Realizacja pr.przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego RPO -WWM,dzięki organizacji form wsparcia o charakterze społe. i zawod., edukacyjnym nacechowanych silnie oddziaływaniem prozatrudnieniowym. Dzięki realiz. pr. nastąpi odbudowa i podtrzymanie umiejęt.uczestnicz.w życiu społeczności lokalnej i pełnienia ról społ etycznych w miejscu pracy,zamieszkania lub pobytu(reintegracja społ.) oraz odbudowa i podtrzymanie zdolności do samodzielnego świadczenia pracy na RP (reintegracja zawod.) oraz zapobieganie procesom ubóstwa,marginalizacji i wyklucz. społ.Wsparcie skierowane do osób, rodzin i środowisk zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym odbywać się będzie w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji, stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdej osoby, rodziny, środowiska zagrożonego ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problemowej,zasobów, potencjału, predyspozycji, potrzeb. L’aide assurée par 20 personnes (15 000, 5 millions d’années) âgées de 18 à 64 ans, exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, y compris au chômage, pour lesquelles l’utilisation des seuls instruments et services du marché du travail est insuffisante et il est nécessaire d’appliquer en premier lieu des services actifs d’inclusion sociale vivant dans les municipalités couvertes par le projet; inhabité sur le sol. MoF Olsztyn et MOF Elk, Augmentation des compétences socioprofessionnelles chez 20 personnes âgées de 18 à 64 ans ayant de faibles qualifications, y compris les chômeurs, qui sont des résidents du comté réduits par l’aide au cours du projet, ce qui améliorera l’employabilité. La mise en œuvre contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique du ROP-WWM, grâce à l’organisation de formes de soutien social et professionnel, qui ont un fort impact en faveur de l’emploi.
