Projekt dotyczy budowy dwóch odcinków ścieżki pieszo-rowerowej:Odcinek I; Chełmno – Unisław o długości 11,77 km od km 3+000 do km 14+765 wzdłuż dróg powiatowych nr 1604C, nr 1607C i nr 1627C od miejscowości Watorowo przez Dorposz Szlachecki do Unisławia,Odcinek II, Dorposz Szlachecki – Kijewo Królewskie o długości 2,23 km wzdłuż drogi powiatowej nr 1604C od miejscowości Dorposz Szlachecki do miejscowości Kijewo Królewskie. Oba odcinki tworzące II etap budowy ścieżek w Powiecie Chełmińskim są kontynuacją I etapu. Etap I i II tworzą kompleksowy planu budowy spójnego układu komunikacji pieszo-rowerowej. Całościowy plan obejmuje budowę ścieżki pieszo-rowerowej na terenie Powiatu Chełmińskiego łączącej się z istniejącymi ścieżkami Toruń – Unisław oraz Bydgoszcz – Unisław i prowadzącej do północno-wschodniej granicy powiatu poprzez drogę powiatową Chełmno – Mniszek nr 1621 C. Po zrealizowaniu inwestycji przez Gminę Grudziądz i wybudowaniu ścieżki od granicy Powiatu Chełmińskiego poprzez Mniszek do Grudziądza, powstanie regionalny układ ścieżek, pozwalający dojechać z Torunia lub Bydgoszczy poprzez Chełmno do Grudziądza.Powiat Chełmiński posiada tylko krótkie - fragmentaryczne odcinki ścieżek rowerowych. Nie tworzą one spójnego układu komunikacyjnego, który pozwoliłby rozwiązać zasadnicze problemy komunikacyjne mieszkańców. Niski pozom bezpieczeństwa pieszych i rowerzystów na drogach, powoduje niski odsetek osób wykorzystujących rower do komunikacji. W konsekwencji w dalszym ciągu rośnie ilość emitowanych zanieczyszczeń do środowiska które powodują obniżenie poziomu zdrowia oraz jakości życia mieszkańców powiatu. Rosnąca świadomości społeczeństwa powoduje, że problem zanieczyszczenia środowiska jest coraz częściej zauważany. Celem projektu jest zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery, zwiększenie liczby osób korzystających z alternatywnych środków transportu oraz poprawa bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym. The project concerns the construction of two sections of the pieszo-rowerowej:Odcinek I; Chełmno – Unisław with a length of 11.77 km from km 3+ 000 to km 14 + 775 along district roads No 1604C, No 1607C and No 1627C from Watorowo through Dorposz Szlachecki to Unisław,Section II, Dorposz Szlachecki – Royal Kyiv with a length of 2.23 km along district road No 1604C from Dorposz Szlachecki to the village of Kijewo Royale. Both sections forming the second stage of the construction of the paths in the Chelminski Castle are a continuation of the first stage. Stages I and II form a comprehensive plan for the construction of a coherent system of walking-bike communication. The overall plan includes the construction of a walking-bike path in Chełmno County, connecting with the existing paths of Toruń – Unisław and Bydgoszcz – Unisław and leading to the north-eastern border of the county through Chełmno-Mniszek district road no. 1621 C. After the investment has been completed by Grudziądz Municipality and the construction of a path from the border of the Chełminski District through Mniszek to Grudziądz, there will be a regional system of paths, allowing to get from Toruń or Bydgoszcz via Chełmno to Grudziądz. The Chełmiński county has only short – fragmented sections of bicycle paths. They do not create a coherent communication system that would solve the basic communication problems of residents. The low safety of pedestrians and cyclists on the roads results in a low percentage of people using bicycles for communication. As a result, the number of pollutants emitted into the environment continues to increase, which reduces the level of health and quality of life of residents of the district. The growing awareness of the public makes the problem of environmental pollution more and more noticeable. The aim of the project is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere, increase the number of people using alternative modes of transport and improve road safety. (English)

Le projet concerne la construction de deux sections du pieszo-rowerowej:Odcinek I; Chełmno — Unisław d’une longueur de 11,77 km du km 3+ 000 au km 14 + 775 le long des routes de district no 1604C, no 1607C et no 1627C de Watorowo à Dorposz Szlachecki jusqu’à Unisław, section II, Dorposz Szlachecki — Kyiv royal avec une longueur de 2,23 km le long de la route de district no 1604C de Dorposz Szlachecki au village de Kijewo Royale. Les deux sections formant la deuxième étape de la construction des sentiers dans le château de Chelminski sont une continuation de la première étape. Les étapes I et II forment un plan complet pour la construction d’un système cohérent de communication marche-vélo. Le plan global comprend la construction d’une piste cyclable dans le comté de Chełmno, reliant les chemins existants de Toruń — Unisław et Bydgoszcz — Unisław et menant à la frontière nord-est du comté par la route du district de Chełmno-Mniszek no 1621 C. Une fois l’investissement achevé par la municipalité de Grudziądz et la construction d’un sentier entre la frontière du district de Chełminski et Mniszek jusqu’à Grudziądz, il y aura un système régional de sentiers permettant de se rendre de Toruń ou Bydgoszcz via Chełmno à Grudziądz. Le comté de Chełmiński ne dispose que de courtes sections fragmentées de pistes cyclables. Ils ne créent pas un système de communication cohérent qui permettrait de résoudre les problèmes de communication de base des résidents. La faible sécurité des piétons et des cyclistes sur les routes entraîne un faible pourcentage de personnes utilisant des vélos pour la communication. En conséquence, le nombre de polluants émis dans l’environnement continue d’augmenter, ce qui réduit le niveau de santé et la qualité de vie des habitants du district. La sensibilisation croissante du public rend de plus en plus visible le problème de la pollution de l’environnement. L’objectif du projet est de réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre dans l’atmosphère, d’augmenter le nombre de personnes utilisant d’autres modes de transport et d’améliorer la sécurité routière.
