Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost reintegracji społecznej oraz poprawa zdolności do zatrudnienia osiągnięta do 31.05.2021r. wśród 20 osób (16 kobiet/4 mężczyzn ) zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwem lub wykluczenia społecznego, które zamieszkują w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego w gminie Pasym, Dźwierzuty, Jedwabno, Rozogi, Świętajno Szcz., Wielbark w powiecie szczycieńskim poprzez przeprowadzenie kompleksowego wsparcia. W projekcie założono następujące zadania:1)Diagnoza potrzeb i potencjałów Uczestników Projektu;2)Poradnictwo specjalistyczne;3)Warsztaty kompetencji społecznych;4)Trening poszukiwania pracy;5)Szkolenia zawodowe;6)Staże zawodowe. Wsparciem w ramach projektu zostanie objętych 20 osób (16 kobiet/4 mężczyzn) zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwem lub wykluczenia społecznego,tylko osoby bezrobotne wobec których zastosowanie wyłącznie instrumentów i usług rynku pracy jest niewystarczające i istnieje konieczność zastosowania w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznej na obszarze powiatu szczycieńskiego w gminie Pasym, Dźwierzuty, Jedwabno, Rozogi, Świętajno Szcz., Wielbark w woj.warmińsko-mazurskim. Rezultatem projektu będzie: > uzyskanie kwalifikacji przez co najmniej 50% uczestników projektu > podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 40% uczestników projektu > osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności społecznej: w odniesieniu do osób z niepełnosprawnościami na poziomie min. 34%; w odniesieniu do pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym na poziomie min. 34% > osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej: w odniesieniu do osób z niepełnosprawnościami na poziomie min. 12%; w odniesieniu do pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym na poziomie min. 25% (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase social reintegration and improve employability achieved by 31.05.2021 among 20 people (16 women/4 men) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, who live within the meaning of the Civil Code in the commune of Pasym, Dzwierzuty, Jedwabno, Rozogi, Świętajno Szcz., Wielbark in the district of Summit through comprehensive support. The project assumes the following tasks:1)Diagnosing the needs and potentials of Project Participants; 2)Special counselling;3)Social competence workshops;4)Training of job search;5)Occupational training;6)Professional training. Support under the project will cover 20 people (16 women/4 men) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, only unemployed persons for whom the use of only labour market instruments and services is insufficient and there is a need to apply in the first place active inclusion services of a social nature in the area of the peak district in the commune of Pasym, Dźwierzuty, Jedwabno, Rozogi, Świętajno Szcz., Wielbark in voivodeship Warmińsko-Mazurskie. The result of the project will be: > obtaining qualifications by at least 50 % of project participants > taking up employment by at least 40 % of project participants > achieving a social performance indicator: for persons with disabilities, a minimum of 34 %; for other people at risk of poverty or social exclusion of at least 34 % > achieving the employment performance rate: for persons with disabilities, a minimum of 12 %; for other people at risk of poverty or social exclusion of at least 25 % (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître la réinsertion sociale et d’améliorer l’employabilité atteint par le 31.05.2021 parmi 20 personnes (16 femmes/4 hommes) menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, qui vivent au sens du Code civil dans la commune de Pasym, Dzwierzuty, Jedwabno, Rozogi, Świętajno szcz., Wielbark dans le district du Sommet grâce à un soutien global. Le projet assume les tâches suivantes: 1) Diagnostic des besoins et des potentiels des participants au projet; 2)Conseils spéciaux; 3)Ateliers de compétences sociales; 4)Formation de la recherche d’emploi; 5)Formation professionnelle;6)Formation professionnelle. L’aide au titre du projet couvrira 20 personnes (16 femmes/4 hommes) exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, seules les chômeurs pour lesquels l’utilisation des seuls instruments et services du marché du travail est insuffisante et il est nécessaire d’appliquer en premier lieu des services d’inclusion active à caractère social dans la zone du district de pointe de la commune de Pasym, Dźwierzuty, Jedwabno, Rozogi, Świętajno szcz., Wielbark in voivodeship Warmińsko-Mazurskie. Le résultat du projet sera: > obtenir des qualifications d’au moins 50 % des participants au projet > reprendre un emploi par au moins 40 % des participants au projet > atteindre un indicateur de performance sociale: pour les personnes handicapées, un minimum de 34 %; pour les autres personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale d’au moins 34 % > atteindre le taux de performance en matière d’emploi: pour les personnes handicapées, un minimum de 12 %; pour les autres personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale d’au moins 25 % (French)
