Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30. roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie nyskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej:- 44% osób znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3);- 59,5% osób nie należących do ww. grup.W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych441(K=231, M=210) osób w wieku 18-29 lat, należących do tzw. kategorii NEET (zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020).Grupą docelową projektu jest także 350 (K=150, M=200) pracowników lub osób fizycznych prowadzących samodzielnie działalność gospodarczą, wspieranych zgodnie z warunkami określonymi w art. 15zzb, 15zzc i 15zze ustawy z dnia 31.03.2020 r. o COVID-19.W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Nysa. The main result of the project will be at least 44 % of the most vulnerable (including immigrants, remigrants, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED level 3); – 59.5 % of people not belonging to the above groups. M=210) persons aged 18-29, belonging to the so-called NEET category (according to the definition of NEET category adopted in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020). The target group of the project is also 350 (K=150, M=200) employees or natural persons conducting an economic activity independently supported in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 15zzb, 15zzc and 15zze of the Act of 31 March 2020 on COVID-19.In the framework of the project, for each of the participants, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predisposition and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Nysa. Le principal résultat du projet sera d’au moins 44 % des personnes les plus vulnérables (y compris les immigrants, les remigrants, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées (jusqu’au niveau 3 de la CITE); — 59,5 % des personnes n’appartenant pas aux groupes susmentionnés. M=210) les personnes âgées de 18 à 29 ans, appartenant à la catégorie «NEET» (selon la définition de la catégorie NEET adoptée dans le programme opérationnel «Développement des connaissances» 2014-2020). Le groupe cible du projet est également de 350 (K=150, M=200) salariés ou personnes physiques exerçant une activité économique bénéficiant d’un soutien indépendant conformément aux conditions énoncées aux articles 15zzb, 15zzc et 15zze de la loi du 31 mars 2020 sur la COVID-19.Dans le cadre du projet, pour chacun des participants, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Bezirk Nysa arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird mindestens 44 % der am stärksten gefährdeten Personen sein (einschließlich Einwanderer, Remigranten, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose, Menschen mit geringer Qualifikation (bis ISCED-Stufe 3); – 59,5 % der Personen, die nicht zu den oben genannten Gruppen gehören. M=200) Beschäftigte oder natürliche Personen, die eine wirtschaftliche Tätigkeit ausüben, die gemäß den in den Artikeln 15zzb, 15zzc und 15zze des Gesetzes vom 31. März 2020 über COVID-19 festgelegten Bedingungen unabhängig unterstützt wird.Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Prädisposition und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorgenommen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen.
