Przedmiotem projektu jest stworzenie placu sportowo-rekreacyjnego – II i III etap, który będzie zaspokajał różnorodne potrzeby sportowe i rekreacyjne mieszkańców w każdym wieku, w tym szczególnie osób wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, dzieci do lat 17, na które rodzice pobierają zasiłek oraz osób w wieku poprodukcyjnym będących beneficjentami pomocy społecznej z obszaru rewitalizacji, którzy nie mają możliwości skorzystać z płatnych form rekreacji. Projektowane założenie będzie się składało z: bieżni ze skocznią w dal, toru rowerowego ziemnego, miejsca spotkań, urządzeń fitness do ćwiczenia na świeżym powietrzu. Całe założenie zostanie połączone utwardzonymi ciągami pieszymi i otaczającą zielenią, wykonane zostanie oświetlenie terenu. Przedmiotowy projekt jest niezbędny do realizacji celów wynikających z Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Koneck na lata 2016-2023. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie aktywne i zintegrowane społeczeństwo. Równy dostęp do rekreacji i sportu pozwoli na włączenie do społeczeństwa osoby wykluczone i zagrożone wykluczeniem, wzmocni więzi sąsiedzkie. Projekt to działanie infrastrukturalne przyczyniające się do rewitalizacji społeczno-gospodarczej miejscowości wiejskiej Kruszynek – o dużej koncentracji negatywnych zjawisk społecznych – zmierzające do ożywienia społeczno-gospodarczego tego obszaru i poprawy warunków uczestnictwa osób zamieszkujących obszar problemowy w życiu społecznym i gospodarczym. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia pozwoli na przeciwdziałanie marginalizacji obszarów kryzysowych, na których nasilają się niepożądane zjawiska m.in. społeczne, przestrzenno-funkcjonalne i gospodarcze. Działania związane z rewitalizacją przyczynią się do wzrostu aktywności społeczności lokalnej, czego efektem końcowym będzie ożywienie społeczne i gospodarcze na obszarze rewitalizacji. (Polish)

The object of the project is the creation of a sports and recreation square – II and III stage, which will meet the diverse sports and recreational needs of residents of all ages, including in particular those excluded and at risk of social exclusion, children under 17 years of age for whom parents receive an allowance and people of post-production age who are beneficiaries of social assistance from the area of regeneration, who are unable to take advantage of paid forms of recreation. The proposed assumption will consist of: treadmill with a hill in the distance, a natural cycle track, a meeting place, fitness equipment for outdoor exercise. The whole foundation will be combined with paved footways and surrounding greenery, and lighting of the terrain will be performed. This project is necessary to achieve the objectives of the Local Revitalisation Programme for Koneck Municipality 2016-2023. The project will result in an active and integrated society. Equal access to recreation and sport will enable people who are excluded and at risk of exclusion to be included in society and strengthen neighbourly ties. The project is an infrastructure measure contributing to the socio-economic revitalisation of the village Kruszynek – with a high concentration of negative social phenomena – aimed at the socio-economic recovery of the area and improving the conditions for participation of people living in the problem area in social and economic life. Implementation of the project will help to prevent the marginalisation of crisis areas, where undesirable phenomena such as social, spatial and functional and economic phenomena increase. Revitalisation activities will contribute to an increase in local community activity, resulting in a social and economic recovery in the area of regeneration. (English)

L’objet du projet est la création d’une place sportive et récréative — II et III, qui répondra aux besoins sportifs et récréatifs variés des résidents de tous âges, y compris en particulier ceux qui sont exclus et exposés à l’exclusion sociale, les enfants de moins de 17 ans pour lesquels les parents reçoivent une allocation et les personnes en âge de postproduction qui bénéficient d’une aide sociale dans le domaine de la régénération, qui ne peuvent pas profiter de formes de loisirs rémunérées. L’hypothèse proposée consistera à: tapis roulant avec une colline au loin, une piste cyclable naturelle, un lieu de rencontre, un équipement de remise en forme pour l’exercice en plein air. L’ensemble de la fondation sera combiné avec des passerelles pavées et la verdure environnante, et l’éclairage du terrain sera effectué. Ce projet est nécessaire pour atteindre les objectifs du programme de revitalisation locale de la municipalité de Koneck 2016-2023. Le projet débouchera sur une société active et intégrée. L’égalité d’accès aux loisirs et au sport permettra aux personnes exclues et à risque d’exclusion d’être intégrées dans la société et de renforcer les liens de voisinage. Le projet est une mesure d’infrastructure contribuant à la revitalisation socio-économique du village de Kruszynek — avec une forte concentration de phénomènes sociaux négatifs — visant à la relance socio-économique de la région et à l’amélioration des conditions de participation des personnes vivant dans la zone à problème à la vie sociale et économique. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à prévenir la marginalisation des zones de crise, où les phénomènes indésirables tels que les phénomènes sociaux, spatiaux, fonctionnels et économiques augmentent. Les activités de revitalisation contribueront à accroître l’activité communautaire locale, ce qui entraînera un redressement social et économique dans le domaine de la régénération. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist die Schaffung eines Sport- und Erholungsplatzes – der II- und III-Stufe, der den vielfältigen Sport- und Erholungsbedürfnissen der Bewohner aller Altersgruppen gerecht wird, insbesondere derjenigen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung ausgeschlossen sind und von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, Kinder unter 17 Jahren, für die Eltern eine Zulage erhalten, und Personen im Nachproduktionsalter, die Sozialhilfe aus dem Gebiet der Regeneration erhalten, die nicht in der Lage sind, bezahlte Formen der Erholung zu nutzen. Die vorgeschlagene Annahme besteht aus: Laufband mit einem Hügel in der Ferne, ein natürlicher Radweg, ein Treffpunkt, Fitnessgeräte für Outdoor-Übungen. Das gesamte Fundament wird mit gepflasterten Fußwegen und umgebendem Grün kombiniert, und die Beleuchtung des Geländes wird durchgeführt. Dieses Projekt ist notwendig, um die Ziele des lokalen Revitalisierungsprogramms für die Gemeinde Koneck 2016-2023 zu erreichen. Das Projekt ist eine Infrastrukturmaßnahme, die zur sozioökonomischen Wiederbelebung des Dorfes Kruszynek – mit einer hohen Konzentration negativer sozialer Phänomene – beiträgt, die auf die sozioökonomische Erholung des Gebiets und die Verbesserung der Bedingungen für die Beteiligung der im Problembereich lebenden Menschen am gesellschaftlichen und wirtschaftlichen Leben abzielt. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, die Marginalisierung von Krisengebieten zu verhindern, in denen unerwünschte Phänomene wie soziale, räumliche und funktionale und wirtschaftliche Phänomene zunehmen. Die Wiederbelebungsmaßnahmen werden zu einer Zunahme der lokalen Gemeinschaft beitragen, was zu einer sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Erholung im Bereich der Regeneration führt. (German)
