Przedmiotem projektu jest uruchomienie usług z zakresu rehabilitacji kardiologicznej dla pacjentów z chorobami układu sercowo-naczyniowego, w szczególności po zawale serca, ułatwiającychpowrót do pracy poprzez przywrócenie osobom w wieku aktywności zawodowej pełnej lub maksymalnie możliwej do osiągnięcia sprawności fizycznej i psychicznej, zdolności do aktywnościzawodowej oraz brania czynnego udziału w życiu społecznym poprzez wdrożenie kompleksowego programu rehabilitacji medycznej na terenie Aglomeracji Opolskiej. Postępująca wwojewództwie opolskim depopulacja ma niekorzystny wpływ na zasoby rynku pracy. Dlatego w regionie muszą zostać podjęte działania sprzyjające aktywności zawodowej mieszkańców, w tymrównież w obszarze ochrony zdrowia. Zwiększenie długości życia w zdrowiu będzie miało wpływ na wzrost liczby osób aktywnych na rynku pracy, obniżenie kosztów pracy m.in. dziękiobniżeniu absencji chorobowej oraz zmniejszaniu wydatków na świadczenia ZUS. Projekt zakłada objęciem opieką rehabilitacyjną w zakresie chorób układu sercowo-naczyniowego (wszczególności po zawale serca) grupy 600 osób. Sposób rehabilitacji tych osób określą lekarze. Pacjenci wchodzący w skład grupy docelowej będą podnosić wydolność swojego organizmu,poznawać możliwości ruchowe swojego ciała, uczyć się będą prawidłowego wykonywania ćwiczeń przystosowanych do ich możliwości, nabierać nawyku codziennej aktywności ruchowej.Pacjenci odbywać będą również spotkania z psychologiem i z dietetykiem. Zajęcia prowadzić będą fizjoterapeuci, dietetycy, psychologowie i lekarze Polskiej Grupy Kardiologicznej "Pro Corde" iPartnerów. Czas trwania projektu 36 m-cy (Polish)

The subject of the project is to launch services in the field of cardiological rehabilitation for patients with cardiovascular diseases, in particular after a heart attack, facilitating return to work by restoring full or maximum attainable physical and mental fitness, ability to work and active participation in society through the implementation of a comprehensive program of medical rehabilitation in the Opole Agglomeration. The progressive depopulation in Opolskie voivodship has a negative impact on labour market resources. This is why measures must be taken in the region to encourage the participation of the local population, including in the area of health protection. Increasing life expectancy in health will have an impact on the increase in the number of people active on the labour market, reducing labour costs, among others, by reducing sickness absenteeism and reducing expenses on ZUS benefits. The project assumes rehabilitation care in the field of cardiovascular diseases (especially after a heart attack) of a group of 600 people. Doctors will determine how these people are being rehabilitated. Patients included in the target group will improve the performance of their body, learn about the mobility of their body, learn how to perform exercises adapted to their abilities, gain a habit of daily motor activity.Patients will also have meetings with a psychologist and a nutritionist. The classes will be conducted by physiotherapists, nutritionists, psychologists and doctors of the Polish Cardiology Group “Pro Corde” and partners. Duration of the project 36 months (English)

L’objectif du projet est de lancer des services de réadaptation cardiaque pour les patients atteints de maladies cardiovasculaires, en particulier après des crises cardiaques, de faciliter le retour au travail en rétablissant une forme physique et mentale complète ou maximale, la capacité de participer au travail et la participation active à la société par la mise en œuvre d’un programme complet de réadaptation médicale dans l’agglomération d’Opole. Le dépeuplement croissant de la province d’Opolskie a un impact négatif sur les ressources du marché du travail. C’est pourquoi des mesures doivent être prises dans la région pour promouvoir le marché du travail actif de la population, y compris dans le domaine de la santé. L’augmentation de l’espérance de vie en bonne santé aura une incidence sur l’augmentation du nombre de personnes actives sur le marché du travail, ce qui réduira le coût de la main-d’œuvre, entre autres, en réduisant l’absentéisme de maladie et les dépenses consacrées aux prestations de sécurité sociale. Le projet prévoit la fourniture de soins de réadaptation pour les maladies cardiovasculaires (en particulier après une crise cardiaque) à un groupe de 600 personnes. La méthode de réadaptation de ces personnes sera déterminée par les médecins. Les patients faisant partie du groupe cible augmenteront l’efficacité de leur corps, apprendront les possibilités de mobilité de leur corps, apprendront la bonne exécution d’exercices adaptés à leurs capacités, acquerront l’habitude de l’activité motrice quotidienne. Les patients rencontreront également un psychologue et un nutritionniste. Les cours seront dispensés par des physiothérapeutes, des nutritionnistes, des psychologues et des médecins du groupe cardiaque polonais «Pro Corde» et Partenaires. Durée du projet 36 mois (French)
