Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja i modernizacja budynku Zespół Szkół z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi przy ul. Czarnieckiego 22 w Tychach. Zakres obejmuje: - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych styropianem gr. 14 cm, - docieplenie ścian przyziemia styropianem gr. 14 cm, - docieplenie strychu wełną mineralną gr. 19 cm, wykuszy oraz sufitu piwnic styropianem gr. 10 cm, - wymianę stolarki drzwiowej oraz okiennej, - wymianę instalacji c.o. wraz z grzejnikami oraz instalacji wod-kan, - wykonanie drenażu opaskowego wokół budynku, - wykonanie wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem ciepła w sali gimnastycznej, - wymianę opraw oświetleniowych wewnętrznych oraz zewnętrznych na energooszczędne typu LED, - wymianę instalacji odgromowej, - roboty remontowo-modernizacyjne towarzyszące oraz elektryczne, - zagospodarowanie terenu, chodniki, - budowę windy osobowej dla uczniów niepełnosprawnych. W wyniku inwestycji zaoszczędzonych zostanie: 24,47 MWh/r e.e, 2055,80 GJ/r e.c., redukcja CO2 214,21 t/r. (Polish)

The subject of the project is thermomodernisation and modernisation of the building of the School Complex with Integration Branches at ul. Czarniecki 22 in Tychy. The scope includes: — warming of the external walls with styrofoam g. 14 cm, – warming of the walls with styrofoam g. 14 cm, – warming of the attic with mineral wool 19 cm, forging and ceiling of the basement with polystyrene g. 10 cm, – replacement of door and window joinery, – replacement of central heating installations together with radiators and water-wall installations, – execution of a band drain around the building, – execution of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery in the gym, – replacement of indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures with energy-saving LED type, – replacement of lightning system, – repair and modernisation works accompanying and electrical, – land development, pavement, – construction of a passenger lift for disabled students. The following will be saved as a result of the investment: 24,47 MWh/r e.e., 2055.80 GJ/r e.c., CO2 reduction 214,21 t/y. (English)

Le sujet du projet est la thermomodernisation et la modernisation de la construction du Complexe scolaire avec des branches d’intégration à ul. Czarniecki 22 à Tychy. Le champ d’application comprend: — le réchauffement des murs extérieurs avec du styromousse g. 14 cm, — le réchauffement des murs avec de la mousse de styrène g. 14 cm, — le réchauffement du grenier avec de la laine minérale 19 cm, le forge et le plafond du sous-sol avec polystyrène g. 10 cm, — le remplacement de la menuiserie des portes et des fenêtres, — le remplacement des installations de chauffage central avec des radiateurs et des installations de mur d’eau, — l’exécution d’un drain de bande autour du bâtiment, — exécution de la ventilation mécanique avec récupération de chaleur dans le gymnase, — remplacement d’appareils d’éclairage intérieur et extérieur par type LED à économie d’énergie, — remplacement du système de foudre, — travaux de réparation et de modernisation d’accompagnement et électrique, — aménagement du terrain, chaussée, — construction d’un ascenseur pour les étudiants handicapés. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Thermomodernisierung und Modernisierung des Gebäudes des Schulkomplexes mit Integrationsbranchen bei ul. Czarniecki 22 in Tychy. Der Anwendungsbereich umfasst: — Erwärmung der Außenwände mit Styropor g. 14 cm, – Erwärmung der Wände mit Styropor g. 14 cm, – Erwärmung des Dachbodens mit Mineralwolle 19 cm, Schmieden und Decke des Kellers mit Polystyrol g. 10 cm, – Austausch von Tür- und Fenstertischlerei, – Austausch von Zentralheizungsanlagen zusammen mit Heizkörpern und Wasserwandinstallationen, – Ausführung des Bandabflusses um das Gebäude, – Ausführung der mechanischen Belüftung mit Wärmerückgewinnung in der Turnhalle, – Austausch von Innen- und Außenbeleuchtungseinrichtungen durch energiesparende LED-Typ, – Ersatz des Blitzsystems, – Reparatur- und Modernisierungsarbeiten begleitend und elektrisch, – Landentwicklung, Pflaster, – Bau eines Personenaufzugs für behinderte Studenten. Durch die Investition wird Folgendes eingespart: 24,47 MWh/r e.e., 2055,80 GJ/r e.c., CO2-Reduktion 214,21 t/y. (German)
