Cel gł.proj.: Podniesiony poziom aktywności społecznej wśród min.34% os.spośród 70os.(42K,28M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.zamieszkujących na obszarach poniżej progu defaworyzacji woj.mazowieckiego powiatów przasnyskiego,ostrołęckiego, makowskiego, przysuskiego, szydłowieckiego,radomskiego i lipskiego oraz podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min.18 os.(11K,7M) z ww.grupy docel.dzięki kompleksowemu wsparciu w postaci usług aktywnej integracji w proj.w okresie 1.06.2020-30.09.2021. GD proj.stanowi 70os. (42K i 28M)zagroż.ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ.tj.: *os.korzyst.ze świadczeń pom.społ zg.z ust.z dn.12.III.2004 lub kwalifik.się do obj.wsparc.pom.społ., *os.z niepełnosprawnościami (min.20%GD), *os.korzystające z POPŻ(min.10%GD-gr.prefer.). Proj.jest skierow.wyłącznie do os.należących do niżej wymien.gr.: os.zagroż.ubóstwem lub wykl.społ.,doświadcz.wielokrotn.wyklucz.z pow.więcej niż 1 z przesłanek o kt.mowa w Wytycz.w zakr.realiz.przeds.w obsz.włącz.społ.i zwalcz.ubóstwa z wykorz.śr.EFS i EFRR na l.2014- 2020. GD stanowią os.zamiesz.wyłącznie na obsz.(w gminach)poniżej progu defaworyz.określ.w Mazow.barometrze ubóstwa i wykl.społ.-zg.z pkt.C.1.6. Aim deeper: An increased level of social activity among at least 34 % of 70 persons (42K,28M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion residing in areas below the threshold of disadvantageisation of the Mazowieckie counties of Przasnyski, Ostrołęcki, Makowski, Przysuski, Szydłowiecki, Radom and Leipzig, and taking up employment for a minimum of 18 people (11K.7M) from the above-mentioned group, thanks to comprehensive support in the form of active integration services in the project in the period 1.06.2020-30.09.2021. GD proj. is 70os. (42K and 28M)poverty threat or exclusion i.e.: *person benefiting from benefits in accordance with par. of 12.12.III.2004 or eligible for assistance, *persons with disabilities (min. 20 %GD), *person benefiting from POPŻ(min.10 %GD-prefer.). The project is only to those belonging to the following exchange: about the risk of poverty or misconduct,experience.multiple exclusion.with more than 1 of the prerequisites about which in the Guidelines for realisation.pres.incl.included.and fight.poverty from the end of the period 2014-2020. Visez plus en profondeur: Un niveau accru d’activité sociale parmi au moins 34 % des 70 personnes (42K,28 millions) exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale résidant dans des zones inférieures au seuil de désavantage des comtés de Mazowieckie de Przasnyski, Ostrołęcki, Makowski, Przysuski, Szydłowiecki, Radom et Leipzig, et occupant un emploi pour un minimum de 18 personnes (11K.7M) appartenant au groupe susmentionné, grâce à un soutien complet sous la forme de services d’intégration active dans le projet au cours de la période 1.06.2020-30,09.2021. GD proj. est 70os. (42K et 28M)menace ou exclusion de la pauvreté, c’est-à-dire: *personne bénéficiant de prestations conformément au paragraphe 12.12.III.2004 ou pouvant bénéficier d’une assistance, *personnes handicapées (min. 20 %GD), *personne bénéficiant d’un PPO(min.10 %GD-préf.). Le projet ne s’adresse qu’à ceux qui font partie de l’échange suivant: sur le risque de pauvreté ou d’inconduite,l’expérience.l’exclusion multiple.avec plus de 1 des conditions préalables sur lesquelles les lignes directrices pour la réalisation.pres.incl.incl.et la lutte.pauvreté à partir de la fin de la période 2014-2020.
