Celem projektu jest stworzenie łatwo dostępnego systemu instytucji świadczących usługi wsparcia rodziny dla osób uprawnionych, a nie korzystających z istniejących form. W ramach Projektu na terenie 50 gmin województwa podlaskiego powstaną placówki wsparcia dziennego prowadzone w formie podwórkowej, oraz Zespół Interdyscyplinarny Projekty tj zespół ekspertów świadczących usługi doradcze, mediacyjne i terapeutyczne. Placówki działając na podstawie norm ust.o wspieraniu rodziny i pieczy zastępczej stworzą dogodne warunki do poprawnego rozwoju osobowości dzieci i młodzieży wspierając jednocześnie więzi rodzinne BO. Zajęcia oparte na Harcerskiej Metodzie Wychowawczej prowadzone w naturalnych miejscach przebywania młodzieży w odformalizowanej strukturze 10-15 osobowych grup oraz indywidualnie przez stosowanie aktywnych form wychowawczych, wspierających min. przedsiębiorczości i umiejętności społecznych, będą stanowiły istotny czynnik niwelujący negatywne skutki patologii środowiskowych. Jednocześnie dzięki deformalizacji struktur zwiększony zostanie dostęp rodziców do usług specjalistycznego doradztwa, a więzi rodziny zostaną wzmocnione. Realizacja wszystkich zadań projektu nie będzie powielała stereotypów, zagwarantuje równy dostęp każdemu BO, również os. niepełnosprawnym. The aim of the project is to create an easily accessible system of institutions providing family support services to eligible persons rather than using existing forms. Within the framework of the project, in 50 municipalities of Podlaskie voivodship, day support facilities run in the backyard form will be established, as well as an Interdisciplinary Projects Team, i.e. a team of experts providing advisory, mediation and therapeutic services. Institutions acting on the basis of the norms of support of the family and foster care will create favourable conditions for the correct development of the personality of children and young people supporting at the same time family ties BO. Classes based on the Scout Education Method conducted in natural places of youth stay in a deformalised structure of 10-15 people groups and individually through the use of active educational forms, supporting, among others, entrepreneurship and social skills, will be an important factor in eliminating the negative effects of environmental pathologies. At the same time, the deformisation of structures will increase parents’ access to specialist counselling services and strengthen family ties. Implementation of all tasks of the project will not duplicate stereotypes, guarantee equal access to all BOs, including those with disabilities.
