is to create a coherent public transport system in M. Starachowice by modernising infrastructure and purchasing low-emission rolling stock, which will reduce emissions of dust and harmful substances into the atmosphere. The project fits in. RPOWŚ 2014-2020 and is in line with unit. 3.4. The aim is to reduce emissions of dust and harmful substances into the atmosphere by improving low-emission urban rolling stock, building and modernising low-emission transport infrastructure, building a system of paths and introducing urban bicycles, conducting promotional campaigns. Actions shall focus on the development of multimodal urban mobility by inter alia: purchase of low-emission rolling stock(15pcs) together with the construction of a CNG refuelling station, modernising transport infrastructure: construction of 1 intersection, reconstruction of roads, reconstruction of street lighting, modernisation of 20 world stops and bays, introduction of 2 ITS systems, construction of a system of bicycle paths 12 km. and introduction of city bike, bicycle station and Bike & Ride station, management and promotion (promotion campaign). L’objectif du projet est de créer un système de transport public cohérent à M. Starachowice en modernisant les infrastructures et en achetant du matériel roulant à faibles émissions, ce qui permettra de réduire les émissions de poussières et de substances nocives dans l’atmosphère. Le projet s’inscrit. RPOWŚ 2014-2020 et est en ligne avec l’unité. 3.4. L’objectif est de réduire les émissions de poussières et de substances nocives dans l’atmosphère en améliorant le matériel roulant urbain à faibles émissions, en construisant et en modernisant les infrastructures de transport à faibles émissions, en construisant un système de sentiers et en introduisant des vélos urbains, en menant des campagnes de promotion. Les actions se concentrent sur le développement de la mobilité urbaine multimodale, notamment: achat de matériel roulant à faibles émissions(15pcs) et construction d’une station de ravitaillement en GNC, modernisation des infrastructures de transport: construction d’une intersection, reconstruction de routes, reconstruction de l’éclairage des rues, modernisation de 20 arrêts et baies du monde, introduction de 2 systèmes STI, construction d’un système de pistes cyclables de 12 km. et introduction de vélos de ville, station cyclable et station Bike & Ride, gestion et promotion (campagne de promotion). Ziel des Projekts ist die Schaffung eines kohärenten öffentlichen Verkehrssystems in M. Starachowice durch Modernisierung der Infrastruktur und Beschaffung emissionsarmer Fahrzeuge, die die Emissionen von Staub und Schadstoffen in die Atmosphäre verringern. Das Projekt passt in. RPOWŚ 2014-2020 und entspricht der Einheit. 3.4. Ziel ist die Verringerung der Emissionen von Staub und Schadstoffen in die Atmosphäre durch die Verbesserung emissionsarmer städtischer Fahrzeuge, den Bau und die Modernisierung emissionsarmer Verkehrsinfrastrukturen, den Aufbau eines Wegesystems und die Einführung städtischer Fahrräder, die Durchführung von Werbekampagnen. Die Maßnahmen konzentrieren sich auf die Entwicklung multimodaler städtischer Mobilität, u. a. durch Erwerb emissionsarmer Fahrzeuge (15 Stück) zusammen mit dem Bau einer CNG-Betankungsanlage, Modernisierung der Verkehrsinfrastruktur: Bau von 1 Kreuzung, Umbau von Straßen, Umbau der Straßenbeleuchtung, Modernisierung von 20 Welthaltestellen und Buchten, Einführung von 2 ITS-Systemen, Bau eines Systems von Radwegen 12 km. und Einführung von Stadtfahrrad, Fahrradstation und Bike & Ride Station, Management und Förderung (Förderkampagne).
