Zagłębiowskie kroki ku przyszłości etap III - wsparcie dla ZSOiT w Czeladzi.Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie potencjału edukacyjnego szkoły, dostosowanie efektów kształcenia do wymagań pracodawców przez objęcie wsparciem 115 uczniów (40K) technikum o kierunku logistyk,hotelarstwo,reklama,grafika i poligrafia cyfrowa w obszarze kompetencji koniecznych w odniesieniu do przyszłego zatrudnienia uczniów,nawiązanie ścisłej współpracy z pracodawcami,organizację staży zawodowych,a przede wszystkim poprzez stworzenie warunków kształcenia odzwierciedlających warunki pracy w zakładach pracy. Wszystkie te działania przyczynią się do zwiększenia zatrudnienia absolwentów szkoły i ich atrakcyjności na rynku pracy. W ramach wsparcia uczniowie zostaną objęci zajęciami z doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego, zajęciami/kursami specjalistycznymi oraz stażami zawodowymi. Projekt realizowany będzie od 01.09.2020 do 31.10.2022 w Zespole Szkół ogólnokształcących i Technicznych w Czeladzi a także u pracodawców. (Polish)

Zagłębiowski steps towards the future stage III – support for ZSOiT in Czeladzi.The aim of the project is to strengthen the educational potential of the school, adapt educational outcomes to the requirements of employers by providing support to 115 students (40K) in the field of logistics, hospitality, advertising, graphic design and digital printing in the area of competences necessary for the future employment of students, establishing close cooperation with employers, organising internships, and, above all, by creating educational conditions reflecting working conditions in workplaces. All these actions will contribute to increasing the employment of school graduates and their attractiveness in the labour market. As part of the support, students will be enrolled in education-professional counselling, specialised classes/courses and internships. The project will be implemented from 01.09.2020 to 31.10.2022 in the General and Technical School Complex in Czeladz as well as at employers. (English)

Zagłębiowski avance vers la future phase III — soutien à ZSOiT à Czeladzi.L’objectif du projet est de renforcer le potentiel éducatif de l’école, d’adapter les résultats éducatifs aux exigences des employeurs en apportant un soutien à 115 étudiants (40K) dans le domaine de la logistique, de l’hospitalité, de la publicité, de la conception graphique et de l’impression numérique dans le domaine des compétences nécessaires à l’emploi futur des étudiants, en établissant une coopération étroite avec les employeurs, en organisant des stages et, surtout, en créant des conditions d’éducation reflétant les conditions de travail sur le lieu de travail. Toutes ces actions contribueront à accroître l’emploi des diplômés scolaires et leur attractivité sur le marché du travail. Dans le cadre de ce soutien, les étudiants seront inscrits à des cours/cours spécialisés et à des stages. Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 01.09.2020 au 31.10.2022 dans le complexe des écoles générales et techniques de Czeladz ainsi que chez les employeurs. (French)

Zagłębiowski geht in die Zukunftsstufe III – Unterstützung des ZSOiT in Czeladzi.Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Bildungspotenzial der Schule zu stärken, die Bildungsergebnisse an die Anforderungen der Arbeitgeber anzupassen, indem 115 Schüler (40K) in den Bereichen Logistik, Gastgewerbe, Werbung, Grafikdesign und Digitaldruck im Bereich der Kompetenzen unterstützt werden, die für die künftige Beschäftigung von Studierenden erforderlich sind, eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitgebern, die Organisation von Praktika und vor allem durch die Schaffung von Bildungsbedingungen, die die Arbeitsbedingungen am Arbeitsplatz widerspiegeln, aufgebaut werden. All diese Maßnahmen werden dazu beitragen, die Beschäftigung von Schulabsolventen und ihre Attraktivität auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu erhöhen. Im Rahmen der Förderung werden die Studierenden in Bildungs- und Berufsberatung, Fachkurse/Kurse und Praktika eingeschrieben. Das Projekt wird vom 01.09.2020 bis zum 31.10.2022 im Allgemeinen und im Technischen Schulkomplex in Czeladz sowie bei Arbeitgebern durchgeführt. (German)
