Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sejneńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: -1 osobę niepełnosprawną, -13 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, -8 osób w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia, -16 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - 15 kobiet zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Sejnach. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby od 30 roku życia pozostające bez pracy zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Sejnach zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należące co najmniej do jednej z następujących grup: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Sejnach realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Sejny County. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by: —1 person with disabilities, -13 long-term unemployed, -8 people aged 50 or over, -16 low-skilled persons – 15 women registered in the District Labour Office in Seine. The project will support persons from 30 years of age who are unemployed and registered with the District Labour Office in Seine qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called requiring support) belonging to at least one of the following groups: persons over 50 years of age, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the District Labour Office in Seine will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, excluding public works. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving the European Social Fund in the area of the labour market for the period 2014-2020. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité des personnes âgées de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Sejne. Le principal résultat du projet sera d’accéder à l’emploi par: —1 personne handicapée, -13 chômeurs de longue durée, -8 personnes de plus de 50 ans, -16 personnes peu qualifiées — 15 femmes inscrites au bureau du travail du district de Sejny. Dans le cadre du projet, les personnes à partir de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi inscrites au bureau de district du travail de Sejny pourront bénéficier du profil d’aide I (c’est-à-dire «chômeur actif») ou du profil d’aide II (appelé «demande d’aide») appartenant à au moins l’un des groupes suivants: les personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée et les personnes peu qualifiées. Dans le cadre du projet pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, le bureau du travail du district de Sejny fournira des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, à l’exception des travaux publics. Le projet sera mis en œuvre conformément aux principes énoncés dans les lignes directrices pour la mise en œuvre de projets impliquant le Fonds social européen dans le domaine du marché du travail pour la période 2014-2020. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von Menschen ab 30 Jahren, die im Bezirk Sejne arbeitslos sind, zu verbessern. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist die Aufnahme einer Beschäftigung durch: —1 Behinderte, -13 Langzeitarbeitslose, -8 Personen über 50 Jahre, -16 Geringqualifizierte – 15 Frauen, die beim Bezirksarbeitsamt in Sejny registriert sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts können Personen ab 30 Jahren, die im Bezirksarbeitsamt in Sejny arbeitslos sind, für das Beihilfeprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Hilfsprofil II (sogenannte Förderbedürftigkeit) in Betracht kommen, die mindestens einer der folgenden Gruppen angehören: Menschen über 50 Jahre, Frauen, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose, Geringqualifizierte. Im Rahmen des Projekts für jeden Teilnehmer wird eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers mit einem spezifischen Angebot der beruflichen Aktivierung vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird das Bezirksarbeitsamt in Sejny angemessen ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente bereitstellen, die im Gesetz über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen genannt sind, mit Ausnahme öffentlicher Arbeiten. Das Projekt wird im Einklang mit den Grundsätzen durchgeführt, die in den Leitlinien für die Durchführung von Projekten, an denen der Europäische Sozialfonds im Bereich des Arbeitsmarktes für den Zeitraum 2014-2020 beteiligt ist, festgelegt sind.
