Проектното предложение "Топъл обяд в условията на пандемията от COVID-19 на територията на Община Смолян" включва приготвяне и доставка до дома на топъл обяд за уязвими граждани, които поради бедност и продължителна социална изолация, в условията на криза, произтичаща от разпространението на COVID-19 са в затруднение да осигурят сами прехраната си. Предвижда се потребителите на услугата топъл обяд по настоящото проектно предложение да бъдат 160 души. В допълнение, ползвателите на социалната услуга топъл обяд ще получават и съпътстващи услуги, включващи информиране за възможностите за ползване на други социални услуги, както и за здравни, образователни, административни и др. услуги, за които те имат необходимост от насочване, консултиране и др. The project proposal “A warm lunch in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic on the territory of the Municipality of Smolyan” includes the preparation and delivery to the home of a warm lunch for vulnerable citizens who, due to poverty and prolonged social exclusion, in the context of a crisis resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak, are struggling to provide their own livelihoods. The users of the hot lunch service under this project proposal are expected to be 160 people. In addition, the users of the social service will also receive accompanying services, including information about the possibilities of using other social services, as well as health, educational, administrative, etc. services for which they need guidance, counselling, etc. (English)

La proposition de projet «Un déjeuner chaud dans le contexte de la pandémie de COVID-19 sur le territoire de la municipalité de Smolyan» comprend la préparation et la livraison à domicile d’un déjeuner chaud pour les citoyens vulnérables qui, en raison de la pauvreté et de l’exclusion sociale prolongée, dans le contexte d’une crise résultant de la pandémie de COVID-19, peinent à assurer leurs propres moyens de subsistance. Les utilisateurs du service de déjeuner chaud dans le cadre de cette proposition de projet devraient être de 160 personnes. En outre, les utilisateurs du service social recevront également des services d’accompagnement, y compris des informations sur les possibilités d’utiliser d’autres services sociaux, ainsi que des services de santé, d’éducation, d’administration, etc. pour lesquels ils ont besoin d’orientation, de conseil, etc. (French)
