Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie 80 osób wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących na obszarach - w gminach poniżej progu defaworyzacji znajdujących się w powiecie kozienickim, lipskim, przysuskim, szydłowieckim, radomskim i zapobiegnięcie zjawisku wykluczenia społecznego i ubóstwa tych osób w okresie do 31.05.2022 r. Zadania: 1) Opracowanie indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji; 2) Realizacja instrumentów aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym; 3)Realizacja instrumentów aktywnej integracji o charakterze edukacyjnym i zawodowym. Grupa docelowa to 80 osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym/ubóstwem korzystaj. ze świadcz. z pomocy społ. zgodnie z ustawą z 12.03.2004 r. o pomocy społ. lub kwalifikujących się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społecznej, tj. spełniające co najmniej jedną z przesłanek określ. w art. 7 ustawy z dnia 12.03.2004 r. o pomocy społ. lub osoby korzystające z PO PŻ. Będą to osoby zamieszkujące obszar gmin poniżej progu defaworyzacji określ. w Mazowieckim barometrze ubóstwa i wykluczenia społecznego znajdujące się na obszarze powiatu kozienickiego, lipskiego, przysuskiego, szydłowieckiego lub radomskiego. Uczestnikiem projektu może być osoba, która nie korzystała i nie korzysta ze wsparcia oferowanego w projektach pozakonkursowych wyłonionych w naborze RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-079/19. Preferowane do objęcia wsparciem są osoby korzystające z ProgramuOperacyjnego Pomoc Żywnościowa 2014-2020 (PO PŻ). Główne wskaźniki jakie zostaną osiągnięte to: 1) 68 osób zagroż. ubóstwem/wyklucz. społ. uzyska kwalifikacje/nabędzie kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu; 2) 28 osób zagroż. ubóstwem/wyklucz. społ., będzie poszukiwać pracy po opuszczeniu programu; 3) 20 osób zagroż. ubóstwem/wyklucz. społ. będzie pracować po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek). Projekt jest realizowany zgodnie z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnospr (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 80 people who are excluded and at risk of social exclusion living in areas – in municipalities below the threshold of disadvantage in Kozienic, Leipzig, Przysuskie, Szydłowiecki, Radom districts and to prevent the phenomenon of social exclusion and poverty of these people until 31 May 2022. Tasks: 1) Developing an individual reintegration path; 2) Implementation of active social inclusion instruments; 3)Implementation of educational and professional active inclusion instruments. The target group is 80 people at risk of social exclusion/poverty. benefit from social assistance in accordance with the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance or eligible for social assistance, i.e. satisfying at least one of the conditions laid down in Article 7 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance or persons benefiting from the OP. In the Mazowiecki barometer of poverty and social exclusion located in Kozienic, Leipzig, Przysuskie, Szydłowiecki or Radom districts, these will be people living in the area of Kozienicki, Leipzig, Przysuskie, Szydłowiecki or Radom districts. The participant of the project may be a person who has not benefited from and does not benefit from the support offered in the non-competition projects selected in the vacancy RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-079/19. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité de 80 personnes exclues et menacées d’exclusion sociale vivant dans des zones — dans les communes situées en dessous du seuil de désavantage de Kozienic, Leipzig, Przysuskie, Szydłowiecki, Radom et de prévenir le phénomène de l’exclusion sociale et de la pauvreté de ces personnes jusqu’au 31 mai 2022. 1) Développer un parcours de réinsertion individuelle; 2) Mise en œuvre d’instruments actifs d’inclusion sociale; 3) Mise en œuvre d’instruments éducatifs et professionnels d’inclusion active. Le groupe cible est de 80 personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale/pauvreté. bénéficient de l’aide sociale conformément à la loi du 12 mars 2004 relative à l’assistance sociale ou pouvant bénéficier de l’aide sociale, c’est-à-dire qu’elles remplissent au moins l’une des conditions énoncées à l’article 7 de la loi du 12 mars 2004 relative à l’assistance sociale ou aux bénéficiaires du PO. Dans le baromètre Mazowiecki de la pauvreté et de l’exclusion sociale situé dans les districts de Kozienic, Leipzig, Przysuskie, Szydłowiecki ou Radom, il s’agira de personnes vivant dans les districts de Kozienicki, Leipzig, Przysuskie, Szydłowiecki ou Radom. Le participant au projet peut être une personne qui n’a pas bénéficié du soutien offert dans le cadre des projets non concurrentiels sélectionnés dans le poste vacant RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-079/19. Les bénéficiaires du programme opérationnel «Aide alimentaire 2014-2020» (POP) sont préférés au soutien. Les principaux indicateurs à atteindre sont les suivants: 1) 68 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté/d’exclusion seront qualifiées/qualifiées une fois qu’elles auront quitté le programme; 2) 28 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté/exclusion chercheront un emploi après avoir quitté le programme; 3) 20 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté/exclusion travailleront après avoir quitté le programme (y compris les travailleurs indépendants).
