Celem pr. jest zwiększenie- we współpracy z pracodawcami- jakości kształcenia zawodowego w TIE/9 w Olsztynie, ukierunkowane na poprawę zdolności do zatrudnienia 180 uczniów (55K/125M) szkoły oraz dostosowanie programu kształcenia szkoły do wymogów rynku pracy, poprzez modernizację kierunku kształceniaT.informatyk, utworzenie nowego kierunku T.ekonomista, podniesienie kompetencji/kwalifikacji 20 n-li (15K/5M) kształ. zawodowego (poprzez organizację studiów podyplomowych/szkoleń z zakresu: MS Office Specialist, programowania Phyton i C++, coachingu, rachunkowości, informatyki i cyberbezpieczeństwa), adaptację i doposażenie pracowni szkolnych, organizację dla uczniów: staży u pracodawców, dodatkowych zajęć/szkoleń zwiększających ich kompetencje zawodowe (MS Office Specialist, zarządzania siecią Cisco, techniki skutecznej sprzedaży i marketingu) oraz kompetencje kluczowe (z jęz.angielskiego, matematyki, robotyki),w terminie od 02.09.2019r. do 31.08.2022 r. Gr.docelową stanowią: TIE/9 oraz jego uczniowie i n-le. Liczba uczestników pr. objętych wsparciem wynosi 200 (70K/130M), w tym 180 uczniów (55K/125M) oraz 20 n-li (15K/5M) kształ.zawodowego. Wskaźniki,m.in.: Liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształ.zawodowego uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawcy: 180 (55K/125M), Liczba n-li kształ. zawodowego oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu: 20 (15K/5M). Pr.obejmuje I, II i III model w ramach typu 1 oraz 4 typ pr., poprzez realizację 12 zadań, w tym rozwijających kompet.zawodowe uczniów (staże u pracodawców, szkolenia: MS Office Specialist, zarządzania siecią Cisco, techniki sprzedaży i marketingu) oraz kompet.kluczowe (z jęz. angielskiego, matematyki, robotyki), doskonalenie kompetencji /kwalifikacji n-li (z zakresu MS Office Specialist, programowania Phyton i C++, coachingu, rachunkowości, informatyki, cyberbezpieczeństwa) oraz zadanie adaptacja i doposażenie pracowni zawod. The aim is to increase the quality of vocational training in TIE/9 in Olsztyn, in cooperation with employers, aimed at improving the employability of 180 pupils (55K/125M) of the school and adapting the school curriculum to the requirements of the labour market, by modernising education T.Informatics, creating a new direction of T. economist, raising the competence/qualification of 20 n-li (15K/5M) vocational education (through the organisation of post-graduate studies/training in the field of: MS Office Specialist, Phyton and C++ programming, coaching, accounting, computer science and cybersecurity), adaptation and retrofitting of schoolworks, organisation for students: internships with employers, additional activities/training to increase their professional competences (MS Office Specialist, Cisco network management, effective sales and marketing techniques) and key competences (English, mathematics, robotics), from 02.09.2019 to 31.08.2022. TIE/9 and his students and n-le. The number of participants supported is 200 (70K/130M), including 180 students (55K/125M) and 20 n-li (15K/5M) of vocational education. Indicators, e.g.: Number of pupils and vocational training institutions participating in internships and apprenticeships with the employer: 180 (55K/125M), Number of n-letter vocational training and practical training instructors who have acquired qualifications or competence after leaving the programme: 20 (15K/5M). Pr. covers the I, II and III models within type 1 and type 4 pr., through the implementation of 12 tasks, including the development of professional competences of pupils (internships in employers, trainings: MS Office Specialist, Cisco network management, sales and marketing techniques) and key competencies (in English, mathematics, robotics), skills/qualification of n-li (from the scope of MS Office Specialist, Phyton and C++ programming, coaching, accounting, IT, cybersecurity) and the task of adapting and equipping the workplace. Le nombre de participants soutenus est de 200 (70K/130M), dont 180 étudiants (55K/125M) et 20 n-li (15K/5M) de l’enseignement professionnel. Indicateurs, y compris: Nombre d’élèves dans les écoles et les établissements d’enseignement professionnel participant à des stages et stages auprès d’un employeur: 180 (55K/125M), Nombre d’instructeurs d’enseignement professionnel et de formation professionnelle ayant obtenu une qualification ou acquis des compétences après avoir quitté le programme: 20 (15K/5M). Pr. couvre les modèles I, II et III de type 1 et de type 4, à travers la mise en œuvre de 12 tâches, y compris le développement d’étudiants professionnels (stages d’employeurs, cours de formation: MS Office Specialist, Cisco Network Management, Sales and Marketing techniques) et les compétences clés (en anglais, mathématiques, robotique), l’amélioration des compétences/qualifications n-li (du champ d’application de MS Office Specialist, Phyton et C++ programmation, coaching, comptabilité, informatique, cybersécurité) et la tâche d’adapter et de moderniser la profession.
