Cel gł.i gr.docelowa: Wzrost kompetencji społeczno-zawodowych 180 os.(108K,72M)zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa lub wykluczenia społecznego,w tym os.bezrobotne,wobec których zastosowanie wyłącznie instrumentów i usług rynku pracy jest niewystarczające i istnieje konieczność zastosowania w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym,o niskich kwalifikacjach,zamieszkałych w gminach powiatu ełckiego,giżyckiego,gołdapskiego,oleckiego,piskiego,węgorzewskiego,mrągowskiego,w których procent os.korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej jest wyższy niż średni procent os.korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej na terenie województwa, dzięki realizacji programu aktywnej integracji z wykorzystaniem instrumentów społecznych i zawodowych w terminie 01.10.2019-31.12.2020. Zadania: 1.Wsparcie indywidualne oraz grupowe w zakresie podniesienia kompetencji życiowych i umiejętności społecznych 2.Aktywizacja zawodowa osób wykluczonych lub zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym z wykorzystaniem Coacha 3.Wsparcie indywidualne oraz grupowe w zakresie podniesienia kompetencji zawodowych umożliwiających powrót na rynek pracy i aktywizację zawodową – doradztwo zawodowe 4.Zajęcia w ramach podnoszenia /zdobywania nowych kompetencji, umiejętności zawodowych–kursy i szkolenia zawodowe 5.Wsparcie indywidualne w zakresie podniesienia kompetencji zawodowych umożliwiających powrót na rynek pracy i aktywizację zawodową – pośrednictwo pracy 6.Staż zawodowy Produkty i efekty proj.: L.os.zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ.objętych wsparciem w programie-108K,72M L.os.z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w programie-6K,3M L.os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ.,które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu-33K,21M L.os.zagrożonych ubóstwem.lub wyklucz.społ.poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu-22K,14M L.os.zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ.pracujących po opuszczeniu programu(łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek)-27K,18M (Polish)

Headline target: An increase in socio-professional competences of 180 people (108K,72M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including unemployed persons, for which the use of labour market instruments and services alone is insufficient and there is a need to apply in the first instance active social inclusion services of a low-skilled nature, living in municipalities of the Ełcki, Giżycki and Gołdap districts,olecki, Piskie,Węgorzewskiego,Mrągowski, in which the percentage of persons benefiting from social assistance benefits is higher than the average percentage of persons benefiting from social assistance benefits in the region, thanks to the implementation of an active inclusion programme using social and professional instruments between 01.10.2019-31.12.2020. Tasks: 1. Individual and group support in the field of improving life skills and social skills 2. Professional activation of people excluded or at risk of social exclusion using Coacha 3. Individual and group support in the field of improving professional competences enabling reintegration into the labour market and activation – career counselling 4. Activities in the framework of raising/acquiring new competences, professional skills-courses and vocational training 5. Individual support in the field of improving professional competences enabling reintegration into the labour market and activation of the labour market – job placement 6. Objectif principal: Une augmentation des compétences socioprofessionnelles de 180 personnes (108 000,72 millions d’euros) exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, y compris les chômeurs, pour lesquelles l’utilisation des instruments et des services du marché du travail à elle seule est insuffisante et il est nécessaire d’appliquer, en premier lieu, des services actifs d’inclusion sociale de nature peu qualifiée, vivant dans les communes des districts d’Ełcki, de Giżycki et de Gołdap,olecki, Piskie,Węgorzewskiego,Mrągowski, dans lequel le pourcentage de personnes bénéficiant de prestations d’assistance sociale est supérieur au pourcentage moyen de personnes bénéficiant de prestations d’assistance sociale dans la région, grâce à la mise en œuvre d’un programme d’inclusion active utilisant des instruments sociaux et professionnels entre le 1er octobre 2019 et le 31 décembre 2020. Tâches: 1. Soutien individuel et collectif dans le domaine de l’amélioration des aptitudes à la vie quotidienne et des aptitudes sociales 2. activation professionnelle des personnes exclues ou exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale au moyen de Coacha 3. Appui individuel et collectif dans le domaine de l’amélioration des compétences professionnelles permettant la réinsertion sur le marché du travail et l’activation — orientation professionnelle 4. activités dans le cadre du renforcement/de l’acquisition de nouvelles compétences, de cours d’aptitude professionnelle et de formation professionnelle 5. soutien individuel dans le domaine de l’amélioration des compétences professionnelles permettant la réinsertion sur le marché du travail et l’activation du marché du travail — placement professionnel 6.
