    Проектното предложение се отнася за изграждане на нова хладилна база за съхранение, разфасоване и експедиция на собствени млечни продукти, изграждане на автономна фотоволтаична система за производство на електро енергия за собствено потребление и закупуване на ново хладилно и технологично оборудване. Хладилното оборудване ще бъде позиционирано изцяло в новата сграда. докато част от новото технологично оборудване ще подмени съществуващото, вече амортизирано оборудване, което се намира в съществуващата сграда, а другата част от технологичното оборудване ще се разположи в новоизградената база за съхранение, разфасоване и експедиция. Проектът е насочен към технологична модернизация и подобряване на производствения капацитет на предприятието по отношение на следните продукти: Краве кашкавал, овчи кашкавал, краве масло и извара. Произвежданите в предприятието продукти са получен от преработката на 100% сурово мляко, без добавки на растителна основа. За производството на продукцията се доставя прясно мляко, след което суровината се тества, охлажда и влиза в производствения цикъл. Изграждането на новата база ще създаде подходящи условия за съхранение, разфасоване, oбвиване в потребителски опаковки, опаковане в транспортен амбалаж и експедиция на собствени млечни продукти, при спазване на всички изисквания на европейското и национално законодателство в областта на хигиената при производство на храните.     The project proposal concerns the construction of a new refrigeration base for storage, cutting and dispatch of own dairy products, the construction of an autonomous photovoltaic system for the production of electricity for self-consumption and the purchase of new refrigeration and technological equipment. The refrigeration equipment will be positioned entirely in the new building. While part of the new technological equipment will replace the existing, already depreciated equipment, which is located in the existing building, while the other part of the technological equipment will be located in the newly built storage, cutting and dispatch facility. The project aims at technological modernisation and improvement of the production capacity of the plant with regard to the following products: Cow cheese, sheep cheese, butter and cottage cheese. The products produced in the plant are derived from the processing of 100 % raw milk without plant-based additives. Fresh milk is supplied for production, after which the raw material is tested, cooled and entered into the production cycle. The construction of the new base will create suitable conditions for storage, cutting, wrapping in unit packs, packaging in transport packaging and dispatch of own dairy products, in compliance with all the requirements of European and national food hygiene legislation.     La proposition de projet concerne la construction d’une nouvelle base de réfrigération pour le stockage, la découpe et l’expédition de ses propres produits laitiers, la construction d’un système photovoltaïque autonome pour la production d’électricité destinée à l’autoconsommation et l’achat de nouveaux équipements frigorifiques et technologiques. L’équipement frigorifique sera entièrement placé dans le nouveau bâtiment, tandis qu’une partie du nouvel équipement technologique remplacera l’équipement existant déjà amorti, qui se trouve dans le bâtiment existant, tandis que l’autre partie de l’équipement technologique sera située dans l’installation d’entreposage, de découpe et d’expédition nouvellement construite. Le projet vise la modernisation technologique et l’amélioration de la capacité de production de l’usine en ce qui concerne les produits suivants: Fromage de vache, fromage de brebis, beurre et fromage cottage. Les produits fabriqués dans l’usine proviennent de la transformation de lait cru à 100 % sans additifs végétaux. Le lait frais est fourni pour la production, après quoi la matière première est testée, refroidie et entrée dans le cycle de production. La construction de la nouvelle base créera des conditions appropriées pour le stockage, la découpe, l’emballage dans des emballages unitaires, l’emballage dans les emballages de transport et l’expédition de ses propres produits laitiers, conformément à toutes les exigences de la législation européenne et nationale en matière d’hygiène alimentaire.     Der Projektvorschlag betrifft den Bau einer neuen Kühlbasis für die Lagerung, das Schneiden und den Versand eigener Milchprodukte, den Bau einer autonomen Photovoltaikanlage zur Erzeugung von Strom für den Eigenverbrauch und den Kauf neuer Kälte- und Technologieanlagen. Während ein Teil der neuen technologischen Ausrüstung die bestehende, bereits abgeschriebene Ausrüstung, die sich im bestehenden Gebäude befindet, ersetzen wird, wird der andere Teil der technologischen Ausrüstung in der neu gebauten Lager-, Schneid- und Versandanlage untergebracht sein. Das Projekt zielt auf die technologische Modernisierung und Verbesserung der Produktionskapazität der Anlage in Bezug auf folgende Produkte ab: Kuhkäse, Schafkäse, Butter und Hüttenkäse. Die in der Anlage hergestellten Erzeugnisse stammen aus der Verarbeitung von 100 % Rohmilch ohne pflanzliche Zusatzstoffe. Frischmilch wird zur Produktion geliefert, danach wird das Rohmaterial geprüft, gekühlt und in den Produktionszyklus aufgenommen. Mit dem Bau der neuen Basis werden geeignete Bedingungen für die Lagerung, das Schneiden, das Einpacken in Packungen, Verpackungen in Transportverpackungen und den Versand eigener Milchprodukte geschaffen, die allen Anforderungen der europäischen und nationalen Lebensmittelhygienevorschriften entsprechen.
