Projekt daje zindywidualizowane i kompleksowe wsparcie i odpowiada na potrzeby os. z gr. docelowej oraz ich otoczenia nieograniczajgc mozliwosci dostqpu do usług aktywnej integracji- wsparcia indywidualnego,rodzinnego,srodowiskowego. Pierwszym elementem wsparcia bqdg instrumenty aktywizacji o charakterze społecznym. Druga formg wsparcia bqdg instrumenty aktywizacji o charak zawodowym:a)poradnictwo zaw. ind.i grupowe b) pomoc wejsciu na rynek pracy za posred. brokerów pracy c)kursy i szkolenia umozliwiajgce nabycie, zmianq kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodowych zgodnie z indywidualnymi predysp. ucz. i zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami lokalnego i regionalnego rynku pracy (podst. analizy opis zawodów deficyt., dostqpny w Barometrze zawodów).Dla kazdego uczestnika zostanie opracowana ISR oraz zostanie podpisana umowa posiadajgca formq kontr. socjal. Kontr. powst. w oparciu o indywid. diagnozq z uwzglqdnieniem diag. syt. problemowej, zasobów, potencjału , predyspozycji, potrzeb kazdego ucz. przeprowadzong przez psychologa w porozumieniu z GOPSfMOPSfPCPR (w wypadku kl. tych instytucji). Projekt jest realizowany w całości przez sektor społeczny tj. przez dwie organizacje pozarządowej. Projektodawcy obejmąwsparciem osoby z conajmniej 2 grup defaworyzowanych tj. -osoby bezrobotne, -osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, -osoby niepełnosprawne i niesamodzielne -osoby bierne zawodowo Realizacja projektu oparta jest Strategia Rozwiązywania Problemów Społecznych Dla Powiatu Augustowskiego Na Lata 2017 – 2022, Program Rozwoju Powiatu Sokólskiego na lata 2015 - 2022 Gminny Programu Przeciwdziałania Przemocy w Rodzinie oraz Ochrony Ofiar Przemocy w Rodzinie na lata 2011– 2016 (Suchowola) Partner proj. realizował projekty z MSiT i ASOS na obszarze m.in. powiatu augustowskiego (gmina lipsk i Sztabin). Lider był współrealizatorem projektu odpowiedzialnym za rekrutację uczestników i działania promocyjne. (Polish)

The project provides individualised and comprehensive support and responds to the needs of the target group and their surroundings without limiting the possibility of access to active inclusion services – individual, family, environmental support. The first element of support bqdg activation instruments of a social nature. The second form of support bqdg activation instruments of professional nature:a)ind. and group counselling b) assistance to enter the labour market for the assistance of labour brokers (c) courses and trainings enable the acquisition, change of qualifications and professional competences in accordance with individual predisp. teaching. and diagnosed needs of the local and regional labour market (subsequent analysis of occupations deficit., available in the Barometer of professions).For each participant will be developed ISR and a contract will be signed to have a formq counter. social. Repetition based on individual diagnosis taking into account the diag. problematic system, resources, potential, predisposition, needs of each teacher. carried out by a psychologist in consultation with GOPSfMOPSfPCPR (in the case of classrooms of these institutions). The project is implemented entirely by the social sector, i.e. by two non-governmental organisations. Project promoters include support from at least 2 disadvantaged groups, i.e. — unemployed people, – people over 50 years old, – people with disabilities and dependents – economically inactive people The implementation of the project is based on the Strategy for solving Social Problems for the Augustowski District for the summer 2017-2022, the Development Programme of the Sokólski District for 2015-2022 Municipal Programme for Combating Family Violence and Protecting Victims of Violence in Family Violence for the years 2011-2016 (Suchowola) The project partner implemented projects with MSiT and ASOS in the area of, among others, Augustus district (Lisbon and Sztabin). The leader was a co-executor of the project responsible for recruiting participants and promotional activities. (English)
