Przedmiotem projektu jest rozpoczęcie produkcji i wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnego produktu będącego wynikiem prac B+R, które zostały zlecone do realizacji przez Wnioskodawcę. Produktem tym będzie fryza morficzna – materiał wykorzystywany do produkcji wyrobów z zakresu stolarki otworowej oraz mebli. Pomimo tego, że fryza stanowi produkt końcowy dla Wnioskodawcy, to z punktu widzenia całej branży (stolarki otworowej, meblarskiej itp.) stanowi ona istotny półprodukt, niezbędny do dalszego wykorzystania. W związku z tym, cechy i parametry fryzy w bezpośredni sposób wpływają na jakość produktów końcowych: drzwi, okien, mebli itp. Fryza o odpowiednio wysokich właściwościach umożliwia wyprodukowanie solidnych drzwi, okien i mebli bez skaz, pęknięć itp. Wdrożenie wyników prac B+R i zaoferowanie na rynku innowacyjnego na skalę krajową produktu wymaga przeprowadzenia przedmiotowej inwestycji, na którą składa się zakup maszyn i urządzeń niezbędnych do produkcji fryzy morficznej: - skaner laserowy z mechanicznym systemem podawania - 1 szt. - automat strugająco-profilujący z systemem podawania - 1 szt. - instalacja odpylająca - 1 kpl. Powyższe środki trwałe pozwolą na udoskonalenie obecnego procesu technologicznego, co jest niezbędne dla produkcji fryzy morficznej. Udoskonalony ciąg technologiczny zostanie usytuowany w posiadanej przez Wnioskodawcę, hali produkcyjnej. (Polish)

The object of the project is to start production and launch an innovative product resulting from R & D work commissioned by the Applicant. This product will be morphous frying – the material used for the production of products in the field of joinery and furniture. Despite the fact that frying is a final product for the Applicant, it is from the point of view of the industry as a whole (hole, furniture, etc.) that it is an important intermediate, necessary for further use. Therefore, the characteristics and parameters of frying directly affect the quality of the final products: doors, windows, furniture, etc. Fryza with sufficiently high properties enables the production of solid doors, windows and furniture without blemishes, cracks, etc. Implementing the results of R & D works and offering an innovative product on the market on a national scale requires the investment in question, which consists of the purchase of machinery and equipment necessary for the production of morphous friezes: laser scanner with mechanical feeding system – 1 pcs. — planing and contouring machine with feeding system – 1 pcs. — dust removal system – 1 kpl. These fixed assets will allow for the improvement of the current technological process, which is necessary for the production of morphous frying. The improved technological line will be located in the production hall owned by the Applicant. (English)

L’objet du projet est de commencer la production et de lancer un produit innovant résultant de travaux de R & D commandés par la requérante. Ce produit sera morphe friture — le matériel utilisé pour la production de produits dans le domaine de la menuiserie et du mobilier. Bien que la friture soit un produit final pour la requérante, c’est du point de vue de l’industrie dans son ensemble (trou, meubles, etc.) qu’il s’agit d’un intermédiaire important, nécessaire à une utilisation ultérieure. Par conséquent, les caractéristiques et paramètres de la friture affectent directement la qualité des produits finis: portes, fenêtres, meubles, etc. Fryza avec des propriétés suffisamment élevées permet la production de portes, fenêtres et meubles solides sans défauts, fissures, etc. La mise en œuvre des résultats des travaux de R & D et l’offre d’un produit innovant sur le marché à l’échelle nationale nécessitent l’investissement en question, qui consiste en l’achat de machines et d’équipements nécessaires à la production de frises morphes: scanner laser avec système d’alimentation mécanique — 1 pcs. — machine de rabotage et de contournage avec système d’alimentation — 1 pcs. — système de dépoussiérage — 1 kpl. Ces immobilisations permettront d’améliorer le processus technologique actuel, nécessaire à la production de friture morphologique. La ligne technologique améliorée sera située dans le hall de production appartenant à la requérante. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, mit der Produktion zu beginnen und ein innovatives Produkt zu starten, das sich aus der vom Antragsteller in Auftrag gegebenen F & E-Arbeit ergibt. Dieses Produkt wird morphes Braten sein – das Material, das für die Herstellung von Produkten im Bereich der Tischlerei und Möbel verwendet wird. Trotz der Tatsache, dass das Braten ein Endprodukt für die Klägerin ist, ist es aus Sicht der gesamten Industrie (Loch, Möbel usw.) ein wichtiger Zwischenprodukt, der für die weitere Verwendung notwendig ist. Daher wirken sich die Eigenschaften und Parameter des Bratens unmittelbar auf die Qualität der Endprodukte aus: Türen, Fenster, Möbel usw. Fryza mit ausreichend hohen Eigenschaften ermöglicht die Herstellung von festen Türen, Fenstern und Möbeln ohne Fehler, Risse, etc. Die Durchführung der Ergebnisse der FuE-Arbeiten und das Angebot eines innovativen Produkts auf dem nationalen Markt erfordert die Investition, die in den Kauf von Maschinen und Geräten besteht, die für die Herstellung von morphen Friesen erforderlich sind: Laserscanner mit mechanischem Zuführsystem – 1 Stück. — Hobel- und Konturmaschine mit Zuführsystem – 1 Stk. — Entstaubungssystem – 1 kpl. Diese Anlagegüter werden die Verbesserung des derzeitigen technologischen Prozesses ermöglichen, der für die Herstellung von Morphiumbrot notwendig ist. Die verbesserte Technologielinie wird sich in der Produktionshalle des Antragstellers befinden. (German)
