CEL: Aktywizacja zawodowa oraz podniesienie kwalifikacji,kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych zgodnie z potrzebami uczestników i potrzebami region.rynku pracy,zwiększające zdolność do zatrudnienia 72 osób(44K/28M)powyżej 29r.ż. pozostających bez zatrudnienia (min.18 biernych,min.15 bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy, maks.39 bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP),zamieszkujących w subregionie ełckim (w rozumieniu KC),należących co najmniej do jednej z poniższych kategorii:osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach,osoby długotrwale bezrobotne,kobiety,osoby powyżej 50 roku życia,osoby z niepełnosprawnościami,poprzez uzyskanie kompleksowego wsparcia,obejmującego IPD,warsztaty kompetencji miękkich i aktywnego poszukiwania pracy, szkolenia podnoszące kwalifikacje zaw.i kompetencje komputerowe,3-miesięczne staże i pośrednictwo pracy w okresie 1.10.2017 do 30.09.2018. GRUPA DOCELOWA: 72 (44 kobiety/28 mężczyzn) osoby powyżej 29r.ż. pozostające bez zatrudnienia (w tym: min.18 biernych zawodowo (tj.25%Uczestników),min.15 bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy (tj.min.20%Uczestników), maks.39 bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP (tj.maks.55%Uczestników), zamieszkujących (w rozumieniu KC) w subregionie ełckim,obejmującym powiaty:ełcki,giżycki,gołdapski,olecki,piski,węgorzewski, należących co najmniej do jednej z poniższych kategorii:os.o niskich kwalifikacjach (min.29os.),os.długotrwale bezrobotne (min.15os.),kobiety(min.44os.),os.powyżej 50 roku życia(min.15os.),os.z niepełnosprawnościami (min.4os.) ZADANIA: -Identyfikacja potrzeb z opracowaniem IPD -Warsztaty kompetencji miękkich i aktywnego poszukiwania pracy -Szkolenia służące podniesieniu/nabyciu nowych kwalifikacji zakończone certyfikatem -Szkolenia podnoszące kompetencje komputerowe zakończone certyfikatem -3-miesięczne staże -Pośrednictwo pracy EFEKTY: W projekcie założono, że min.44 osoby uzyska kwalifikacje potwierdzone certyfikatem, min.22 osoby podejmie zatrudnienie po opuszczeniu projektu. OBJECTIVE: Vocational activation and improvement of qualifications,competence and professional skills in accordance with the needs of participants and needs of the region.work market,increasing the employability of 72 persons(44K/28M)above 29 years without employment (min.18 passive,min.15 unemployed persons not registered in employment offices, max.39 unemployed persons registered in PUP), living in the subregion of the ELPD (within the meaning of one category of work) TARGET GROUP: 72 (44 women/28 men) persons over 29 years without employment (including: min.18 economically passive (i.e. 25 % of participants),min.15 unemployed unregistered in labour offices (i.e.min.20 %Participants), max.39 unemployed registered in the PUP (i.e. max.55 %Participants), residing (within the meaning of the CC) in the Ełcki subregion, including: ełcki,giżycki,gołdapski,Olescos. —Identification of needs with the development of IPD -Workshops of soft competencies and active job search -Training for raising/acquiring new qualifications culminating in a certificate -Training of computer competences completed with a certificate -3-month internships -Work mediation EFFECTS: The project assumes that at least 44 people will obtain qualifications confirmed by a certificate, min.22 people will take up employment after leaving the project. OBJECTIF: L’activation professionnelle et l’amélioration des qualifications, des compétences et des aptitudes professionnelles en fonction des besoins des participants et des besoins de la région du marché du travail, en augmentant l’employabilité de 72 personnes (44K/28M) de plus de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi (minimum 18 passifs, min. 15 chômeurs non inscrits dans les bureaux de l’emploi, 39 chômeurs au maximum inscrits dans le PUP) résidant dans la sous-région d’Ełc (au sens du CC), membres d’au moins l’un des pays suivants: kategorii:osoby les chômeurs de longue durée, les femmes, les personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, les personnes handicapées, en obtenant un soutien complet, y compris des IPD, des ateliers de recherche d’emploi souples et actifs, une formation visant à améliorer les qualifications et les compétences informatiques, des stages et des stages de 3 mois entre le 1er octobre 2017 et le 30 septembre 2018. GROUPE CIBLE: 72 (44 femmes/28 hommes) personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans qui sont au chômage (dont: min.18 inactifs (c’est-à-dire 25 %participants),au moins 15 chômeurs non inscrits dans les bureaux de placement (c’est-à-dire au moins 20 %Participants), max.39 chômeurs inscrits à l’OLP (c’est-à-dire jusqu’à 55 % des participants) résidant (au sens du CC) dans la sous-région Ełc, y compris powiaty:ełcki,giżycki,gołdapski,olecki,piski,węgorzewski, appartenant à au moins l’un des kategorii:os.o peu qualifiés (min.29 personnes), chômeurs de longue durée (min. 15), femmes (min. 44 personnes), plus de 50 ans (min. 15), personnes handicapées (min. 4 personnes) —Identification des besoins avec le développement de la DPI — Ateliers pour les compétences souples et la recherche active d’emploi -Formation pour l’amélioration/l’acquisition de nouvelles qualifications complétée par un certificat -Stages de 3 mois -Intermédiation en matière d’emploi Le projet suppose qu’au moins 44 personnes obtiendront des qualifications attestées par un certificat, au moins 22 personnes prendront un emploi après avoir quitté le projet.
