Celem projektu jest zwiększenie aktywności społecznej i zawodowej 23 osób (13K, 10M), zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w wieku 18- 64 lata, zamieszkałych na terenie Powiatu Szczycieńskiego, w tym osób bezrobotnych zakwalifikowanych do III profilu pomocy, poprzez objęcie ich w okresie od 01.08.2018 r. do 31.07.2019 r. usługami aktywnej integracji, w tym instrumentami aktywizacji społecznej i edukacyjnej, prowadzącymi do podjęcia zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 20% uczestników (5 os.). W ramach projektu realizowane będą następujące zadania: indywidualna ścieżka reintegracji, indywidualne zajęcia aktywizujące, grupowe zajęcia aktywizujące. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią 23 os. (13K, 10M) w wieku 18-64 lata z terenu Powiatu Szczycieńskiego, zagrożone ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w tym osoby bezrobotne, które zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdują się w trzeciej grupie osób (tzw. oddalonych od rynku pracy). Dzięki realizacji projektu 23 os. z powiatu szczycieńskiego zwiększy swoją aktywność społeczną i zawodową, podniesie swoje kompetencje społeczne i uzyska kwalifikacje niezbędne na rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the social and professional participation of 23 people (13K, 10M), at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, aged 18-64, residing in the area of the Szczycieński County, including unemployed persons qualified for the third aid profile, by covering them in the period from 01.08.2018 to 31.07.2019 with active inclusion services, including social and educational activation instruments, leading to employment by at least 20 % of participants (5 persons). The project will carry out the following tasks: individual path of reintegration, individual activation activities, group activation activities. The target group of the project is 23 people. (13K, 10M) aged 18-64 from the area of Szczycieński County, at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, including unemployed persons who, in accordance with the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, are included in the third group of people (so-called remote from the labour market). With the implementation of the project 23 people from the district of Górna will increase their social and professional activity, increase their social competences and obtain the necessary qualifications on the labour market. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’activité sociale et professionnelle de 23 personnes (13K, 10M), exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, âgées de 18 à 64 ans, résidant dans le district de Szczycieński, y compris les chômeurs qualifiés pour le troisième profil d’aide, en leur fournissant des services d’inclusion active, y compris des instruments d’activation sociale et éducative, conduisant à l’emploi d’au moins 20 % des participants (5 personnes) entre le 1er août 2018 et le 31 juillet 2019. Le projet s’acquittera des tâches suivantes: chemin de réintégration individuel, classes d’activation individuelle, classes d’activation de groupe. Le groupe cible du projet est de 23 personnes.
