Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia w powiecie szczycieńskim. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 1 stycznia 2017 r. do 30 czerwca 2018 r. Cele projektu zostaną osiągnięte poprzez aktywizację zawodową 283 osób bezrobotnych, opartą na realizacji następujących usług i instrumentów rynku pracy: 1) szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia lub uzupełnienia kwalifikacji lub kompetencji zawodowych oraz wiedzy z zakresu przedsiębiorczości - 49 osób, 2) staże umożliwiające uzyskanie doświadczenia zawodowego - 59 osób, 3) subsydiowanie zatrudnienia w ramach prac interwencyjnych - 135 osób, 4) refundacja kosztów doposażenia stanowiska pracy - 32 osoby, 5) dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej - 34 osoby, w tym 22 osoby po ukończeniu w ramach projektu szkolenia z przedsiębiorczości. Co najmniej 4 uczestników projektu zostanie objętych więcej niż jedną formą wsparcia. Projektem zostaną objęte osoby w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia, zarejestrowane jako bezrobotne w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Szczytnie, należące przynajmniej do jednej z wymienionych niżej kategorii osób: - długotrwale bezrobotni - min. 79 osób, - niepełnosprawni - min. 15 osób, - osoby powyżej 50 roku życia - min. 33 osoby, - kobiety - min. 148 osób, - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach - min. 170 osób. Rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia przez: - min. 38% uczestników projektu w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - min. 44% kobiet , - min. 38% niepełnosprawnych uczestników projektu, - min. 35% długotrwale bezrobotnych uczestników projektu, - min. 43% uczestników projektu o niskich kwalifikacjach. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the age of 29 in the Steering District. The project will be implemented in the period from 1 January 2017 to 30 June 2018. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the professional activation of 283 unemployed people, based on the implementation of the following services and labour market instruments: 1) training leading to the acquisition or completion of professional qualifications or competences and entrepreneurship knowledge – 49 persons, 2) traineeships allowing to gain professional experience – 59 persons, 3) subsidisation of employment in the framework of intervention work – 135 persons, 4) refund of the costs of retrofitting the job – 32 persons, 5) grants for starting a business activity – 34 persons, including 22 persons after completion of the entrepreneurship training project. At least 4 project participants will be covered by more than one form of support. The project will include persons over the age of 29, registered as unemployed at the District Labour Office in Szczytno, belonging to at least one of the following categories of persons: — long-term unemployed – min. 79 people, – disabled – min. 15 people, – persons over the age of 50 – min. 33 people, – women – min. 148 people, – low-skilled persons – min. 170 people. The project will result in employment or self-employment by: — min. 38 % of project participants aged 50 years and over – min. 44 % of women, – min. 38 % of disabled project participants, – min. 35 % of long-term unemployed project participants, – min. 43 % of project participants with low qualifications. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les chômeurs âgés de plus de 29 ans dans le district du Sommet. Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 1er janvier 2017 au 30 juin 2018. Les objectifs du projet seront atteints grâce à l’activation professionnelle de 283 chômeurs, sur la base de la mise en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail suivants: 1) formation conduisant à l’acquisition ou à l’accomplissement de qualifications ou de compétences professionnelles et de connaissances entrepreneuriales — 49 personnes, 2) stages permettant l’acquisition d’une expérience professionnelle — 59 personnes, 3) subventions à l’emploi dans le cadre d’un travail d’intervention — 135 personnes, 4) remboursement des frais de réaménagement du lieu de travail — 32 personnes, 5) subventions pour la création d’une entreprise — 34 personnes, dont 22 personnes après l’achèvement du projet de formation à l’entrepreneuriat. Au moins 4 participants au projet seront couverts par plus d’une forme de soutien. Le projet comprendra des personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans, inscrites comme chômeurs au bureau du travail du district de Szczytno, appartenant à au moins une des catégories de personnes suivantes: — chômeurs de longue durée — min. 79 personnes, — handicapés — min. 15 personnes, — les personnes de plus de 50 ans — min. 33 personnes, — les femmes — 148 personnes, — les personnes peu qualifiées — minimum 170 personnes. Le projet donnera lieu à un emploi ou à un travail indépendant: — un minimum de 38 % des participants au projet âgés de 50 ans et plus, — un minimum de 44 % des femmes, — un minimum de 38 % des participants handicapés au projet, — un minimum de 35 % des participants au projet sans emploi de longue durée, — un minimum de 43 % des participants au projet peu qualifiés.
