Cel Gł. projektu: Nabycie przez min. 116 UP (6K/110M) spośród 144 os. dorosłych (11K/133M) z obszaru miast średnich (Staszów, Jędrzejów, Końskie, Sandomierz, Busko-Zdrój) tracących funkcje społeczno-gospodarcze w WŚ kwalifikacji zawod. w zakresie obsługi i programowania obrabiarek CNC lub uprawniających do obsługi wózków jezdniowych specjalizowanych ładowarko-teleskopowych (SŁ-T) kat.I WJO potwierdz. zewnęt. certyfikatem lub zaświadczeniem kwalifik. do 30-08-2021r. GR. DOCELOWE: Osoby dorosłe w wieku 18 lat i więcej uczące się, pracujące lub zamieszk. na obszarze OSI w WŚ w rozum. przepisów KC uczestniczące z własnej inicjatywy w kursach, w tym min.60% UP to osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, min. 20% UP to osoby 50+ i ON. GŁÓWNE ZADANIA: Kursy oferowane w ramach projektu odpowiadają na potrzeby WŚ w szczególności obszarów OSI rynku pracy i organizowane są we współpracy z przedsięb. prowadz. działalność zgodną z obszarami kursów. W ramach projektu przewiduje się realizację kursów zgodnie z Rozp. MEN z 19.03.2019r. ws. kształcenia ustawicznego w formach pozaszkolnych. Projekt zakłada wsparcie w odniesieniu do wszystkich UP prowadzące do uzyskania kwalifik. zawod. zweryfikowanych w procesie obiektywnej walidacji i potwierdz. certyfikatem rozpoznawalnym w branży budowalno-przemysłowej, z którą powiązana jest kwalifik. nadawana w ramach projektu tj. certyfikaty TUV Rheinland lub zaświadczenia UDT. Szkolenia będą prowadzone równolegle w dwóch blokach tematycznych: A-Operator obrabiarki CNC (razem 6 grup, 72UP) B-Operator wózków widłowych specjalizowanych ładowarko-teleskopowych kat. I WTO(razem 6 grup, 72UP) GŁÓWNE REZULTATY: Po zakończeniu udziału w kursach UP objęci zostaną procesem obiektywnej walidacji, w wyniku której 116 UP uzyska certyfikaty TUV Rheinland lub zaświadczenia UDT. Objective of the project: The acquisition by a minimum of 116 UP (6K/110M) of 144 adults (11K/133M) from the area of medium-sized cities (Staszów, Jędrzej, Końskie, Sandomierz, Busko-Zdrój) losing socio-economic functions in the WW of professional qualifications in the field of operation and programming of CNC machine tools or entitling to operate specialised loaders and telescopic loaders (SŁ-T) cat. I WJO confirm. external certificate or certificate of eligibility for 30-08-2021r. TARGET: Adults aged 18 years and over studying, working or living in the area of the OSI in the WW in the sense of the provisions of the CC participating on their own initiative in courses, including at least 60 % of UP are low-skilled, min. 20 % of UP are 50+ and ON persons. MAIN TASKS: The courses offered as part of the project respond to the needs of the WW in particular the areas of the labour market OSI and are organised in cooperation with the undertaking. The project foresees the implementation of courses in accordance with the Regulation. Men from 19.03.2019. Continuous education in extracurricular forms. The project assumes support for all UP leading to obtaining qualification. profession verified in the process of objective validation and confirmation. with a recognised certificate in the construction and industrial sector, to which the qualification is linked. granted under the project, i.e. TUV Rheinland certificates or UDT certificates. The training will be conducted in parallel in two thematic blocks: A-CNC machine operator (total 6 groups, 72UP) B-Operator of forklifts specialised loader-telescopic cat. And WTO (together 6 groups, 72UP) Main RESULTS: Upon completion of the UP courses, they will be subject to an objective validation process, resulting in 116 UP obtaining TUV Rheinland certificates or UDT certificates. I WJO confirme. certificat externe ou certificat d’éligibilité pour 30-08-2021r. CIBLE: Les adultes âgés de 18 ans et plus qui étudient, travaillent ou vivent dans la région de l’OSI dans la WW au sens des dispositions du CC participant de leur propre initiative à des cours, y compris au moins 60 % de l’UP sont peu qualifiés, min. 20 % des UP sont 50+ et ON personnes. PRINCIPALES TÂCHES: Les cours proposés dans le cadre du projet répondent aux besoins du WW, en particulier les domaines du marché du travail OSI et sont organisés en coopération avec l’entreprise. Le projet prévoit la mise en œuvre de cours conformément au règlement. Hommes à partir du 19.03.2019. Formation continue en formes extrascolaires. Le projet prend en charge l’ensemble des UP menant à l’obtention d’une qualification. profession vérifiée dans le cadre du processus de validation et de confirmation objectives. avec un certificat reconnu dans le secteur de la construction et de l’industrie, auquel la qualification est liée. accordée dans le cadre du projet, c’est-à-dire les certificats TUV Rheinland ou les certificats UDT. La formation se déroulera en parallèle en deux blocs thématiques: A-CNC opérateur de machines (total 6 groupes, 72UP) B-Operator de chariots élévateurs spécialisés chargeur-téléscopique chat. Et l’OMC (ensemble 6 groupes, 72UP) Principaux résultats: Une fois les cours UP terminés, ils seront soumis à un processus de validation objectif, ce qui permettra d’obtenir 116 UP de certificats TUV Rheinland ou de certificats UDT.
